I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

The place looks' good, lots of trees, fresh air and clean room that fits a family of four. But with great place comes the great walk up and down the stairs.....hahaha not for the old age Lolos' and lolas' who can barely walk. But, overall we enjoyed our 22 hour stay. It’s a place near Balay Dako so area is feasible even without bringing a car. The service were able to cater our needs and was really friendly. Amenities are working okay and you do have option to roam the area… I guess there are some that are going renovations or for sale (hope they make the are more lively again), bed is aight for it’s price only problem is the rest room. It’s a bit small and I don’t think there’s an exhaust so might want to spray lysol after every use. I am still keen in going back there but yeah, Rest room needs a make over.

We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, and a nice buffet. 💯 We had a great two days at this hotel. The food at their Emerald Cafë and Kimsuy Chinese restaurant, was excellent. The employees were really kind and helpful. The drawback is that the hotel is two decades old, and some of its components are degrading. Perhaps renovations will restore the hotel's magnificent facade and make it seem like it used to. Over all we appreciate the staff, and the room rate it was very reasonable for a suite.💖

Our stay was generally good, and we truly enjoyed the facilities and activities offered by the hotel. There was plenty to do, and it made our overall experience fun and memorable. However, when we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell on the bed that seemed like dog urine, which was unpleasant. Thankfully, when we reported it, the staff responded immediately and changed the beddings right away. We really appreciate their prompt action and professionalism. After that concern was addressed, everything felt comfortable. Overall, while the initial issue was disappointing, the staff handled it well, and we still had an enjoyable stay.

i love the view from the 6th floor room though the steps are quite challenging :) they also allow pet which is great though the only concern i had was that they charged me 2K PHP for additional fee on top of the pet cleaning fee per day (which is not part of the fine print) which is kind of weird honestly. they should manage guests of the fees that they will eventually charge for the pets at the onset. apart from this, i dont have any concerns with the property - staff are friendly and location is great!
