We really did enjoy our 5 days stay esp in SummerHouse. Has front beach and main road access, approachable staff, delectable breakfast buffet, plenty of pools to dip in and a nature vibe accommodation. I could stay in this place for a month without getting bored unlike hotel types Will definitely come back again💗 I just wish there were more beach bed to use 💜

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a calm, relaxing vibe and is perfectly located right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sunsets anytime. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. Overall, it felt peaceful and welcoming—great for unwinding and enjoying Boracay without the chaos. Highly recommended, and I’d happily stay here again.

Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well Done!

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

Main reason why I booked my stay here is because I saw that they are an animal-friendly resort/hotel. Overall, a beautiful place to stay. I'm really happy with my experience. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Complete and working amenities. I enjoyed my carbonara and iced coffee at their in-house restaurant/bar. We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Loved Every Minute at Ferra Premier — Total Boracay Vibes! Okay, let me just say… Ferra Premier by JG nailed it. This place is seriously a hidden gem! Tucked away just enough from the busy Boracay crowd, but still super close to the beach, restos, and shops—like, a 5-minute chill walk and you’re at White Beach. The staff? Absolutely the sweetest. They treat you like family from the second you check in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and just genuinely kind. You can tell they actually care that you're having a good time. Our room was clean, cozy, and stylish. The bed was comfy, the AC was nice too. Bonus points for the little details—like welcome drinks and nice-smelling toiletries. And yo, the rooftop bar and restaurant? Big win. Great vibes, tasty food, and perfect for that golden hour chill with cocktails in hand. Breakfast every morning was also solid—plenty of choices and very filling. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. If you want a more personal, boutique hotel experience that still gives you full-on island vacay feels, Ferra Premier is it. 10/10 would stay again.

For me one of the best hotels at Station2. Just a walk from the beach, beautiful pool with small garden and fountain… Rooms are spacious and clean but it can get noisy at morning when housekeeping starts cleaning 2nd floor. Sadly the amenities disappeared 😢, just 1 small shampoo, soap and 2 toothbrushes. 4 towels fresh every day as well as coffee, tea,… The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful… I requested an extra pillow and got it after 3min together with a big smile from the staff :)

All the staff were very friendly and would readily assist us whenever we have questions. The place was generally clean but just had a minor issue with the smell due to the (probably) dog poop on our front door 😅. The breakfast buffet was ok. There wasn't much variation but the breakfast food was good and didn't cost much. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Carles.
