Well, first you have to pay an extra 16 USD just to park your car...then they charged me twice, and it took an hour or more to resolve this problem. then there is not even a bottle of water in the room. then the room I had was very noisy, as there is an avenue out side which is very busy and there is traffic noise all night. the shower leaked, so all night I had to hear a drip drip drip it was a cold night and the blanket on the bed was a very thin blanket. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with much...much better conditions.

This place is so convenient!! Highly recommend!

Right from the moment we arrived, the front desk rep Michael was amazing! He greeted us with smiles and very welcoming. He was very professional and willing to help with anything and did mention a great place to eat since we came from Glenwood Colorado and he was right the Buffet was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much Michael, your guest service is amazing! Also I knew I've seen him before but he kept saying he's never been to Colorado! But Mr. Michael if you read this my son remembers you lol your the guy from the movie Star Wars! I knew it! I can say I met a celebrity :) from my all time favorite movies. For you Michael you are the best and you deserve two thumbs way up!

This hotel is one of my favourites in Los Angeles to stay at as it’s located next to two decent shopping centers, is Beverly Hills adjacent, has efficient valet parking and the rooms are kept in good shape and tidy. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Although the rooms are not big, and the room phones take time to master the bathrooms make up for it as they have a decent setup and good quality amenities.

Well to start Britney & Carmen deserve a much needed raise. First Britney treated me like I was the owner. Nice, respectful and friendly to me. I reserved a room and I was to check in at 3pm. She asked me as soon as she finds one available she will call and she did 2 hours early. Now Carmen didn't have to do this for me but a friend of mine felt like crap so I bought her some soup. She micro my soup.

This Motel 6 was the scariest place I have ever stayed. The premises and parking area were filthy with garbage. The guests that stayed there were borderline homeless. There was no microwave, hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner and no coffee maker. I believe they were not provided because guests probably steal them. We had enough bath towels for 2, but not enough hand or washclothes. The bedding had burn marks on them. I do believe the room was clean, but that was it. I would not stay here again or even in the city of San Bernardino. Check in was through a walk up slot, not inside the lobby.

Had a great experience from the staff the the comfortable room overall was great location wasn’t loud and didn’t have of trafficking throughout property I really liked nobody was hangout around just really humble property will definitely be back thank you motel 6 team

The service and location of the hotel were perfect and the memory of riding a scooter or bicycle was really good! I living in every facility and on the 17th floor of the manjokayeot my life was spared.

Was a clean room but was over booked. I reserved a quad room ended up in a standard without a fridge or microwave. So got expensive for the week for me. But the staff was awesome.

There is not one negative thing to say about this motel property. Check-in had one surprise, $100 security deposit but other than that, the rules were clear and understandable - conveyed behind bullet-proof glass but hey! The motel representative was understandable and helpful. The ice machine and soda machine are down stairs for your convenience. Our room was top then in the corner. We did not hear a mouse fart because there are no bugs or vermin to report on. The room was sparkling clean and cleaned on 2nd day. The room was the largest that we stayed at in California. Two queen beds felt like King sized beds. The channels on the television (flat screen at least 42 inches or more) wall-mounted, were awesome. Parking was well lit and offered garage-type parking which we used. It was bright at night. Nice cafes were located nearby on Century Blvd. I would stay here again!

非常感謝， 乾淨下次再來。 每次來洛杉磯都會住這個就酒店， 去哪裡都非常方便，門口有很多餐館，吃飯也是非常便利。

Very exciting place to call home Id recommend for the people to come here and enjoy the most enjoyable part of the day. You'll enjoy with your best fury friend on these adventures days We live in the street so once I get paid from my job I find spots for me and my dog to hangout in a safe environment area so we can relax indoors instead of our doors

My future go to hotel when I visit family in the area. Easy access to 91. Rooms are spartan but very serviceable. Daily maid service even though I don't require it. WiFi can be a bit flaky. You cannot beat the price.

The location is good but the hotel is old. We located right next to garbage bins, too many flies around.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

Check-in was a breeze: friendly and quick. They gave me what I asked for: the quietest room. So, when I started noticing problems, I decided not to ask for another room. I've stayed at Motel 6s, so I knew that the spot next to the window usually has a table and chairs. My room didn't; it was just a big empty space. I was alone, so I didn't really need the table; I sat in the one chair along the desk at the side of the room. I went to plug in my computer, and... there was only *one* free outlet in the entire room -- except at the bathroom! (See the photo.) (Hint: I've learned to bring a long extension cord and power ***** for rooms like these.) I tried to turn on the light over the desk; it didn't work. When I looked inside the fixture, the light bulb was *missing*. The light fixture over the big empty space on the floor had just one working bulb; the other was either missing or burned out. Luckily, the light over the washbasin was bright, so I used it to light the room. I went to the basin to wash my hands. When I turned the faucet to hot, only a tiny trickle came out. (See the photo.) I decided to wash my hands in the bathtub. Then I noticed that the tub spout wasn't clean: it had a film of minerals. The tub had a couple of tears, some rusty stains, and... two coarse black hairs several inches long! I went to get a hand towel; there was only one, and it was hanging out of the towel rack (see photo)... there were no washcloths. I plugged my computer into my extension cord to use the WiFi. The computer said the signal was strong. As usual, my browser opened a login page, but then I waited... it took almost a minute for the login page to appear! I went to the speed test website (TripAdvisor probably won't let me give the URL). I had 0.99 Mbps download and 0.50 Mbps upload -- which is super-slow. (This was at 4:30pm. The speed stayed the same for hours after.) I tried to upload pictures from my phone's camera to Google Photos... uploading 80 photos took two and a half hours! When I logged in again later, I noticed a space for an ”upgrade code, if purchased.” Maybe the motel entices us with their sign by the street advertising WiFi, but making us pay more if we want to do almost anything with it? Luckily, I didn't need it so I didn't try it. There was a fair amount of paint missing from parts of the exterior walls and gang graffiti by the stairwell at the back corner of the motel. For some reason -- although the days of soda and beer in bottles are mostly gone -- there was an old rusty bottle opener fixture attached underneath the washbasin. I'm not heavy, but the bed sagged in the middle. At least the parking lot was clean.

Great little gem off the highway for a 6 day trip to Disneyland. Entire hotel was under renovation during our stay, and the rooms are improved. Room is spacious and appeared clean and fresh. The renovation is one of those “surface” renovations where when you look close there’s a lot of things they didn’t and probably won’t touch. The staff were super polite and helpful when I needed anything. The AC unit was vibrating super loud and I asked them to look at it and see if they could do anything. When we returned it was silent! Be aware though, the entrance to the hotel is on Trask, and there is no way to turn left into the lot at the light. You have to go down a bit further and U turn. I do recommend this place if you’re on a budget but still want to be close enough to the parks.

Nice place to stay but had an issue with parking. I have an accessible plate and parking was 20 feet from the door..and I parked myself. Then got a 30$ a day valet parking bill on my final bill. She. I arrived the valet guy said I wouldn’t be charged…anyway I’m a Hilton honors member and have also let them know I won’t be staying at a Hilton brand any time soon. And I travel every weekend in the winter for sports. Oh well…
