I’ve stayed at the Flamingo hotel 4 times and I’d have to say for the money spent this time around it has put me off coming back ever again. No tea or coffee in the room, no drinking water (not even one bottle). Expensive “resort” fee per day with no “resort” to speak of. Food is expensive everywhere inside the hotel. The only thing it has going for it is the location. Entertainment is old. I mean Wayne Newton. Is he still alive?! Small towels big enough for children only. This trip was the most expensive part of our trip around the world and we won’t he coming back. I used to live the Flamingo, but even in the non-smoking room I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. I had to pay extra because the check-in time is so late in the afternoon and we got there at 2, and because my room wasn’t available when I checked in I had to pay for an upgraded room. Even though the room I got was not a newly “renovated” room like the woman at the desk said it would be and ended paying $500 Australian more. Not happy and very eager to leave Vegas because of this disappointing stay.

After a disappointing two-night stay at a diferent hotel, Mandalay Bay was a breath of fresh air. While it is located a bit further down the *****, the free tram connecting to Luxor and Excalibur makes getting around very convenient. Overall,I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room and property was great! Check-in experience was not good as it took an hour of waiting in line, then the express check-in kiosk wasn’t working for my reservation so I had to stand in another line to get a front desk clerk to assist with the room keys. Property was decorated nicely for the holiday season.

Comes here for business trip which is close to the Las Vegas Convention Center，also near the famous sphere even you can see it on the first floor.Anyone can check some appliance spare parts through web: aiboappliance.en.alibaba.com. While the room a little noise cause it close to the air conditioning outdoor unit equipment and no other more quite rooms available cause these days all rooms ordered.Hotel water offer at $16.99/bottle.On the ground floor have some bar and playing games place.A wonderful hotel highly recommend!

I booked a room for 4 nights/5 days and not even once our room has been serviced by the housekeeping. I have to call the customer service to request a day before we check out to get our towels re-stock and our room to be cleaned. Also, the worst part is we can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi properly. My husband has to call their customer service every single day to manually connect our phones to their internet. (Note: room didn’t have fridge too).

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The ****** staff are very nice. The view is amazing

The room is decent in terms of its overall appearance and comfort, providing a good space for relaxation. However, the lighting in the room is quite dim, which might make it challenging to perform tasks that require good visibility or create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the shower room could benefit from some improvement like the hot water. Lastly, the self-check-in system had numerous issues like not accepting any of my cards, which wasted a significant amount of time during the check-in process.

- check in and check out Q was so long. - room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA. - the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower,room 6235. - staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly. - choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.

Final take: Great for the “Vegas experience.” Not necessarily for the “Vegas upgrade.”

The hotel is good in a prime location. How ever food options are very limited. The rooms would have been better if they would had a coffee machine or kettle. To get the coffee in the morning it's a nightmare. Three is only one coffee shop /breakfast shop at bellagio Or soom
