I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

The hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very good. After calling the hotel, the car came quickly. The front desk of the hotel is also very polite. The room is fairly clean, but the bathroom facilities can be better, there is some smell. There is a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the hotel also has a cute cat. In general, it is a good choice for passengers who need to transit at Malpensa Airport.

A few points to highlight: - The hotel is located in an unsafe part of Turin. People drinking on the streets at night, noise of alarms, etc. The worst, however, was that our car got broken into at night (smashed window) - luckily we had nothing of value to steal, albeit our jackets had gone. This happened to 4 other cars that evening and apparently is quite common in the area, especially where the car has a non-Italian numberplate. The hotel did help to put a temporary card to cover the window. - We found a few cockroaches in our room. Whilst this was dealt with, it's not something you would expect from a 3-star hotel. - Finally, our room AC didn't work on the first night - we hit temperatures of 27 degrees in the room, which was not pleasant. Whilst the hotel did fix the issues and even give a discount upon checkout, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere in Turin unless you have no other options. There is a nice Italian restaurant next door and a decent pizzeria in the area, but away from that you should stay more central. A disappointing stay.

The only thing that needs improvement is not many choices for vegan customers to eat at breakfast, I wish you would think about this to catch up with the world trades! Encourage lifestyle change to vegan, go green, and save our planet, these are important things to do right now. Make changes accordingly, Please and thank you!

The breakfast is really good, the location is also good - just a few steps aways from the politécnico in a great area. The public transportation works perfectly and in 15/ 20 minutes you can arrive in downtown.

A last minute choice for a one night sleep, and following the reviews we finished at this hotel, which is right in the middle of Cuneo. The square is rather bare but finding a àrking spot for the night shouldńt be a problem. We managed to park inside our motorbike, where there were another 3 before us. The service both desk and breakfast was extremely polite and efficient. It seems, by the awards displayed, that it used to be a Best Western. Maybe it still is. The hotel seems recently renovated. The room is not cozy as such, a bit “airport” style, but very well appointed and excellent bathroom, which is not that common in Italy unfortunately. The double bed was very confortable and the room very quiet. Not much more to ask from a hotel really. The price is a bit steep but it was high season and a last minute option. I certainly recommend it both as a base for exploring or for a single night.

Il compenso è ottimo si tratta di un lavoro e deve avere un adeguato compenso racconto questa esperienza su tripadvior solo perché molto divertente. Non ero intenzionato a scrivere recensioni talvolta lo faccio sperando che possano servire non ai Clienti ma in particolare ai proprietari o gestori di alberghi o ristoranti come spunto per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Quando mi capita di scriverle le documento come nel mio lavoro da evidenze oggettive ma in questo caso non ne ho molte. Premetto che l'albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e questo non era riportato chiaramente su TripAdvisor. Una forte carenza nel controllo di un'attività straordinaria così rilevante, da parte della Direzione dell'albergo mi porta a consigliare di evitare la prenotazione sino al termine dei lavori. Nella ristrutturazione in corso sono state momentaneamente eliminate le scale esterne su un lato dell'albergo da utilizzare come vie di fuga in caso di incendio, restano quelle sul lato opposto. Sul lato dove è in corso la ristrutturazione ho notato che vengono eseguiti lavori di profonda perforazione che mi fanno pensare a problemi strutturali da risolvere. All'arrivo chiedo di utilizzare il parcheggio interno a pagamento anche perché una parte di quello esterno ė utilizzato come parcheggio per i mezzi che stanno lavorando alla ristrutturazione. Scendo verso il parcheggio interno e volendo andare al coperto come generalmente faccio nei vari alberghi a 4 stelle dove mi reco scendo sino al portone interno. È chiuso scendo e lo apro premendo sul comando per l'apertura. Il portone si apre io proseguo e mi trovo anziché in un parcheggio libero in un salone colmo di mobili o altre cose accatastate mi è impossibile accedere per fare inversione di marcia e sono costretto a risalire in retromarcia ovviamente affrontare la forte pendenza in retromarcia causa una forte usura al mezzo che si guida, e questo è stato evidenziato dal fortissimo odore di gomma bruciata che si sentiva. Risalito in retromarcia il posto macchina più comodo era occupato da una carriola colma di vetri rotti. Non me la sento di spostarla così vado verso i posti a pagamento esterni. Parcheggio la macchina con estrema difficoltà, correttamente nei limiti circoscritti, dato che lo spazio per parcheggiare non permette una facile manovra. Sceso dalla macchina noto che, appena sopra al cofano della macchina termina un tubo delle grondaie e tutta l'acqua finisce sul cofano dato che sta piovedo. La cosa non mi piace e decido di spostarla. Con estrema difficoltà, dato che lo spazio e molto stretto riparcheggio la macchina altrove. Visto che l'albergo è in ristrutturazione non è possibile accedere direttamente dal retro dal parcheggio, ma è necessario ripercorrere con le valige la stradina ora in salita uscire da parcheggio per rientrare in albergo. Hotel in an excellent location in front of Porte Nova train station and very close to Via Roma. Adjacent to the hotel there are few parking spaces for hotel guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, the staff at reception, cleaning and the dining room are very kind and helpful (especially Marco from reception). The room we stayed in (254) was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast.

