Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk. Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ). Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area. Food for business stay.

Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but ***ageable.

The stay was really amazing. One small thing I didn’t like much was the washroom. It seems a bit rundown for a 5star hotel. However the Staff, the food selection, location even the room was really amazing!

Every thing was okey and specially the breakfast team so friendly and respectful BUT one in reception was not good service when we arrived she did not give us only one hour early after we paid for some hours %50 of room cost it was first time in my life after have been more than 50 countries and many 5 stars Hotel i did not paid for early check in if room available they gave me but IN TAJ group got money from 08:00 until 12:00 %50 of room costs!!! And i asked for WiFi she didn't gave us! I respect tge Hotel rows but we are a human we can help each other for sample thing!!!!

Stayed in Nashik years ago, that time it was know as Tak hotel and wanted to stay with friends to enjoy the Nashik weather and amenities in this property. It’s nice and convenient place. Worth stay!!!

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

i was assisted by Irfan, his accommodating level is superb plus i arrived early in the hotel but then he gave me a luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful view and managed to check-in me early as well. and i booked a room with breakfast and dinner, i got to say the restaurant is well maintained and the food is really nice!!! all i can cay the people here are so nice!!! im looking forward to stay here when i get back to india❤️❤️❤️

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
