I always have a good room when I come to stay I think people get a little sensitive over small things that don't really matter overall good stay

It is still very good to sleep at the transit station of the trip! The hotel is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is the quality of Marriott. Hotel parking is 22 dollars a day, but the opposite parking building is only 6 dollars, and they usually recommend guests to park diagonally opposite. It was 6:00 in the morning when I checked out, before dawn, a girl was going to pick up the car from the parking lot diagonally opposite, and the hotel even sent a security guard to accompany me to see me get in the car to ensure my safety! He said that Toledo is a small Detroit, and the law and order in some places is not very good! So they are going to walk with me to get the car! Great hotel

The room is relatively small, and there is no microwave or other facilities. The hotel is quite large, with a bridge connecting two buildings, and the Hyatt is next door. There are a lot of conference halls, so many people come to the meeting, and it is inevitable that it is very noisy~~

It was quiet and a good size room. The AC kept turning off which disrupted my sleep. It was humid in the room so I woke up three different times throughout the night. This was extremely disappointing because I had exam in the morning. The pots had some food residue. The stopper for the tub did not work.

The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

The location of the hotel is good. The lobby is gorgeous. But the room view is not good 👎 the hotel in downtown Cleveland is really at the bottom. Compared with other houses, the front desk is not generous enough, even the bottle of water is $4 per bottle. The room facilities are modern.

The on bed mattress was sagging in the middle on one side. I ended up doubling up with my friend. The heater ran noisy at night and disturbed my friends sleep. The hot tub was good. We wanted to take showers after using the hot tub in the morning before checking out and there was no hot water. At first the shower knob was stuck. The shower knob was put in backward showing the hot and cold in opposite positions

No complaints about the service although I did have to go get toilet paper. It was clean which is very important for me. I do think their charge for pets was pretty high.

Kuya Lake is very close to the National Park, and there are many restaurants and facilities nearby. The price is not bad, unfortunately, there are no restrictions on the people in the room next to the party, but it is also good for the price.
