We're a group and enjoyed our short stay at the moustache. The staff is good and courteous. The rooms were decent but the linens and taps need a replacement ***** with the geyser which kind of misses it's purpose. Otherwise, the stay was good and i can recommend them for a short stay in view of the above points.

1. Resort exterior was good, much more green environment around the resort. 2. Food was really tasty. You have the option for buffet or can go for ala carte as well. 3. Out door and indoor games are available to play like badminton ground(bring your own badminton, table tenis 4. Play area for kids 5. Swimming pool which is good during summer. 6. Common bone-fire available, to use bonefire just outside your cottage a specific amount needs to pay. 7. Behavior of the hotel staff was good and polite. 1. Room service needs improvement. Not saying that it was not good but could be better. 2. Wifi is not available in cottage. 3. Don't find tvs, sometime you need when you do not have anything to do. 4. For ala - carte you will have to tell an hour so before you want to have, cause they do not have much reaources to accommodate accordingly. 5. They do not provide basic medicine so bring your basic medicine just in case required.

All is very excellent staff behaviour, food quality, linen neat and clean environment and mr pradeep and ramlakhan ji very polite of nature and very supportive thanxx

The rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasn’t good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasn’t in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasn’t clean. Where’s my discount coupon?

The hotel is overpriced by all stamdards. No doubt its clean but the finishing is noth worth the money they are charging. Shower wasnot working. Wifi signal comes only at reception. Blocked bathtub. Open wiring and panels. Dirty tea cups even after telling them to clean the room. The worst experience was that they charged me for breakfast. But their retaurant wasnt operational and i had do eat poha and paratha on both days of my day. That too in my room in limited quantity. Regards. No network in room.
