Check in was fuss free and the front desk were professional and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. I also love the location of this hotel as it’s within a short walking distance to the train station.

Very functional hotel reminiscent of a UK travelodge being very clean, good comfy beds but no frills. Good wi-fi. It is located a fair walk outside of the centre but is situated very well for buses into and out of town including late night buses. Most buses finish early before 6/7pm. As we were staying 4 nights we bought a 7 day mobi-card for 2 people for €15.20 unlimited travel which is excellent value, but you have to purchase via a ticket machine as not available as an e-ticket on line. One criticism is the lack of a net curtain in bedroom, having a floor to ceiling window was like living in a goldfish bowl which could have frightened the neighbours first thing in the morning had we not been careful. The shower was good except that it could not be adjusted for height but could be hand held. Stating the hotel has a bar is a little optimistic as it consists of the hotel receptionist with beer and two bottles of wine, red or white. However I recommend you try the beer just for the sheer entertainment factor seeing it being ‘poured’. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would consider staying again as long as we remembered to pack a net curtain.

No longer Leto, this is a clean, well-run hotel that caters to business travelers. Basic facilities that include good bedding and a quiet location, next to a Lidl, very close to Ubahn. Easy transport from airport and into center of Munich. Maria at front desk was especially helpful before and during my stay.

I’ll start with the positives of this hotel: we were really happy with the location! Access to the tram literally right outside the front door was perfect. We also found it was in walking distance to the Christmas Markets, an Aldi and a coffee shop! Some short comings for us were the self checkin for after hours, in theory this would be excellent…BUT the touch screen was horrendous, after our flight being delayed we did not arrive until about 3am instead of 11pm so we were already tired and then having to spend at least 20 minutes trying to type in our reservation info was extremely aggravating. The keyboard kept disappearing and then reappearing, adding/erasing letters on its own… again great in theory but the execution was just not there. The room appeared to be clean however for the few days we were there we noticed a strange smell from the shower portion of the bathroom and it just didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There was also a stain on one of the comforters in the room upon checking at arrival, with no one at the desk at night we just had to not use it. We’ve stayed at B&B hotels and are generally happy with the experience given the price. I’m sure it was just that particular room however, we probably wouldn’t stay again unless only for a night at a low price. Again, the location was great but overall experience was a bit lower than usual, hopefully was just a one off due to the busy time of year.

Hotel is named now: elaya hotel regensburg city center ehemals Arthotel ANA Aurel Super hotel. Wij zochten met spoed een tussenstop rond 22.00 en toen hadden ze nog 1 kamer die ze eigenlijk niet verkochten omdat die kamer geen werkende tv en WiFi hadden. Goed genoeg voor ons want we kwamen rond 02.00 aan. Kregen de kamer voor een goede prijs vergeleken met de normale prijs €80,- Kamer was heel mooi en schoon. Ruikt nieuw. Midden in het centrum met restaurantjes en bakkers eromheen. Personeel is vriendelijk en je kan gratis koffie meenemen voor onderweg. Erg schappelijk. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Douche geeft veel water af dus goede waterdruk! Fijne tussenstop. Bedankt!

What a fabulous hotel! Motorworld has every imaginable car for a car enthusiast and as a guest of the hotel you get access all night long! It was such a unique experience. Book a comfort room for a view of the cars all night. The rooms were clean, large and modern. The showers were great and the breakfast is yummy if you get it. Note: The showers have frosted glass that face into the room and you can see body silhouettes from the room. When one of our rooms had some a/c problems they promptly moved us and were so nice about it! Shout out to Joanna who was so wonderful, as was all of the staff. Beware: there is nothing right around there so you can't just pop across the street to a store or restaurant. The museum has 2-3 restaurants and a coffeehouse. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves cars or likes a unique hotel. My son made a TikTok of the hotel that's gone viral so you should book fast lol

Pro: - Kostenlose Tiefgarage Contra: - Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat für einen dauerhaften, furchtbaren Gestank gesorgt. Man musste dauerhaft die Bad-Tür geschlossen halten, sonst wäre der Gestank durch das ganze Zimmer gezogen - Im Badezimmer stand ein kleiner, dreistöckiger Wagen, in dem man seine Dinge fürs Badezimmer lagern konnte. Leider war dieser Wagen auf allen drei Ablage-Ebenen so extrem dreckig, dass man überall etwas unterlegen musste. - Das Badezimmer hatte nur 2 Haken, um bspw. Handtücher aufzuhängen - In der Dusche war die Duschkopf-Halterung locker, sodass diese den Duschkopf nur nach unten hängen lassen konnte - Der Schlauch des Duschkopfes war durch das dauerhafte ”Nach-unten-Hängen” komplett geknickt, sodass sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf herauskam. - In einem unserer Betten war ein lebendiger Käfer zu finden - Die Fliesen im Badezimmer am Boden waren schon dunkel gefärbt - Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war nach Ankunft von Wasserflecken übersät - Im Frühstücksraum gibt es eine Mitarbeiterin, die anscheinend unterfordert ist, da sie alle paar Minuten in den Frühstücksraum kommt, so tut, als würde sie einen Tisch abwischen und dann die Leute beim Essen beobachtet. Ein extrem nerviges Verhalten, da man so nicht in Ruhe frühstücken kann - Die Mitarbeiter der Putzkolonne holen sich im Frühstücksraum, ohne sich vorher die Hände zu desinfizieren, mit den blanken Händen ihr Essen (Brötchen, Wurst, Käse), fassen dies an und stecken sich dieses ein

