Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.
Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Solch ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

Öncelikle baya bir dağ yolunda gitmeniz gerekiyor fakat yollar temiz, her şekilde çıkılabilecek durumda. Daha sonra çok geniş bir alana yayılmış evleri göreceksiniz. Otelin yeri, havası, sessizliği ve sakinliği harika, mutfağı açık akşam yemeğini rahatça yiyebilirsiniz ve yemekler ***et güzel, kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı tarzı geldi o da ***et yeterliydi, odalar rahat ve huzurlu, ilk kez bu kadar rahat bir uyku çektim, her şey harika fakat tek bir sıkıntı var o da haritalarda ve diğer uygulamalarda spa gözükmesine rağmen bu sene kapalı tutmuşlar keşke olanaklar kısmından kaldırsalardı.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Номера в отеле супер. У нас почти целая квартира была ) по местоположению не очень - до воды не дойти, Migros далеко. На своем транспорте доехать до пляжа можно ) ценники в ресторане гостиницы дороже чем везде, ну это само собой. Мы брали тут одну ночь чтобы поваляться в красивом номере - это получилось. Бассейн кстати не работал(

Чтобы просто переночевать, то да и то одному без детей. Номер забронировали семейный (4 человека), итог: 3 кровати и 1 поломанная раскладушка. Подушки такие, что утром шею не возможно было повернуть, как будто в наволочку наложили кирпичей. При бронировании указано: выезд 23:30. При заселении нам не сказали про правила выселения. Утром не торопясь мы поехали гулять по городу. Приехали вечером, а в номер попасть не могли, так как они перепрограммировали ключ, вещи в номере. Хотели, чтобы мы ещё заплатили за ночь. Мы показываем им условия брони, где указано: выезд 23:30, ответ: это системная ошибка. Ручка отсутствовала снаружи, поэтому когда мы выходили из номера и закрывали дверь, нам приходилось звать сотрудников, чтобы они вскрывали дверь. Но персонал отличный это плюс большой😁

SS. AL HINAIFirst thing to begin with is the welcoming crew of the hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and up to your expectations. The room I booked is a 5-star level room, so clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is just at Trabzon medan. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone you care for. Thank you very much.

ЛЛетаюExcellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

GGuest UserTo just stay, both without children. The room was booked family (4 people), result: 3 beds and 1 broken layout. Pushers such that in the morning the neck could not be turned, as if they were put bricks in the waist. The booking indicates: exit at 23:30. When settled, we were not told about the rules of expulsion. In the morning we went on a walk in the city. We arrived in the evening, and could not get to the room because they reprogrammed the key, things in the room. We wanted us to pay for the night. We show them the terms of the reservation, where it says: exit 23:30, answer: this is a system error. The pen was missing outside, so when we went out of the room and closed the door, we had to call the staff to open the door. But the staff was excellent plus a big 😁
