Hotel Pet friendly di New Jersey, United States

The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

應該是普林斯頓最好的酒店，大體符合國內四星級標準。 衞生：很新的酒店，目前很好。 環境：普林斯頓最有氛圍感的酒店，一層餐廳和酒吧夜生活十分紅火。酒店位於最繁華的商業街上，臨近普林斯頓主校門。 服務：前台人員態度都很好，退房時間順利從11點延到12點。但第一晚沒有做客房清潔，第二晚的清潔非常出色。 設施：符合國內四星級標準。洗漱用品基本都需要主動索取。燈光控制不是很智能，感應燈容易自己關。除此以外都還不錯。水壓極大，十分舒適，沒有住過水壓更大的酒店。

Decent place and location, though wouldn't recommend except to save a bit of cash.

I absolutely love this location. It's very welcoming, quite, etc. Breakfast was very plentiful. Staff are excellent. I will definitely come again. Plus love the pet friendliness.

The hotel is a little outdated but spacious and the breakfast provided was good. There is quite a lot of hot food selection such as bacon, sausages, omelette, boiled eggs and hot oatmeals. In the morning there is a manager on site that greet all the guests which is a good touch too. There is also a public bus just right across the hotel that you can ride to NYC subway station. You can get the bus ticket on the vending machine in the bus stop and they accept card payment. I do suggest get two way ticket to avoid queuing up again to get another return ticket if you plan to return to the hotel using the same bus.

I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were  loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.

All good in the hotel along with nearby facilities very nice but bit old (needs small maintenaince works like broken coffee machine etc). Just stayed as a transition day for other visit.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. I suppose we made a booking at a wrong time, when the restaurant was unfortunately closed for renovations. It would have been good to have the option of coming back to the hotel without having to arrange for a meal from elsewhere. But otherwise, the location of the hotel, the room and everything else was quite satisfactory. Even the staff was very polite and cooperative.

Good location, there are restaurants nearby and AMC is also near the hotel. The service is good, the room is clean and big.

The room was spacious and well-suited for business travelers, with a large bed, sofa, and a generous work desk. The hotel is also very close to the airport. One thing to note is that the airport shuttle only runs every 30 minutes, so convenience may depend on your schedule and how rushed you are. Service was somewhat inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed less polished in their customer service. One shuttle driver was particularly warm and welcoming, but another came across as less professional, which left a less positive impression. The room and bathroom appeared clean overall. However, there was occasionally a faint musty odor in parts of the bathroom, possibly due to humidity. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable at times. Overall, the spacious room and convenient airport location were definite highlights, though service quality and some maintenance details could be improved.
