The staff was very friendly. The cafe was great. The in-room bathroom was moldy, the floors were stained, the basin was cracked and had hair in it (not mine), and the wall paper had been cut and had wires exposed. I have not experienced this level of disrepair in a hotel ever. The 3.9 stars on Google is misleading.

- the front desks were friendly and helpful - there was a luggage storage area for after our check-out - however, we kept asking for a hairdryer, but they “only had 1” in which they said it would be given to us after the other guests were done it, but in the end we never got it - there also wasn’t a fridge in our room , and no shampoos and conditioners and body wash :( - but overall the room is clean and the location was so good

My stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles was quite a unique experience. I absolutely loved the grand historic architecture—the building is stunning and full of old-world charm, making it feel like stepping back in time. However, some aspects of the stay were less impressive. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and repetitive, and it was sometimes difficult to get help from the staff. I often had to go down to the reception myself to get a bottle of water each day, which was inconvenient. The location was also not ideal for first-time visitors to the city. The surrounding downtown area did not feel very comfortable to explore, especially at night, and compared to other downtown areas we have visited, it felt less welcoming and not safe. The hotel definitely has a very distinctive atmosphere—beautiful, historic, and at times a little strange and eerie, especially in the basement area where the pool and gym are located, which adds to its character. Overall, it was an interesting stay mainly because of the incredible architecture and history of the place.f

Why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel? The reason for staying in an airport hotel is because you want to get to the airport easily. The main problem is the shuttle bus is shared between 3 establishments and it is always crowded during peak hours. Other hotels has their own shuttle and it’s less crowded The hotel itself is great! New and clear. Most comfortable for a short layover.

Only the noise from the highway and the location is a bit far from the university! The receptionist very helpful, but I was not able to get my deposit USD50 back!

We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.

What you get for what you pay. No complaints. We stayed for a night from our way back to LA. Near to Walmart and shopping centre. Parking available, freeze and microwave was in the room, that was handy. The owner was very kind and nice! Worth a night on the way to Death Valley!

前門出去，很樸實無華。這裡有2處《愛樂之城》的拍攝地。走幾步就是小火車（拍攝地1），高樓梯往下走，穿過小公園，5分鐘內抵達那個超級著名的中央市場（拍攝地2）。
作為南京人，第一次去，覺得這個市場亂糟糟的，不理解為啥那麼有名。但那家egg漢堡值得一吃。
忽略路上有點尿味，偶有流浪漢。一定要看看那些建築啊。幾個超級著名的建築就在那個中央市場周邊。
我在首頁裏會寫。

後門3樓出去，簡直絕了。全是博物館和CBD啊啊啊啊啊 。和前門是兩個世界。現代藝術館，博物館the broad和音樂廳就在旁邊啊。 後面2樓出去的曼哈頓小廣場，太美了吧。很多吃的白人小餐廳，沙拉還是不錯的。白領中午在那裡曬太陽。 2、酒店福利超級好。 你們要看酒店福利啊。 早上大廳有免費咖啡、燕麥奶、好吃的蘋果，各自茶包……

在美國，每家酒店都要收取額外的目的地費用，這家酒店簡直太良心了。 而且酒店工作人員很專業。乾淨。這家酒店的工作人員小費是我發自內心想主動給的。 離開市區時，我發現隔壁有家康萊德就在音樂廳對面，很新，view很好。但是如果有下一次，我估計我還是會住omni。這性價比，絕了。

Отель более или менее приемлемый. Расположен недалеко от станции метро. В пешей доступности есть супермаркет. В номере чисто. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Вай-фай работает нормально. Единственный недостаток - плохая шумоузоляция в номерах. Было слышно, как соседи разговаривают в соседнем номере.
