The staff was very friendly. The cafe was great. The in-room bathroom was moldy, the floors were stained, the basin was cracked and had hair in it (not mine), and the wall paper had been cut and had wires exposed. I have not experienced this level of disrepair in a hotel ever. The 3.9 stars on Google is misleading.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

This hotel offers 24-Hour Free Airport Shuttle service which was reliable and great for our needs. The staff were very efficient and friendly on check in and in assisting us with inquiries. The hotel is close (within a short walking distance) to a number of food outlets. The rooftop patio was a pleasant area to spend some relaxation.

This is my favorite hotel near LAX airport. I always try stay this hotel only. Very near , clean , nearby super market and seven eleven and many restaurants. Shuttle service is very good and driver is always kind to help like receptionist of hotel.

Kinda far from Downtown to travel to the tourist attractions in LA like the Observatory, Hollywood, and Santa Monica Pier. Hotel looks and feels grand, good value for money still.

Hotel is clean, receptionists are nice and helpful, food and service in restaurant are all good. Recommend to accommodate.

Great location (next to Chinatown and financial district) and great view, amenities and services nice too. Neighborhood is pretty safe. Also a nice bookstore just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road. Diversity restaurants are nearby. Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable. Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.

very nice. the room is kept clean all the time as long as i call the service. the frontdesk service is also gentle and professional. really enjoy this trip.

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check in/out. Was given complimentary late check out as well.
