Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!! Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!! As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!! Reasonable prices at the bars!! I can say value for money!! I wish we could have stayed longer!! I hope and wish that we will visit you again!!!

Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I'd forgotten to book a hotel. While waiting for my luggage, I quickly made a reservation. Luckily, a room was available, and it was cheaper than booking in advance. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road in the city. The elevator and amenities are a bit old, but still classy. The breakfast was average. Overall, it was good.

The service is very good, everyone is very friendly and can always find out if you need help within 1 second. The hotel is not far from the city center attractions, and it is very convenient to take the bus or walk. The breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of beautiful desserts. I accidentally ate too much, haha, a very happy accommodation experience.

The hotel is mostly booked by people passing through due to its excellent location near Thessaloniki SKG airport. In my opinion, the Hotel Ambassador is ideal for this purpose. The rooms are spacious and, above all, clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The hotel's swimming pool is one of the highlights of the stay, especially in the summer months. Children, teenagers and young-at-heart adults will certainly get their money's worth in the very well-designed open-air swimming pool. Cars can park for free in the hotel's car park. The location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.

We had family room 107 on the first floor. Family is purely conditional. Two beds are one and two beds and we have a chair.
