In un'epoca in cui taluni operatori esigono pagamenti anticipati all'atto della prenotazione, il signor Walter Nasini accetta la nostra prenotazione dell'ultimo momento, al telefono, senza pretendere nulla, con un'affabilità che ci fa sentire subito come vecchi clienti. Tale sensazione si conferma al nostro arrivo e si accentua durante il soggiorno, in questa struttura a conduzione familiare, dal sapore antico (valga per tutti la splendida scala in Pietra di Trani, perfettamente conservata) ma con finiture e 'facilities' moderne. La ristorazione di qualità e varietà decisamente alte, le pulizie impeccabili, la posizione strategica per la visita di Assisi, completano la piacevole scoperta di un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente.

斯納布魯法尼大酒店是意大利千年古城佩魯賈的五星級酒店，位居老城中心區，環境絕對一級棒！尤其三樓露台，各種手繪桌面色彩斑斕！四下望去，新老城區輪廊線分明，早上山上山間山下教堂鐘聲餘音裊裊，令人心靜自然涼，間或有風琴聲若隱若現，不禁令人心馳神往…… 但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！ 首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）

hotel molto carino, pulito, silenzioso, immerso in un parco di ulivi, adatto a chi viaggia con animali, ideale per cicloturismo, l'attenzione al cliente si vede da tante cose, dal presente per il cane alla colonnina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per chi fa cicloturismo. colazione completa di tutto, davvero un ottimo hotel per visitare il lago Trasimeno e i suoi dintorni.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

If I could give 4.5 I would as there was so much I really liked about this hotel. We came a group of 16 of us and they were very accommodating to the group. The location is ideal a stone throw from all the sites in Perugia and down a lovely side street. The little secret garden where you can have drinks and food is lovely. The rooms were fun as different with interiors and ours the suite had a great view from the bathroom window all over Perugia. A few little things that did not quite get the 5 - I asked for extra toilet roll when I arrived and i had to re ask twice. We were a family of 4 yet only 2 towels were provided. It was hot in the room and that was because they control the air conditioning so you have to ask them to switch it on would have been useful to know that in advance. The service for drinks in the bar was slow and the breakfast I thought could have a few more savoury items. However, all the staff were very lovely and I highly rated the hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed it. If I was staying in Perugia again I would stay here.

The location is really handy in exploring Gubbio. You can walk everywhere. The room was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Well the one complaint, and it is not hotel relatet td, but the nearby church bell must be one o the few in Italy that goes on ALL night. It made for a disrupted sleep.(butyou would hear it in all the hotels in the area).
