An amazing place to stay, if you are in Kanha...Right next to the Kisli gate, Kanha zone is just 3 mins drive from this resort. Early morning you get their wake up call and you are ready to go for the jeep safaris at 6am. Excellent service from each and every staff members.When you return from the safari they wait for you right at the gate with a glass of water for each one of you, and ask you about the sighting. What a kind gesture.... Nature all around, clean, big rooms...lovely home style food served with a smile on their face. It is bound to make one's stay memorable at Kanha... Mr Rahul Yadav & Nurul needs a special mention as they always keep you engaged with their jungle informations and so many interesting stories full of thrilling experiences of Kanha National park. Would highly recommend to all my known ones to stay at Pugmark resort whenever they are in Kanha...

Our third visit to this great lodge,ideally situated for tiger safaris in nearby Bandhavgarh national park,Tala,Madhya Pradesh. The accommodations,although a little dated, are spacious and perfectly fine. The food is plentiful,freshly cooked and absolutelt delicious. The staff all go out of their way to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Special mention must be made to the owner/manager Mukhesh, a true gentleman who will do everything possible to ensure you have an amazing time. We organised our stay here through Indian Holiday PVT Ltd and they,along eith Mukhesh,booked morning and afternoon safaris to the various zones in Bandhavgarh. Their itinerary also included airport transfers and overnight hotel stay in Delhi before our return flight to theUK. For anyone interested in wildlife,especially birds,the grounds of the resort offer great opportunities to see/photograph a wide range of species. However,tigers are the main reason people visit this national park and boy does this place live up to it's reputation as one of the best sites tosee these iconic cats. During our 6 morning and 5 afternoon safaris we had TWENTY ONE tiger sightings! If you would like to see these beautiful cats,I simply can't recommend using Indian Holiday PVT Ltd too highly,especially if you stay at the excellent Tiger Trails Reort where Mukesh will help in any way he can.

Hi i to all those planning a trip to tiakmgarh#kundeshwar mahadev, considering the city type and other existing hotels, it's undoubtedly the best hotel that you can find. Sere is recommended by me for the following reasons: it's newly constructed nearly 5 ys back and is the only 3 star rating hotel in tikamgarh, duly recognized by the tourism ministry, goi, in desk support, spacious rooms, for its pool side enjoyment especially if you have kids, more than 350 varieties of cuisines on their menu with equal dedicated serving staff and taste, resort is build nearly 12 kms away from main city on a large piece of land so benefits of non polluted, calm and greenery are worth noticing, plenty of parking space with guards and security cams. Etc so, hope you all enjoy the stay and at the same time the hotel keep the standard maintained and developing.

The hotel is very near to gwalior station it won't even take you 5 mins to reach there, its clean at a very good place, where you can access any and everything at any given point of time and the room was very spacious and comfortable and peaceful as well,the staff was also good, this was my 1st time there but at my next visit I am gonna stay there only.

Very good ambience and clean rooms Hotel is located near railway station with just walking distance from the railway station they provide a warm welcome and the staff is so much welcoming. I feel very nice here

A brilliant place to stay as a base for safaris in Pench tiger reserve. The buildings and grounds are set amongst lovely mature trees that really make the place feel peaceful and connected to the jungle. The wood cabin style rooms are brilliant, and the private balcony overlooking the jungle is excellent - you can see amazing wildlife without leaving the accommodation! The staff were also friendly, and the food, entertainment and pool were ideal after busy days of safari. We visited from the UK and would definitely return, it was a great place to stay. Thanks to the whole team at Tiger ‘N’ Woods!

Budget friendly stay ! had good time and very good food, staff was helpful, though they don’t have stairs so old people or people with knee problem to take care

Dear Management of Vannraj Resort, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

We stay in a voila suite, it was a very neat and clean. Food was very tasty specially chicken and mutton curry, also breakfast was superb. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and wife birthday, enjoyed a lot and had some good memories. One thing need to improve in dining area, chairs need to be comfortable for seating. Very satisfied by the service.
