There was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.

Highly recommended! Self check-in was very convenient, and the location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Viking Line ferry terminal and tram stop #4, so it was wonderful to be able to return to my room and rest within minutes after a long boat trip. There's an ocean nearby and a supermarket. Most major landmarks are within walking distance, and you can even walk to the central station (if you're sending postcards, you can go to the Posti main post office next to the central station; the Moomin postcards sold at the K Supermarket connected to Posti are cheaper than souvenir shops, though not tax-refundable; Posti also sells Moomin stamps and offers mailing services). The room was comfortable and incredibly well-equipped: a dishwasher, various cutlery, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an electric oven (not sure what it's specifically called, but it can microwave, which was super convenient and saved money for heating up food bought from the supermarket), and laundry detergent pods... Hairdryers, irons, and other items can be borrowed from the service station on each floor. There are free washing machines and dryers on the first floor; just sign up for a slot by writing down your room number (it's a good idea to sign up in advance as they're quite popular). There's a sauna on the seventh floor – you can wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. It has lockers, a hairdryer, and restrooms. Definitely worth trying out! The first floor actually has many free facilities, such as a kitchen, a game room (I ended up taking photos here instead of my room 😂), an office, and meeting rooms. Next door, there's a large gym that guests can use for free, but I didn't have time to try it out this trip. Also, if you buy drinks, you can save the bottles and cans to recycle at the nearby K Supermarket. There's a recycling machine in the corner of the supermarket where you can get back the container deposit charged for drinks!

Excellent apartment! Very clean. Convenient self-check-in. It's close to Malmi train station (15 minutes from the airport), bus stops, shops, and cafes. All necessary kitchenware, tea, coffee, creamer, and towels are provided. It was advertised that bicycle rentals were free, but all the bikes in the parking area were locked up, and there were no staff members around.

The hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and cutlery, but no seasonings. There were some seasonings in the common kitchen, so I guess it's okay to use those. However, when I checked at night, some party people had taken over the shared kitchen, which was disappointing. The sauna was nice, but instead of a cold plunge, it was lukewarm water. Also, the party people were chatting the whole time, so I couldn't really relax. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but there's always someone in the staff room, so it was good to be able to ask questions when I needed help. There were no towels in my room for some reason, but when I asked, they brought one right away, which was a lifesaver. I was happy that the room had a washing machine, detergent, and a drying rack. But it was a mystery that there was no hairdryer. You have to borrow one from a locker on a specific floor. I was lucky there was one left when I borrowed it, but it would be tough if there weren't any available. The shared lounge was great with various seating options. The hotel is right in front of the tram station, has a supermarket nearby, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to Helsinki Central, which is very convenient.

I specifically asked if we could store our luggage beforehand since we were arriving early. We arrived on Saturday at 8:00 AM, and there was no one there and no one reachable. So, you can only store luggage during service hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which is very unusual and was not communicated in advance. That was very annoying. The check-in process was also very cumbersome and took 7 minutes, requiring you to hunch over and type data into an iPad. Otherwise, it's a very nice, clean, and modern accommodation with a great view.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The staff were very helpful. The location is great very close to restraint, shopping malls and public transportation. I would definitely recommend the place.
