Tutto perfetto...la stanza che avevo prenotato era una junior suite e invece mi è stato dato il monolocale senza sovrapprezzo. Io, la mia compagna e la nostra cagnolina ci siamo trovati bene.
Il personale è stato gentile e cortese.
Un ottimo hotel...

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

This hotel is less than 5minutes away from Turin airport and 30minutes away from Turin train station. The location is very convenient for travelers who need to layover in Turin. On arrival you can call the hotel and ask for pickup. At terminal 1, you can proceed to arrival gate 5 and wait for the van. Yhe blue one has marking in front.. b

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

Hotel outside Turin but easy to access by car. Free parking in front of the hotel and paid parking inside. Friendly welcome, clean hotel and decent breakfast. Excellent value. I recommend for a weekend if you have a car to get around.

A good roadside hotel. Large, warm rooms, a very large bathroom (by Italian standards), shampoo and soap provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Italian breakfast.
