The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets!
The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.

It is both a hotel and a restaurant🍴 The location is very good, close to a main traffic road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere by car. The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard with an antique interior. There are several breakfast sets to choose from. It is very nice to sit at the dining table in the courtyard in the morning and enjoy breakfast😊 It is clean and the service staff is also very good. Because my flight was leaving at night, I applied for late check-out and added 500 pesos.
When traveling to Davao, I highly recommend the Big House Hotel🏨

Room: 9.5/10 I love the sofa, super comfy ng bed, malinis, provided and towels at toiletries. Malamig din ang AC, mejo maingay lang.
Restroom: 9.5/10 May water heater and no issues with water pressure, considering we stayed on the 21st floor. Small flaw is the tiles, medyo luma na but not a big issue at all.
Appliances included: 7/10 Fridge is big enough, may water heater, konti lang dishes ang silverwares na andun so we had to buy glasses to use. Wala din water dispenser. I suggest provide at least a microwave kahit hindi na cooking set.

We had a pleasant stay. The premier garden cabin was just right for our family. It was a clean and instagrammable functional space. Kudos to the staff for being so helpful and maintaining the facilities.

In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close.
The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems.
I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen.
Special reminder that currently all places in Davao are non-smoking, indoor and outdoor are banned, and durians are also not allowed in the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room arrangement was comfortable and well thought out, with Netflix and YouTube available for added entertainment. Being located on the 28th floor, we were treated to a beautiful city view that made our experience even more relaxing and memorable.

This is a very secluded area which is why I liked it so. If you want crowds then go to Boracay but if you want a beautiful beach with more privacy then this is your paradise getaway. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the owner is extremely caring. I loved this place and the view is like Hawaii Maui. Be aware that the beach is going down a mountain so there are lots of stairs to climb. Also I loved the Peacock’s that roam there. This is a perfect Anniversary vacation
