Hotel Pet Friendly di Queretaro, Mexico

The room is new, comfortable, the mattress is soft, the sleep is good, the view is good and the lighting is good, the breakfast is clean and delicious. However, there are shortcomings, the shower is too high and unadjustable, the shower gel is not replenished, otherwise it will be perfect.

Located in the suburbs, but because it is close to customers, the transportation is quite convenient. There are many commercial complexes nearby, which is convenient for follow-up. The hotel's breakfast is average, but there are still a few good dishes for dinner. The room space is small and the bathroom facilities are not convenient enough. The front desk service is average.

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, the bus terminal is only 15 minutes away. There is a la comer supermarket diagonally opposite, the price is very good, there are ATMs in each bank, there are supermarkets' own cafes and small restaurants, things are not bad, there are salesmen who can speak English. Behind the hotel is an ordinary residential area, very ordinary, a little dirty, but Mexico is not like this, some small restaurants, not bad. The room is quite good, personally feel that the pillows are relatively high haha

The location is good but the amenities are limited. The service and breakfast are great. I recommend for any fellow travelers with time to ride bear the city.

Todo bien. Al pedir la factura de la estancia fue por menor valor que lo que cobraron a la tarjeta. Porque? Al anunciar el costo inicial no fue el que se promovía, al reservar fue mayor y tuve que pagar la estancia, no fue garantizada para pagar en el hotel. Porque?

Hotel workers are nice and amazing people. They were so helpful about everything. Place is nice located and everything was great!

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

Un maravilloso hotel, amplias habitaciones, muy limpias y con todas las amenidades necesarias. Tradicion en el bajío mexicano que mezcla lo colonial con lo contemporáneo. Si necesitaría hospedarme en Queretaro nuevamente, sin duda lo haría en El Real de Minas

Good hotel good location good service albeit the free breakfast isnt the buffet but the buffet is reasonably priced. Its within the city and near shops.
