Hotel Pet friendly di Attica, Greece

As it was our honeymoon this was our first booking and it was almost perfect the location wasn’t ideal as it was out of the way but the hotel was very nice and it had everything we needed.

The room is great and super clean. Great value for money. Central location very easy to go everywhere with public transport.

Very clean apartment with wonderful views, bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities in the room and a tv. The breakfast was varied and filling with excellent service. The staff were friendly and very helpful with a taxi service which was superb. We would definitely return for a lovely, quiet relaxing stay. It is a little’out of the way’ but definitely worth the stay .

Perfect if you are leaving early and save travel time and money on a taxi. We flew in in the arvo and were leaving early next day so was so convenient for us. Restaurants are beautiful but too expensive when you consider a salad costs the equivalent of $35 AUD. Designed more for the business person. We popped back across the road and located on the outside of the arrivals was a little cafe selling coffee and bought 2 large gourmet paninis for a total of €13. ($20 AUD). The accommodation was excellent and peaceful considering you are right at the airport. Had the best sleep before leaving the next day which is all we we after. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at Acropolis Magenta. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist whenever we had questions or needed help. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

The room's terrace offered a fantastic view of the Acropolis! The room itself was in great condition, very clean and tidy. It was also conveniently located near a bus stop, with direct routes to all the attractions.

I emailed them in advance about my late-night arrival and received detailed instructions for self-check-in, which made the process very smooth. I felt safe traveling here alone as a solo female traveler. It is not right in the city center, but everything is within walking distance if you like to walk. The towels and bedding were a bit worn out, but they were very clean, and all the staff members were kind.

The biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is that it is in a good location, located in the city center, walking to the market, monuments, subway stations (40 minutes from Metro Line 3 to the airport), downstairs is full of lively restaurants, super convenient. The room is very large, a family of three and four are no problem, the facilities are complete, you can eat like a home, the hotel provides a variety of breakfasts, overall it is good. The only downside is that the surrounding area is too lively, and the restaurant bar below is noisy until two or three in the morning every day.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????

Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return.
