GGuest UserVisited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

SSοtStaff super friendly. I asked for a quiet room and my wish was respected. Room was spacious enough with a great lake view. Hot water 24/7. Mini fridge also in the room. Bed was comfy. The only negative for me was breakfast that had no warm/hot food options such as pies, egg, toasted bread etc

MMichael RaymondLove, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view.
Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.

AAnonymous UserEverything went well. There is an underground parking area that connects the building with all levels of hotel. Breakfast was with plenty of options,sweets oriented. Overall nice experience but I think it's overpriced for what it is.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened hotel, showing five stars, but it is not good, and the bathtub in the room we stayed in is still bad, we and the front desk reflect the situation, at 10:00 in the evening, either give us a room, or it can't be solved, the attitude is not good, The newly opened hotel actually has a bad bathtub. However, the lake view in this area is still very beautiful. The location of the hotel that can't see the lake view is not good. It is more worthwhile to book a hotel in those areas where you can see the lake view.

GGuest UserΣτο δωμάτιο μας δεν δούλευε το τηλέφωνο του δωματίου αλλά μόνο του μπάνιου, η τουαλέτα δεν κλείδωνε, καζανάκι υποτονικό χωρίς μεγάλη ροή, εξαερισμός χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ισχύ που δεν βοηθαγε στην άμεση αποβολή οσμών. Σίδερο δεν μπορούσες να δανειστείς αλλά υπήρχε υπηρεσία που σε χρέωνε ακόμα και το παραμικρό αν ήθελες, δεν μπορούσες να το κανεις μόνος . Το μπαλκόνι μικρό χωρις να χωράει τραπέζι ή καρέκλα με θέα μια πισίνα που ήταν κενή . Το πρωινό ωστόσο είχε τεράστια ποικιλία και ήταν πραγματικά value! Γενικότερα κατώτερο των προσδοκιών για τα χρήματα του.
