Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

Got to hand it to Rocky, he actually knows what customer service is all about. If he isn't all ready he should be manager. Helped me our even when all booked up! Switched rooms without a hassle. The hotel itself is just like any other motel 6. I give 2 stars on amenities no shampoo furnished and coffee doesnt happen like the one in woods cross and a few other things that other motels furnish, location downtown not the worst but not the greatest convenient to trax. Overall 3 stars (4 if you get Rocky checking you in)

The room was clean, this motel is near the main road, it is convenient, the check in and check out precess is smooth, there are many restaurants near by, overall is good.

These guys are pretty awesome I've never had a problem with them. I like to take hot baths once in awhile and that is the only thing I would say is wrong with that motel. Other then that they are GREAT

酒店位於機場附近，方便出行。房間挺大的，兩個大床可以允許四人入住含四份早餐，很適合家庭攜帶小娃兒出行。設施齊全就是老了點，衛浴用的Dove的彌補了一些。缺點是靠近高速路晚上噪音很大，我戴着耳塞睡的，房間隔音也不好，隔壁電視的聲音都能聽見。
