The breakfast was amazing! In the restaurant I was sad to see they only had one server in the restaurant she seemed to be working very hard but it took a long time to get our bill. I’d like to see them utilise the outdoor area more because it’s very nice. The front desk were very attentive

cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. Easy to find, but a bit far from the airport. You need to walk 5min on snowy road mostly outside while there are other hotels closer and cheaper from airport.

No transparency about amenities like stove in kitchen even it shows in room booking, very old model TV has no features,only local channels played. It has to be refurbished.Although the location is very good and charges are very nominal according to other properties. Thanks

As the hotel is not circled around lunch and restaurants I would’ve appreciated better opening hours and more lunch options in the cafe at the hotel. Seems like it as a hotel mainly for partnering firms where they was served food all day but for the rest of us it was a bit off. Great view that I had been looking forward to but after a booking mistake I ended up in a street view and the wheelchair adapted rooms. I got annoyed by every service request was followed by a charge: checking in 30 min early - charge. Changing room to a regular room - charge. Changing room to a sea view - charge. I’m used to more flexibility…

Conveniently next to arrival exit. Check in staff was at the counter even late at night. Room was assigned to an accessibility room, and was very spacious and quiet. Bed and floor were clean, but a very faint smell can be picked up in the bathroom. No bottled water offered in room, but you can pick up a bottle at the airport supermarket before coming in. Overall a pleasant hotel for overnight transit.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. The facilities were modern and spotless, and the free sauna (though small) was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft. Overall, a fantastic stay!

2度目の宿泊でした。 朝食はパンやサラダ、ハム、ジャム類なども充実していて飽きません。出発前に朝食会場でドリンクをテイクアウトできるのが嬉しいです。 6階のサウナにはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが完備されていて、いつ行っても混雑していることはなくゆっくりできました。 部屋もとても清潔感があり、どの時間帯でも静かで物音が気になったことはありません。artekの家具が置いてあるのが本当に嬉しいです。 次回ヘルシンキに来るときもまた泊まりたいなと思います！

Room is clean and affordably priced, however it's abit of walking distance away from the train station. It was more difficult to walk during winter on icy/ snowy grounds. Room is decently sized; just one thing, they do not provide kettles for standard rooms (need to pay to have one. Thought it was a basic amenity), but you can get free hot water at the lobby.
