Hotel Pet Friendly di Evora District, Portugal

This is the best two nights out of our 2 weeks Portugal trip. The hotel is new, room is big, nice gym, breakfast is so so good. Highly recommended. Price is reasonable. Really enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Amazing experience. Room was clean and well designed. The hotel itself is really beautiful if you want to explore the space. All staff were helpful. Highly recommended!

O estacionamento não tinha nenhuma referência na marcação e só na chegada é que informaram que era por ordem de chegada. No WC instalaram uma prateleira de vidro sobre o lavatório ( de dimensões reduzidas) o que torna muito dificil alguns atos de higiene, nomeadamente lavar o rosto. O serviço de pequeno almoço era bom e com boa oferta mas tinha alguns tipos de produtos já com alguns dias, nomeadamente o pão de mistura com sementes.

Boas instalações e muito atenciosos no atendimento. Espaços bem cuidados e limpos. Cama confortável. Vale a pena!

Para o que promete (especialmente projetado para o sono e o descanso) não cumpre. O ar condicionado é demasiado ruidoso e o facto do ventilador da casa de banho ser programado pelo hotel e não conseguirmos desligar, faz com que nos horários de funcionamento do mesmo seja desconfortável estar no quarto devido ao ruído.

Wir waren für einen Tag in Evora und wurden sehr angenehm begrüßt. Der Hotelier hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut und freundlich erklärt und die wichtigsten Punkte auf einer Karte für uns markiert. Das Zimmer war gut und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett eventuell etwas zu weich und das Zimmer leicht hellhörig aber alles in allem wirklich klasse ! Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

El hotel y las instalaciones espectaculares. Las habitaciones grandes y preciosas, aunque habría que cuidar un pelin más la limpieza, ya que como las paredes y suelo son de pizarra negra, no se ven bien las telarañas. El desayuno riquísimo y todo lo que ponen en la cafetería del lago también. Repetiremos sin duda.