My family and I stayed here last December for our Christmas holidays and we loved our entire stay. The apartments are really spacious with lots of sunlight, super clean, with fantastic amenities and in a quiet neighbourhood. We particularly enjoyed our stay because the staff was great and super helpful. Each one went out of their way to assist us. They accommodated every request we made...and always with a smile (even while printing our multiple documents, they were so patient and kind.) They have a very efficient WhatsApp system to communicate with guests and their response time is literally within seconds. The staff always gave us very helpful advice - e.g. how to have food and groceries quickly delivered, where to eat and shop and even which nearby places are worth a drive. We loved the location of Timehouse - the neighbourhood is lovely, quiet (perfect for a good night's sleep) and away from the tourists but with enough eating options nearby. Thank you so much to the Timehouse team for making my family's stay last December so wonderful. Sending you all greetings from Singapore and we cannot wait to visit you again!

讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

Mitten im Industriegebiet liegt das völlig charmebefreite G-Star ”Business”. Große aber billigst ausgestattete Zimmer. Bei mir klebte ein riesiges Haarbüschel im Fensterrahmen und auf dem Boden lagen tote Insekten. Beschwerde nicht möglich, da Rezeption größtenteils unbesetzt. Schreckliches Raumklima, Kondenswasser lief an den Fenstern herunter. Frühstück im Nebengebäude von unterster Qualität. Habe mich beim nahegelegenen Bäcker versorgt, trotz inkludiertem Frühstück Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise hätte das Hotel regulär 240,- ! € gekostet. Wir hatten schon lange im voraus eine Gruppenbuchung für 122 €. Wert: Höchstens 70€, sonst besser woanders übernachten. Es gibt im Umkreis München viele inhabergeführte charmante Gasthäuser. Das sollte man sich wert sein

Easy to find in the old town using google maps, just ten minutes’ walk from the train station. The hotel is not on the ground floor of the building that it shares. When I arrived, I had to press a buzzer to get zapped into the building from the street & then it was into the lift (or stairs) & up to reception located on the first floor. I arrived at 13:00 not expecting my room to be ready but after just a ten-minute wait, I was told that my room was ready. A friendly, if not a little bit slapstick, (as a number of guests arrived at the same time to check in) check in then ensued with Ingrid during which I had to fill out a registration form & I was given info on breakfast times, my Wi-Fi code & a map of the old town. I was given two keys, one for my room & the other to access the building’s main entrance. With all that done it was off to the lift & up to my fourth-floor room. My room, no. 409, was a single room & just about big enough even for just a solo traveller. It was aged looking but clean & overlooked a busy street. Heat wise, it was very, very warm as the temperature outside was in the high twenties. With a laminate wood floor there were a number of facilities ….. wardrobe, smoke alarm, luggage racks, tv, mini bar (photo attached), work desk, chair, lamp, electric fan, trouser press, large mirror, radiator, single bed, small electric fan at the head of the bed & several spare electrical sockets. A large window gave a lot of natural light but unfortunately let in a lot of noise from the street below…people, traffic, music…well into the early hours. Closing the window helped but sleep quality was poor. Wi-Fi was hit & miss, quick to connect to with username & password required & had ok speeds but I had to re-enter the username & password whenever I returned to the hotel. The bathroom was small but clean with a tiled floor & walls, small shower cubicle, shower head & hose on a riser rail, easy to control shower valve, good water pressure & plenty of hot water, hairdryer, handwash & hair/body wash in wall mounted dispensers, mirror, radiator, electrical socket, ceiling vent, one bath towel, one hand towel & a floor towel. Breakfast was served from 06:30 to 10:00. I went down at 09:20 & it was busy, but I had no difficulty in getting seated straight away. Continental buffet - it was excellent with a good selection of good quality products – yoghurts, cereals, fruit slices, cheese spreads, croissants, breads, toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, salami, cold meats, boiled eggs, tomatoes, smoked salmon, tomatoes with melted mozzarella, honey, jams, seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, fresh whole oranges, apples, pears, bananas, blueberries, grapes, kiwi slices, a vegan selection, teas, coffees & a large number of fruit juices. Checking out was as friendly as checking in had been but without the panic stations. I left my luggage, for a short time, in the secure complimentary left luggage area. Eine positive Überraschung! Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass die Getränke im Zimmer kostenfrei sind. Dieser war mit Cola, Wasser, Apfelsaft und Bier ausgestattet. Natürlich haben wir uns über die Aufmerksamkeit sehr gefreut. Zudem ist der Wellnessbereich mit der kleinen Sauna, 4 Duschen und 4 Liegen klein aber fein und war ebenso schöner als vorgestellt. Das Zimmer ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Zudem hat es bequeme Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich und fand das Hotel sehr angenehm. Das einzige wo noch etwas Verbesserungspotential besteht, ist die Sauberkeit im Detail. Auch wenn es auf dem ersten Blick alles sehr sauber scheint, sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick, dass zB der Abschluss in der Dusche nicht in der Ritze gereinigt wurde, sowie auch die Regendusche. Der Boden wurde längere Zeit wohl nicht gewischt. Haben wir an unseren Socken später erkannt, mit dem Auge war dies nicht zu erkennen.😅 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Kaufland und viele Restaurants sind flussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Asiate gegenüber vom Kaufland. Günstig und lecker. ☺️ Zudem kommt man auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Im Großen und Ganzen überwiegt der positive Teil dieses Hotels. Über die kleinen Hygienemängel kann man auch hinweg sehen. Preis-Leistung-Passt hier. 👌 Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Hotel! ❤️ Danke auch an die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. 💁🏻♀️

