The hotel’s location is quite good, with convenient access to shopping and dining options nearby, and it also offers paid parking. The rooms are relatively small, and it’s common to find some small bugs, which is the part I’m not very satisfied with.

Hotel posizionato in zona strategica, non lontano dall'autostrada. Personale gentile e professionale, stanze silenziose, spaziose ed accoglienti, ottima colazione (dolce e salata), comodo il parcheggio interno. Siamo soddisfatti. Alla prossima!!!

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Kolejny raz korzystam z tego hotelu i nie ostatni. Odpowiada mi i zaspokaja wszystko czego oczekuję.

Naprawdę się starają, należy im się docenienie,  potrzebnym jest doszkolić obsługę sprzątającą przy śniadaniach, same śniadania są dobre w momencie oblężenia hotelu potem jakość trochę spada. Prosimy o docenienie naszej konstruktywnej opinii😀. Czystość w pokojach bardzo dobra na 3-cim piętrze!

Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

Winda nie działała. Skosy w pokoju troszkę niefortunnie ułożone względem mebli , można się uderzyć w głowę . Wyposażenie bogate: W łazience Suszarka , kosmetyki i szlafroki oraz papucie dla gości .  Kurtyna zasłaniająca okno 😴super.  Szafa pojemna , zestaw do czyszczenia butów i igielnik . Kanapa i stolik , biurko , czajnik , szafki nocne ze łyżko podwójne .

В целом неплохой недорогой отель. Комната маленькая, все компактно , но переночевать сойдет. Подушки очень маленькие. Расстояние до автостанции указанное на сайте не верное , в реальности более 2 километров так как нет прямых дорог. Шведский стол сдабенький.
