Great location (Applebee's right next door!). It was very clean -- that's not something I can say for most hotels post pandemic. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back on Aquidneck Island.
Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious.
The location of the hotel is almost perfect, except for one big problem: it is very noisy in the room (5th floor) even though all windows are closed. Seems they need triple-pane window for noise isolation.
I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run.
Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother.
Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence
Baru-baru ini saya menginap di Hampton Inn di Smithfield RI. Ini adalah percutian tempatan satu malam untuk saya mempunyai sedikit masa bersendirian, menyelesaikan kerja, dan berehat. Saya sering tinggal di Hiltons tetapi tidak di lokasi tertentu. Langsung dari kelawar saya dapati orang meja itu pemarah, pendek dengan saya, dan tidak ramah, Belum lagi bahawa ketika saya tiba, saya mesti menunggunya di meja kerana dia berada di luar,
Setelah menetap di bilik saya, wifi tidak dapat diakses. Saya mencuba beberapa kali dan tidak ada isyarat yang cukup kuat untuk menghubungkan komputer saya. Bukan sahaja ini mengecewakan tetapi juga tidak membenarkan saya menyelesaikan kerja yang telah saya rancangkan.
Bilik di atas saya terdengar seperti boling sepanjang malam sehingga tidur tidak dapat dilakukan.
Pada waktu pagi tv tidak lagi berfungsi, Nampaknya ada pepijat dengan jam yang tertinggal atau sesuatu.
Kemudian, semasa pergi, tidak ada seorang pun di meja untuk diajak bercakap - hanya kotak untuk memasukkan kunci bilik plastik anda untuk membasmi kuman.
Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat mengecewakan dan saya tidak akan kembali,

GGuest UserThis “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
