Hotel Pet friendly di New Jersey, United States

Normal 3 star hotel. Cleanliness and quiet are the plus points.

I really loved the hotel. However, my room was directly above a conference room where high school celebrations were  loud and disturbing. The music was thumping, the microphones screamed, and I found it difficult to rest. The first night was supposedly a dress rehearsal for the event. I called the front desk where it was explained what was going on. The second night I called the desk again to ask what time the noise was going to stop. I was told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I’d love to give you a good review, but that kind of noise in a hotel such as the Madison really is unfortunate and disappointing. Manager in the pub was awesome. Ricky at the front desk was amazing. I had driven from NH for my best friend’s celebration of life which was held in the conservatory, but I was so exhausted that I really wanted to sleep. The loud music and loudspeakers made it impossible.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. I suppose we made a booking at a wrong time, when the restaurant was unfortunately closed for renovations. It would have been good to have the option of coming back to the hotel without having to arrange for a meal from elsewhere. But otherwise, the location of the hotel, the room and everything else was quite satisfactory. Even the staff was very polite and cooperative.

We stayed here for 2 nights .  Clean room , clean hotel, also great to have a Tesla charger in the parking lot to charge overnight - saved us the trip to a charging station.  No complaints - nice place to stay

The hotel location is fine. It is connected with the airport by shuttle limo every 30 minutes, 24/7. It is two mile away from Elizabeth Station, not a long rideshare but definitely not walkable. No water in the suite. We were surprised to find this fact from a Renaissance Hotel and we were told the boss of the hotel wants to reduce the cost so a lot of programs are cut down. This definitely explains why half of the amenity are shut down, including the resturant and the bar. The gym is on but the water fountain is out of maintenance. In general, it is fine for a night at the airport.

地理位置非常棒，步行幾分鐘就到旁邊的購物中心了，去boardwalk略遠一點，但15分鐘也能到！酒店性價比太高了，老牌五星級酒店，價格跟國內的三星級酒店差不多，床非常舒服，兩晚住在這裏簡直不要太值！

Perkhidmatan yang hebat, daftar masuk/daftar keluar yang mudah, kolam renang berjalan mengikut masa tempahan yang ok. Sukar untuk mendapatkan tab mandi panas melainkan anda benar-benar cuba memanfaatkan masa yang telah anda tempah. Ramai orang bawa anak ke hotel ni btw. Mereka melakukan yang terbaik untuk menampung masa daftar keluar lewat kami, dan benar-benar sopan dan membantu semasa menjawab segala-galanya. Bilik bersih, salah satu penutup cawan kopi mempunyai kesan kopi di atasnya yang bermakna kakitangan pembersihan tidak mengubahnya daripada tetamu sebelumnya? Tetapi secara keseluruhan tenang dan bersih.

Last time we stayed here they had brand new coin operated laundry machines for guests. However, despite the fact that those machines are literally still on the premises, they are animate that laundry is not available. Also, the first time we had stayed in awhile they CLEARLY had undergone a change of ownership and because they did not recognize us we were definitely treated as low life's. I was on the first floor just looking out the huge bay window admiring the Atlantic City skyline when I heard elder middle eastern later calling out in a somewhat nasty tone. I chose to ignore and mind my own business. Well as I paid her no mind she worked her way down the hall yelling to me until she came to the conclusion that I was either hard of hearing or deaf. So when she eventually invaded my personal space and was yelling as though that might be helpful had i been deaf and tried to grab my arm when I turned to her and asked her very nicely if she could refrain from screaming as I am right there and there is no need to ever touch a guest unless there is a pending safety issue. She started yelling at me to ”go to my room” ”you must remain in your room” clearly that didn't go over well. After 2 days of ignorance, we were able to hash things out, but they need a good lesson on our culture and tolerance.
