Landschaft Top, sehr angenehme Ruhe. Perfekte Anfahrt vor das Hotel. Optisch genau richtig für Menschen die ein Hotel in der Natur mit Ansprüchen suchen. Terrasse, was will man mehr. Check in angenehm, Essen sehr gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück top und reichhaltig. Lecker! Zimmer, hatten mit Balkon bestellt und größer., Einfach schön, auch Bett zum Schlafen.
Bad Mega Platz. Der SPA Bereich großzügig mit Big Pool und auch sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitenden.
Kurz und gut. Hotel **** mit Niveau. Können nur vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Hinfahren und genießen.
Top Parkhaus. Cool, an alles gedacht. Genießen sie es

Stayed here 2 years ago, and we had a very good experience and sweet memory while staying there. And in this holiday we came back to Munich, bring our whole family to explore more about Munich, and decided back to this hotel, because of the previous experience. And again we all are very satisfied.
All the staffs were very friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast super, and the location right next to the terminal, very convenience

The room was really nice.Excellent ambience.Only 15 min walks from Bahnof and also there is a bus station nearby.The hotels surrounding is really good.The room was really clean except there was a small problem with the bathroom Check-in was really easy.Only takes 2 minutes.Highly recommended hotel.

Great hotel, very close to Autobahn 3. Rooms are excellent and spacious. The bedding is fantastic, guaranteeing a great sleep and recovery from your travels. For late arrivals after 10 PM, they provide a locker code via phone to collect your room card. Shops and a gas station are nearby. I recommend it.

Very clean and free parking. Very convenient for one or two nights. Rooms not super spacious but more than enough for the purpose. Definitely a recommendation with perfect value for money!

We stayed at this hotel during Oktoberfest. Although the hotel is located outside of Munich, it was an easy and convenient train ride into the city. The price was very reasonable compared to hotels in central Munich, especially during such a busy time.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Der Empfang war in Ordnung. Das parken war kostenfrei. Etwas genervt war der Herr nach dem Fragen nach einem Restaurant. Gleich unten im Hotel ist ein indisches Restaurant. Aber nicht jeder möchte täglich bei 3 Übernachtungen indisch essen. Frühstück war gut ausreichend und frisch.

The breakfast buffet was rich and appealing with very nice service staff.
There was a super great pizzeria and gelateria, which were on the ground floor of the hotel. We had a great evening there and the pizzas were just perfect and authentically Italian.
The negative side:
We booked three rooms. The rooms would actually be modern and nice. But no matter where you look: NOTHING was clean! The sheets/towels were changed, but I had the impression that the cleaning was not done at all or only very superficially. Dirt on the shelf, the ledge, lots of crumbs on the floor, chalky fittings, dirty toilet seat, mold on the rubber seals in the shower, dirty cabinets, doors, door latches. Worst: Dirty and disgusting duvets when you pull back the sheet. Something like that should be washed if it has stains. Disgust factor to the power of 10. I spend 8-10 weeks a year in hotels, but this was an impertinence that I had never seen before.
At night:
Loud bass music blared through the walls and floor until about 2am. Youngsters were in front of the window, which made noise until 5 in the morning. It was way too warm in the room. I am aware that the hotel cannot do anything about the noisy people in front of the room and the heat, but it was just crowning the rest. It was just horrific. We booked this hotel to recover from a long drive and drive more on the next day. Recovery wasn’t possible as we all couldn’t sleep.
I will never book a Dormero hotel again. The term “fancy” they love to use means something completely different in my world.

AAnastasiia KireevaI stayed during the festival. Excellent hotel with breakfast. I would like to separately mention the receptionist who checks in at night, this is probably the only hotel with a 24-hour reception desk. A very friendly man, it is even interesting to just talk to him. After the festival, there was a small incident (after checkout), but he understood our situation, allowed us to sit in the lobby, poured tea, just chatted 🤗 the only thing was that there were not enough slippers in the hotel, otherwise there are no issues. The room is good, two bottles of water and two beers are free 😁 tea, coffee in the room, there is a balcony

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the city. The service team is very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only negative point: there is far too less parking space to write „we’re offering free parking“. The available parking space is only covering 25% of the rooms. We’ve arrived in the evening and there was no parking space at the hotel left and it was hard to find a parking space close to the hotel without getting a penalty. The description should be adjusted. It’s misleading marking to say „we have free parking space“.

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor.
We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

AAndrew30 mins from NeuSchwanstein was a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable but needed updating.
The amount of cigarette smoke around the hotel was very uncomfortable - at the front door and people on the balconies of the rooms making the windows being open the same as a smoking room.
The town is small but pleasant.
Hotel restaurant has generous portions with relaxed and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and offers a range of food that is more than ample.

No one informed me that the lift doesn't work at night or that I would need to exit/enter through a door with a key at the bottom of the stairwell instead of through the reception area. Seems like a fire hazard, and if you're handicapped, you're trapped.

Service is limited (no 24h reception, no laundry service, room keeping only if explicitly requested).
Good breakfast (+16.9 euros).
