Selanik'in merkezinde çok temiz bir otel. Rıhtımda gezinti için de mağazalardan alışveriş için de yürüyüş seviyesinde ve bu çok önemli bir konfor çünkü araba park yeri bulmak çok zor. Otelin otoparkı yok ama yakınlarda otopark çok, ücretli de olsa vale hizmeti var.
Recepsiyon görevlileri çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Çok yardımseverler Yunanca ve İngilizce bilmesem de.vücut diliyle anlaştık.
Odamız arka tarafa bakan küçücük bir odaydı ama rahat ettik. Duşta daimi sıcak su vardı. Şampuanı kremi beğendim. Gündüz hep gezdik gece yatmak için kullandık bu nedenle dar gelmedi.
Atatürk'ün doğduğu eve yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.
Kahvaltı açık büfe; fırın yiyecekleri reçellee nefis.
Tekrar gitsem kesinlikle city hotel'de kalırım, size de tavsiye ederim

This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, by the sea, great restaurants, all the attractions few minutes walking away. On top of that the service was great from the reception. But just make sure you visit the main hotel about 2-3 mins walking distance to get your key & door code.

Hotel çok merkezi konumda.sahil ve kordon yürüyerek 4-5 dk. kahvaltısı ***et yeterli. Otoparkı yok ama 50 metre yanında büyük ve güvenli otopark var.otopark gecelik 14 euro. Odalar ***et yeterli.fiyat performans çok iyi…bir daha ki Selanik gezimde de düşünmeden aynı yerde kalacağım.Teşekkürler

チェックイン対応時間が２４時までと記載ありますが、カウンターは21時までとのことです。
しっかり見逃してしまい、危うくチェックインできないところでした。（入室には暗証番号が必要）
親切なトルコ人の方にドアを開けてもらわなければ、宿に辿り着けなかったです。
チェックアウト時も結局カウンターに人はおらず対面で話すことはなかったです。
また、部屋の掃除は行き届いていないと感じました。床が埃が多い印象です。

I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!
Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!!
As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!
Reasonable prices at the bars!!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.

RRim HenriHotel is super central, rigbt infront of the bus stop from the airport ”we took the 01 Night bus” checkin was smooth, the night receptionist super helpful, they stored our luggage for the next day, AC was working great.

The hotel is not far from the city center attractions, and it is very convenient to take the bus or walk. The breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of beautiful desserts. GGuest UserThe hotel is mostly booked by people passing through due to its excellent location near Thessaloniki SKG airport. In my opinion, the Hotel Ambassador is ideal for this purpose. The rooms are spacious and, above all, clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The hotel's swimming pool is one of the highlights of the stay, especially in the summer months. Children, teenagers and young-at-heart adults will certainly get their money's worth in the very well-designed open-air swimming pool. Cars can park for free in the hotel's car park. Conclusion: Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, especially for guests passing through. If you can do without luxury without compromising on cleanliness and comfort, then this is the right place for you, in my opinion.
