Hotel Pet friendly di Gangwon State, South Korea

location is great surrounded by nice restaurant. walking distance around 10 mins to sundubu village. perfect view as i got lake view room. majority of staff can speak english

Our stay at this hotel has been pleasant overall, but we did encounter two problems, 1. When we entered our room we found out that the AC was not working properly, we gave it some time and it still didn’t work so we contacted the receptionist, which sent us a technician to solve our problem but his only solution was to wait, and even when we told him that we have been in the room for two hours already, he insisted we need to wait (he did not understand English so the conversation was really hard to get through), so after waiting another hour we contacted the receptionist again and this time transferred us to another room which had good AC so this problem was solved. 2. The breakfast was really really bad, and the only real source of protein it had was pork in 4 different ways, and scrambled egg which we really didn’t like at all, and also the only choice of coffee in the breakfast is milk with “coffee syrup”(???) which is super inappropriate. Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel and just not take the breakfast.

Saya sentiasa mahu melawat Shilla Monogram, dan kerana saya tinggal di sana semasa perjalanan baru-baru ini, saya mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi. ☺️ Kemudahannya baru dan bagus, sudah tentu, tetapi lobinya agak kecil daripada yang saya jangkakan. Ia adalah hujung minggu, dan kerana ia adalah hotel di kawasan pelancongan, tetamu agak ramai berbanding bilangan bilik, jadi lobi menunggu agak sesak. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangannya sangat ramah dan profesional, tidak mengapa. Jalan masuk dari tempat letak kereta bawah tanah juga agak mengelirukan. Rasanya seperti pintu keluar kecemasan, dan tiada tanda masuk yang jelas. Hahaha Keadaan dan susun atur bilik adalah baik. Menjadi kediaman, ia luas, yang merupakan kelebihan. Saya memeriksa cawan saya untuk membuat kopi, tetapi ia bernoda teruk, jadi saya membasuhnya. ㅎ Terdapat senarai semak yang ditinggalkan di atas meja daripada tetamu sebelumnya, jadi saya tertanya-tanya jika mereka menyemaknya dengan teliti. Ia bukan isu utama, jadi ia tidak mengapa. ^^ Sekadar perincian kecil. Saya rasa saya mempunyai jangkaan yang lebih tinggi kerana nilai nama ”Shilla”. Sarapan pagi adalah seimbang dan mengenyangkan. Pada sebelah malamnya, zon makanan, di mana semua restoran terletak, telah pun penuh ditempah, yang agak mengecewakan.^^ Saya harap terdapat lebih banyak pilihan dalam kemudahan tanpa perlu keluar. Saya ingin melawat lagi lain kali apabila ruang lebih tersedia.

새로 오픈한 호텔이라 리뷰가 없어서 반신반의 하며 예약했는데 대만족하고 갑니다~ 부모님, 아이와 함께한 여정이었는데 모두 만족하며 지냈어요^^ 사당귀에서 봤던 대표님, 지배인님, 그리고 직원분들 너무너무 친절하셨구요~ 조식 하루 먹고 너무 맛있어서 다음 날도 투숙객 할인으오 현장 결제해서 또 먹었습니다. 에그타르트 맛집!! 한식 반찬도 넘 맛나요~ 착즙 주스 내려먹을 수 있어서 여러 잔 먹었네요 ㅎㅎ 침구류 너무 편안해요, 매트리스가 딱딱하거나 너무 물렁하지 않고 딱 눕는 순간 편하다는 생각이 절로 나왔다는~ 수건도 넉넉하고, 빨래건조대, 아이 침대 가드, 추가 가운이나 슬리퍼 등 룸에서 요청시에 정말 빠르게 응대해주셔서 바로바로 갖다주신 점이 인랑작이었습니다. 위치가 정말 좋아요~ 해변가와 맞닿아있어서 바로 모래놀이 도구 들고 나가서 놀고 그네타다 왔네요 ㅎㅎ 수영장은 옥상에 있다보니 바람이 불어 좀 추웠고, 구명조끼 무료 대여는 좋있지만 다른 튜브류는 사용할 수 없어서 아이가 아쉬워했어요;; 체크인, 체크아웃 때 인원이 몰려서 엘리베이터 잡기가 쉽지 않았던 점은 개선이 필요할듯 해요~ 여름엔 매우 붐빌 것 같은 예상도 해봅니다..

The view was so wonderful, the sea view welcomes you immediately when you enter the room. Love that it’s located with the red city bus stop right in front of it (to Songjeong beach). It’s located at Anmok beach and all the wonderful coffee cafes (& Faro Restaurant and Potato Soup Restaurant - serve solo travellers) & convenience stores were within walking distance. The cafes can be crowded during the weekends but you can just take out your coffee and enjoy the view in your room. The pension is about 10-15mins away from Gangneung KTX station by taxi. Checking in and out was a breeze, just drop the keys at the counter.

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird.  Water pressure for shower is way too weak.  No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time.  Views are magnificient however.  The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

방뷰는 반합니다 직원의 실수로 스위트주니어로 업글도 받았습니다. .B동코너였는데 와. .바람소리가 건물 무너질까봐 일행과 잠 못 이루는 밤이었어요ㅜㅜ 체크아웃 할 때 코너룸인 이방의 문제인건지 데스크 직원에게 물어보니 바람이 일정한.방향으로만.부는게 아니라 어떤방에서도 일어날 수 있답니다. . 어제 케이블카 운행도 안할 정도로 바람이 불긴 했지만. . 거의 공항에서 뱅기나르는 소음보다도 컸기에. ,

강아지 동반으로 다녀왔습니다 조용하고 산책하기 좋은 코스로 조성되어 있는데 펫파크는 좀 실망했네요 운동장은 한곳밖에 없어서 대형견 중소형견 다 같은곳을 사용해야 해서 강아지가 맘껏 뛰어놀지 못했습니다 펫파크내에 강아지똥 쓰레기 등 관리가 되어 있지 않고 불편했습니다 다시는 갈일없을듯 합니다

Well located for the park, just a short bus journey. Staff were helpful and the self service breakfast in the morning was good value and appreciated. A little tired but that seems to be the case for most the places we saw in the area. A good choice for this area.

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.