Where do I even start with this?! We had booked a family room for me, my wife & 14 year old son and a double room for my mum. When we checked in we were on floor 2 and my mum was on floor 5! Worst thing about it is that the lift only goes to floor 4 and she is 74 and needs two knee replacements. Nowhere does it say you have to walk up any steps let alone that many. We asked if we could be closer together only to be told no we are full with a conference. Why a conference have to be near each other at the expense of a family I can only assume it's because we are English. I booked the room 3 weeks prior to staying so I don't know why they couldn't put us closer together, surely common sense would tell you a family would like to be closer together like hotels do in the UK. When we got to our family room it looked like something from the 1940's and it stank of smoke. To our horror we found that it was a smoking room! I didn't think there were any hotels around that still did smoking rooms. And why would you put a family with a child in a smoking room? We asked again at reception if we could move, told again they were full but they would put a machine in there to help with the smell. Also said we might be able to move room tomorrow as the conference people will be gone. That didn't happen either. Three different staff on each time we asked, all said they would help us, none of them did, they just hoped we left it. When we left they charged us an extra €25, when I queried it they said it was tourist tax but that was already included on the bill so I queried it again only to be told that my 14 year old was classed as an adult as children are only classed up to age 12 there so they added that on without telling me. We stayed in Milan two days before and they didn't charge our son city tax. Seriously there are so many other hotels in Turin, stay in one of those because these lot clearly don't like 'foreigners' and don't even try to hide it.

I write this for American tourists as they will be very surprised and have a dimensional shock by this doll house. The elevators will fit only one person with small luggage. In the room I banged in the bed and the chair many times as is very small and only slightly bigger than the small bed. I don't think a person in wheel chair can get in any of the rooms alone. In a few words for same price similar location there are better options. Also very noisy mostly from inside. On the positive side the hotel was clean and personnel helpful. Nice location. Local buss connects to airport for E8 one way.

Sarapan pagi memang hebat, pilihan menu yang kaya, apa yang anda mahu makan pada malam pertama, isi borang ke meja depan, pilih waktu makan anda sendiri, keesokan harinya, pelayan akan menghantar makanan ke bilik tepat pada waktunya, sangat penuh perhatian , dan pengalaman minum kebersihan sangat baik, patut dicadangkan.

Appena arrivati si ha una bella impressione: immerso nel verde, struttura carina, c'è la piscina. Tutto farebbe presupporre a un ottimo soggiorno. E invece... Pulizia camera appena sufficiente ma che necessiterebbe di manutenzione, era molto trascurata. Ma l'apoteosi la si raggiunge al ristorante... Entri e c'è una barca in mezzo alla sala (scelta discutibile per un posto a pochi km da Malpensa ma tant'è...), menù misto di mare e terra, optiamo per il menù del giorno: Spaghetti all'amatriciana che sapevano di nulla. Non pretendo il guanciale ma lì non c'era manco la pancetta ma un qualcosa simile al prosciutto cotto. Vitello tonnato che non era né vitello né tonnato ma della FESA DI TACCHINO, si quella che si compra in salumeria, messa in un piatto con sopra mezzo vasetto di maionese a provare a coprire il tutto e qualche cappero triste. Riportato indietro senza che la cameriera abbia battuto ciglio, come se per lei fosse una scena già vista. Carne di manzo arrostita appena accettabile. Patate al forno unte. Abbiamo preferito non fare colazione lì il giorno dopo e siamo ripartiti. P.s. mi è sfuggita la parete della nostalgia fascista altrimenti avrei messo qualche foto a testa in giù...

