Very good
I was late to arrive but it was okay because they are open 24 hours with people working there.
I appreciate the cleaning
I was there for 3 days
Everyday I go out and then come back I notice it’s very clean and new in the room

1. Αρχικά δεν δούλευε το ψυγείο . Μετά από 3 φορές που αναφέρθηκε στο προσωπικό και μας είπαν θα περάσει ο τεχνικός, δεν έγινε τίποτε, οποταν σταματήσαμε να το ζητάμε .
2. Το πρωινό σχετικά λιτό. Την 1η ημερα Υπήρχε ταμπέλα που μας έγραφαν εάν επιθυμούμε άλλου τύπου αυγά, πλην βραστά (κρύα) , να το ζητήσουμε από το προσωπικό. Ζήτησε 2 αυγά «μάτι» και ήρθαν μετά από 25 λεπτά :) . Την επόμενη ημέρα δεν υπήρχε η ταμπέλα .
Περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο !

Comfy beds, pillows, a great breakfast. There is also a indoor paid parking place next to the hotel. ( 20 euro daily)

I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!!
Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!!

As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.

RRim HenriHotel is super central, rigbt infront of the bus stop from the airport ”we took the 01 Night bus” checkin was smooth, the night receptionist super helpful, they stored our luggage for the next day, AC was working great.

GGuest UserThe hotel is mostly booked by people passing through due to its excellent location near Thessaloniki SKG airport. In my opinion, the Hotel Ambassador is ideal for this purpose. The rooms are spacious and, above all, clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The hotel's swimming pool is one of the highlights of the stay, especially in the summer months. Children, teenagers and young-at-heart adults will certainly get their money's worth in the very well-designed open-air swimming pool. Cars can park for free in the hotel's car park. Conclusion: Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, especially for guests passing through. If you can do without luxury without compromising on cleanliness and comfort, then this is the right place for you, in my opinion.
