Good air & nice hillside location nearby Mussoorie attractions. Room was comfortable, room service +++ - hot water kettle a pleasant surprise. Prices reasonable for resort area on Holi festival.

Overall the stay was good. Staff was good and also helped us with early check in. The location of hotel is very good very near to the bus stand or taxi stand.
The only issue is that the bathroom was little smelly and also there was a leakage somewhere in the bathroom.

Overall excellent stay. The hospitality was really good. The property is beautiful and very tastefully done - retaining the vintage charm. The stay offers an excellent sunset and sunrise view. The last 600 m of the road is pretty bad and the hotel provides free pick up and drop in their 4x4 vehicle. The last 3 kms in the national park is slightly bad too and would need a car with good clearance - however the property is in constant touch and provides guidance and support as needed. Overall a great stay and would love to go again.

The room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

Its 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if youโve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.

Beautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand.
Staff were very helpful.

Excellent location on hill top afroud 15 minutes from mall road library chowk.Main road was closed due construction work so we had to alternate road to approch hotel which is quite narrow at some points.still very good experience though breakfast changes were quite high so we did our breakfast outside .

From the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! GGuest UserWe stayed in the resort and had excellent experience. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the resort is next to corbett park, giving a very serene and natural environment. I would like to thank specially mr. Kapil, who guided us very well and made our stay memorable. Overall very comfortable stay and experience

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights and the experience is amazing, such a pleasant welcome , surrounded by mountains and peace, sit by the ganges and sound of river is so pleasant. Must visit, would like to visit again. The staff is very polite and nice, they provide you the bonfire at night and music of your choice. Overall I loved everything about it, small trek and come via raft to the property. Loved it..!!

GGuest UserIt is nice property and place for stay, it is not very near to town but approachable food quality-also good only issue with freshly applied oilpaint on wood ceilings create issue with allergic person like me, but it will reduce hope in amonth. Staff also coopeative. Rooms need arrengments to keep luggage.

GGuest UserThe rooms were clean and staff cordial. But the climb of 70 stairs to reach the property was very steep. Some basic amenities were missing like there was no slippers (one has to carry them from plains, the exhaust fans in most rooms were not functional (the manager was friendly enough to change room next day, some of the lights were not functional, the spa advertised is not functional. But the food was good. Overall i'll rate the property 3. 5.