Prima volta in questo Hotel, e devo dire che è moderno e abbastanza comodo per vari aspetti.. -1 Ci si arriva facilmente senza imbrogliarsi nelle strade e nel traffico cittadino; -2 La possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato davanti con serranda non è da tutti gli Hotel.. davvero davvero comodo arrivare in auto, parcheggiare ed in tutta comodità aprire la porta della camera ed entrare le valigie in totale privacy.. bravi.. Inoltre essendo situato poco fuori dalla città non si sentono macchine o camion, il che è un aspetto da tener conto per chi soggiorna per lavoro o relax; -3 Camera collegata da una porta che da sul cosiddetto parcheggio privato e da una porta che da sul corridoio che porta in sala colazioni, inoltre spaziosa, pulita, letti comodissimi (è raro trovarli comodi perchè alcuni sembrano avere materassi fatti di legno) arredamento moderno, mini frigo bar e cassaforte, bagno spazioso e doccia ampia; -4 Personale della sala colazioni, gentile e sempre sorridente, soprattutto la ragazza che serviva ai tavoli. La colazione è varia, e va dal dolce al salato e la frutta, si può scegliere ciò che si vuole, ah! da tenere in considerazione il fatto che è possibile trovare anche alimenti senza glutine; -5 Ultima chicca di questo Hotel è la lista dei ristoranti convenzionati, che devo dire dopo aver girato tutti i ristoranti di Cameri e Novara, mi sono fatto dare dal personale della Reception, molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale, una lista di quest'ultimi che riportava tutti i ristoranti convenzionati con l'Hotel. E manco a farla apposta c'è il Ristorante Da Andrea a Cameri in Via Mazzucchelli, 79, presso cui vado tutti i giorni a cena fisso e pranzo, quando posso, e devo dire che se volete avere la giusta accoppiata Hotel più Ristorante direi che Camelia più Ristorante Da Andrea è l'accoppiata vincente ;), perchè da una parte si dorme bene e dall'altra si mangia benissimo.

I usually prefer more updated interiors and amenities, so when I first saw pictures of these rooms I was worried that I made a mistake in booking this hotel. I am happy I relied on recommendations of others and tried this hotel. It is a really different experience. The rooms are old, yes, but are kept up extremely well, and housekeeping does an immaculate job. We stayed in the Rania suite, which was beautiful. The staff provided us with small canapes and champagne upon arrival. Breakfasts were good - not a particularly large selection but the items were very good. So was the coffee. Unfortunately, during our stay we had quite bad rain. We did have a few minor leaks at the windows in the room, which was a shame when you see the floors and the walls of the suite, but all was cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Despite the weather issues we enjoyed our stay tremendously, have recommended this to our friends and would definitely return. Great service from the hotel staff, wonderful dinner at the restaurant.

Avendo la necessita di recarmi in aeroporto molto presto, ho deciso di pernottare in questo hotel li vicino la notte precedente. Immerso nel verde ed a 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, la struttura profuma ancora di nuovo visti i recenti rinnovamenti. Ho avuto modo di cenare nel ristorante presente in un'altra struttura dello stesso gruppo distante solo un chilometro rimanendone molto soddisfatto, davvero una cena gustosa! Data la mia partenza all'alba non ho avuto la possibilita' di provare la colazione internazionale offerta in una graziosa sala con vista sui giardini, ma la cortesia del personale mi ha permesso di avere un croissant caldo ed un caffe alla mia partenza. Se ci sara' l'occasione non avro' dubbi nel tornare al Villa delle Rose, consigliato!

Nous avions la suite fashion et nous avons été ravis ! C'est encore plus beau en vrai : la douche dans la bouteille de parfum Chanel, la baignoire à bulle dans la mallette Vuitton et les toilettes dans un sac Hermès ! Le lit en forme de poudrier est trop mignon ! Super pour des photos pin up ! Un cocon pour les amoureux !
