I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

A beautiful 19th-century building in the heart of Krakow, well-restored with elements of antique decor. I must commend the breakfast: everything was fresh and of good quality, with a decent selection. The staff are excellent, working like clockwork – helpful and pleasant. High ceilings, huge bathrooms – this hotel definitely has a unique charm. The stained-glass window above the magnificent central staircase is a highlight. I only booked for a few hours due to some *********** quirks, as a temporary option before my main hotel, but next time, Pollera will be my primary choice. The prices are also very reasonable. The magnificent theater building across from the hotel is stunning!

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025. The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive. Highly recommended for location and experience.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in recent years. It's an old building, but it's been renovated in recent years in a classic, exquisite style. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. The hotel is close to the heart of the old town, yet incredibly quiet. There's no hustle and bustle, just the smile of the front desk lady every time I pass by.

Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

Ottima ubicazione per raggiungere facilmente i punti salienti della città. La struttura è un po’ datata e senza condizionatori e ascensore. Per fortuna le temperature erano accettabili  e abbiamo occupato il secondo piano. Però tutto sommato ci ritornerei per l ubicazione .

Stayed here for 3 nights. The front lady was super friendly and suggested us to many must-go places. This hotel is more like an apartment and the location is quite good. Unfortunately, bolt cannot get inside this area since it is an old town so we need to drag our luggages to the nearest pinned location around 5-min walk and the street is mostly a stone. Local taxi advanced reservation is suggested if you have luggages. Contact the hotel if needed, they are willing to help! :)

The location is excellent and the staff are quite attentive. The beds are generally quite basic. In fact, mine broke when I tried to get up (room 103). Luckily, there was no problem getting another room for the last night. But in that very room, one of the two beds also had a missing slat from the bed frame (room 204). That's when I discovered that the shared bathrooms are super different depending on the block of rooms you're assigned. There's quite a lot of noise in the hallways, and the hot water runs out quickly during peak hours. Although it's called an ”Aparthotel,” there are no cooking facilities or a fridge to keep things cool. Only instant coffee and tea ***** at reception (and this is free). Overall, it's fine for the location if you're going on excursions or leaving early for the airport, but it's not excellent in terms of quality.

Loved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.

B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.