At DORMERO Hotel Hersbruck I stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room has a very comfortable double bed and a nice bathroom. In the entire Hotel including the room it smells pleasantly good. The guest lounge area , where also the breakfast buffet is served each morning, is flooded with light and pretty spacious. The hotel personnel is service-orientated and friendly. For free parking in Hersbruck you have to choose one of the residential streets outside the historic town-centre, but it is only around 300m to walk to the hotel. I would definitely stay again at DORMERO Hotel Hersbruck.

Wir kamen am Dienstag in die Stadt und buchten dieses Hotel neben der Stadt meiner Großmutter. Normalerweise übernachten wir bei ihr zu Hause, wollten dieses Mal aber unseren eigenen Raum haben. Wenn man hineingeht, ist das Äußere wunderschön! Wir haben dieses Hotel schon oft von außen gesehen. Der Rezeptionsbereich ist wunderschön und sauber und wir begrüßten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sie waren sehr freundlich zu uns (wir sprechen Deutsch) und gaben uns unsere Zimmernummer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Es gab zwei Zimmer, ein Kingsize-Bett für 2 Personen und ein kleines Bett. Die Minibar war am ersten Abend kostenlos, also nahm ich mir einen Orangensaft. Die einzige Beschwerde über das Zimmer ist, dass es sehr heiß war und wir in dieser Nacht alle geschwitzt haben. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Temperatur einstellbar war. Am nächsten Tag brachten wir die meisten unserer Sachen zum Haus meiner Großeltern, weil wir nicht sicher waren, was wir an diesem regnerischen Tag in unseren Koffern brauchen würden. Am Ende haben wir in dieser Nacht nicht im Hotel geschlafen, aber denken Sie daran, dass wir das Hotel für Dienstag bis Freitag bereits bezahlt hatten. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir zurück ins Zimmer und stellten fest, dass alles, was wir noch im Zimmer hatten, verschwunden war. Der zusätzliche Zimmerschlüssel, meine Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Shampoo, verschiedene Früchte aus dem Laden, mein Handy-Ladegerät und etwas Saft, den wir auch aus dem Laden bekommen haben. Wir waren völlig ungläubig und gingen zur Rezeption, um herauszufinden, was los war. Leider sagten sie, dass sie dachten, wir wären gegangen, also warfen sie alles weg. Sie boten auch keine andere Gegenleistung als eine Geschenkkarte im Wert von 15 € an. Der Teil, der uns stört, ist, dass es sie nichts angeht, ob wir gegangen sind oder nicht, da das Zimmer bereits bis Freitag bezahlt war. Die Tatsache, dass sie uns mit unseren Koffern gehen sahen, sollte nicht bedeuten, dass wir nicht in das Zimmer zurückkehren, für das wir 137 € pro Nacht bezahlt haben. Es gibt ihnen auch kein Recht, unsere Sachen wegzuwerfen. Es ist einfach beunruhigend; Wir fühlen uns verletzt, weil unsere Sachen, für die wir zurückgekommen sind, weggeworfen wurden und sie ganz offensichtlich dachten, wir wären gegangen. Ich nehme meinen Koffer (kleines Handgepäckformat) immer mit, wenn ich aus meinem Hotelzimmer reise, weil ich nie weiß, was ich brauche. Auf jeden Fall würde ich dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.
