Very Good
BBrandy LynnAre staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

GGuest UserWe needed a place to sleep, and it got the job done at a very reasonable price.

KKevin AdarrAs always motel 6 welcome me with smiles and a great vibe. The room was nice and clean hot shower towels and all the bells and whistles were available in the room TV works fine I was a little early and they were able to go ahead and check me in which is a very big plus for me. I recommend that other people that are on a budget or just want to quick get away they might think of the motel 6 on Hawthorne in Salem Oregon. And the coffee was nice and hot in the morning and not watered down gave me the kick I needed to get started.

HHelly WilsonGreat location, very easy to find. Check in was smooth & quick. Room was at the back down a driveway facing the water, bridge & Riverwalk. Nice bonus to be away from street noise! Room was small but very clean & satisfactory. Mexican restaurant across the street, great place to eat, open late. Great place for a morning walk with your coffee & chance to get amazing photos on the Riverwalk. Never got a chance to check out the pool cuz of late arrival.Would definitely stay again! Better than I expected!

GGuest UserThe room was clean. There were no signs saying we would not have maid service if we stayed 2 nights. We ran out of towels and when we went to the front desk to request more, the person at the desk said they were out. She then said she had 2 bath towels. she didn't offer them until we asked if we could have them.
There were no toiletries in the room. The woman at the desk was very unpleasant.
I would not stay at this facility again.

GGuest UserOverall my stay was great. Using the trip app worked well with the Motel 6 front desk. It was the quickest I ever checked in to a motel. The staff was nice and professional. The environment was clean and quiet . I was able to accomplish my mission That was to simply get some rest. Thanks stafff for making that possible

Good
GGuest UserIt was nice and quiet, rooms and premises were clean, vending machines and ice machines on the floors. Pool was closed and room service is on a per-request basis. Friendly and considerate staff and i felt safe stepping outside for a smoke break. The TV's are a bit laggy but it wasn't much of an issue for me. I overall enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserThe staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them

Very Good
GGuest UserWas fine with the hotel except for the price. Booked thr room for 80.23 then got to the hotel and they said the total was 104 and some change questioned the total and they said they didn't know to call customer service then on my bank statement it said 109.and some change. Not happy about it at all.

NNatalieMy visit this time was tad different. The heater didn't warm the room all the way, but I understand they had a slight power outage, with storm. I love how clean and lots of wash clothes were available to use! Thank you so much for your kindness and having a last minute room open. God bless
