Ini adalah sebuah pondok yang bagus dan lokasinya sangat baik. Malah berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar hanya 10 minit. Walau bagaimanapun, pondok ini termasuk 3 bilik dan setiap bilik untuk 3 atau 4 tetamu. Saya menginap malam dengan keluarga besar ********* mereka tinggal 2 bilik sehingga 6 atau 7 orang. Pada malam Tahun Baru Cina mereka mengadakan makan malam pesta besar sehingga jam 1 pagi. Mereka mengabaikan tetamu lain dan terus membuat bising sepanjang malam. Teruk.

If you use Google Maps, remember to select the pedestrian path for directions. Otherwise, it may guide you to an abandoned house. The view from the dining room was nice, but we found some short blond hairs on the bed. We weren't too concerned about it, but others might be. The breakfast is quite Western—bread and jam, with milk or yogurt. It's a nice place, suitable for a short nap before takeoff. Nearby Saddle Hill is a great spot for viewing the Southern Lights if the timing is right. You could also ask John for local tips—he might know the best viewing spots. Thanks again to John for his hospitality!

Very roomy unit with all the facilities needed. Aircon was on at arrival so a comfortable start. Bed was good, bathroom was good. Not motels fault but people in next door unit stayed up late and were noisy. We are staying at the motel again next week.

Great location for what we needed, right next to the onsen hot pools. Rooms and bedding was clean however the microwave oven + dishwasher was FILTHY. May need deep cleaning. One of the shower doors does close properly due to some bent plastic. Has bowling alley and pool tables but we had no time to try. Front desk very accommodating and provided large rubbish bags. Free parking is included for our room even though website said we might have to pay so that was nice.

GGuest UserOverall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserI'm not sure why this place has a relatively low rating, because it's actually pretty good! When I booked, it said 'dormitory' so I thought it would be a large communal room, but it turned out to be a 5-person room. There are three dorm rooms in one big building, with two bathrooms, and then a separate building for showers. The value for money is absolutely fantastic! Even compared to other hostels, they offer free luggage storage right at the front desk, to the right. No need to worry about security at all. Even though I reluctantly booked a mixed dorm, everyone was really nice, and it was quiet at night. As for cleanliness, it was very clean by hostel standards. The front desk staff were also very nice; everyone was friendly. The walk to this place is a bit steep, a big uphill climb, but it's very scenic. You pass a grassy field where kids play, which is lovely. It's also very close to the center of 'Little Queenstown,' only about a 15-minute walk.

GGuest UserKitchen supplies could be improved, because there was no dishwasher and no range hood installed for ventilation, plus there was a scary sign ordering travelers not to cook fragrant food. Travelers arrive from all over the world with different food habits, so not sure what's considered unacceptable to cook. The electric cooking stove was old and kind of broken. The windows have no screens so it was difficult to leave them open without insects crawling in and we got multiple mosquito bites. Room on the small side for families as there was no separation. We appreciated the free washing machine and dryer, and detergent cost NZ$2.
