Only stayed one night but the room was clean, and stayed nice and cold. Staff was very friendly and the view of the lake was beautiful.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

From when we got there customer service was great at desk room was clean . We got there late because we didn’t expect to stop . We had car trouble it was so inviting enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Embassy Suites on University Drive in Tuscaloosa, Alabama while waiting to close on our new home. The king suite was perfect for my husband and I as we were staying for 4 nights. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Happy hour was nice. And the restaurant on site is very good. Location is great as there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The hotel location was convenient for everything I needed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers.

GGuest UserWell, the first room they gave me the air condition wouldn’t keep Running . It will cut off after three seconds. so I went back to the office and asked for another room because the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly and he act like he didn’t want to give me another room in the place of that one. I have just checked in five minutes ago he asked me have I messed up the room and I told him no, only in five minutes trying to get the air condition to work because of room was very hot.

GGuest UserFor simple night it's okay. However, the climate was so noisy that we had to be able to pack the out. That was the same for the refrigerator that was noisy and did not really cool. We then decided to pull for sting.

SSummer KendrickThey need more towels in the rooms when you have two guest they could do better on cleaning but it was clean the pool wasn’t ready and they need to spray around all the rooms. And the doors for bugs and spiders but other than that love the stay.
