The hotel looks great. The staff were polite and helpful. It was so convenient that it is right nexr to the airport. On top of that, they offer free shuttle service. I enjoyed my stay!.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

The man who did our check in was very rude to us. Even charged an extra $100 cash deposit or wouldn't rent to us if we didn't pay the deposit.

Great location. Only about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport. Shuttles running every 30 min or so. The room was alright, just no mini fridge or microwave like I'm used to. It was just a temporary stay until I get my flight back out.

The location, facilities and service were excellent. The porcelain tile floors in our cabin were unnecessarily waxed and very slippery. The wax needs to be removed to prevent a slip and fall.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

We were very pleased with our stay at Snoqualmie Inn. Even when I had to call and request a room change due to a party happening next door. Some kids were having fun next to us at 11pm. I didn't complain knowing it being the off season there would be lots of empty rooms. The front desk man was quick to understand and nicely up graded us to a huge nice suite. Actually he heard the neighbors when he brought our new keys up to us. Again I told him I didn't want to disturb the party, They were young kids having fun on their trip. We were just 2 old gals. Like my sister said ' we have already had our fun years ago' . Anyway we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the Snoqualmie Inn.

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

We experienced only two areas that we would have like to see some improvement. 1) The television channel menu did not match the actual channel. Therefore, if you were viewing the scrolling menu guide and found something you wanted to watch, it was nearly impossible to find the actual channel the program was on. An employee printed out a list of the channels that we were able to convert to the channel guide (somewhat). It worked out ok, but very inconvenient. Employee mentioned that all the rooms are different. It seems the television systems should all be the same. 2) The single king bed room only had one occasional chair. It would have been more comfortable for there to have been two chairs for double occupancy.
