WWerner1I'd cautiously recommend this hotel! First off, it's really hard to find when you first arrive because there are no signs (street or hotel signs like you'd find for other places). I booked the cheapest room category, so I wasn't expecting the highest standard, but the living/sleeping area definitely needed a wardrobe or shelves, or at least more hooks for hanging things! The toilet and shower (which was perfect!) were in the same room, which meant the floor was constantly wet. Only a tiny trickle came out of the sink faucet, and the drain was very slow (maybe clogged!). You might have to ask for towels if you need them. Parking can get tight if the hotel is fully booked. WiFi was only available in the public areas (but that was communicated upfront). After dinner at the restaurant next door, I had diarrhea the next day (stomach issues from the vegetables!).

GGuest UserGood -Met owners of BnB, Ice cream, bar and dining available on site (Italian / local food), good breakfast included. Air-conditioned room, phone and satellite tv (requires load by site). On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site.
Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all).
Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

GGuest UserThe place is good 10mins away from calle crisollogo, with swimming pool opens at 8am-10pm. Comfy beds and really cool aircon the bathroom is spacious too. Some rooms has cabinet and some doesn’t. With complimentary soap and shampoo you have your own kettle with complimentary coffee. It is also near the beach and the place is big and quiet. Please take note the wifi is only in the reception but in the room it is very very slow as if nothing. It has Cable TV but very static and the room is only on dim lights and what i hate the most is when i ask to clean the room they didn’t change the used drinking glass but the staff are nice specially the guard and receptionist at night you can also call the receptionist if you need something and the food is very very good and the view upstairs is nice aswell!!

GGold B. C.Will definitely come back! The place is very spacious with complete basic needs, it's great even for big families, company outing or team buildings. Each bed was provided with a towel and a blanket. They have a cooking area and a wide dining area. They also have a mini store inside the resort. Facilities are clean, room T&B and even the common CR/shower areas near the beach are clean. They also have a grill area and dining area near the shore. The shoreline is perfect with fine sand and it's less crowded, and expect to play with La Union waves. This is indeed a beachfront property. Also, they're very close to grape picking locations, you can try that activity, with wine tasting!

AAnonymous UserJ'avais réservé une chambre avec fenêtre. Mais quand je suis arrivée, on a voulu me donner une chambre sans fenêtre. J'ai protesté énergiquement et j'ai alors obtenu une chambre avec une fenêtre mais qui ne s'ouvre pas. La chambre est triste et la salle de bain très mal commode, trop petite, avec une mauvaise douche. Je trouve le prix excessif pour ces médiocres prestations.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Minerva Eco Farm with my family. The place offers a peaceful and refreshing environment, perfect for quality time and relaxation. The natural surroundings and eco-friendly atmosphere made the experience even more special. It was a great escape from the busy routine, and we appreciated the calm and welcoming ambiance. Overall, it was a memorable family getaway that we would happily recommend.

GGuest UserLocation 180 is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very minimalistic and has a nice cozy garden which allows for nice quiet mornings. It's a basic room with a private toilet and bath and it is kept very clean. Our host, Jeff, was very accommodating and friendly and was very easy to deal with. I'd say its good value for money.
