Hotel Dengan Pools di Upper Austria, Austria

The hotel has a great location; we arrived by train and it was just a short walk from the station. The hotel has a direct bus to Hallstatt, which is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who prefer Chinese food, and the dishwasher is a great help after meals. The only thing to note is that there is no hairdryer in the room; please contact the front desk in advance to avoid discovering this after showering.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

1. The view is first-rate, with several restaurants, all with the best view of the lake. The food tastes good. The price is moderate. The layout of the building is also very thoughtful. 2. The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.

The room was quite cozy, with a guesthouse feel. It had a small balcony with mountain views and was right next to a beautiful little river. It was very close to the train station, within a ten-minute walk. The lady with glasses in the dining area was very nice and gentle. The price wasn't cheap, but the room was small. More importantly, for some reason, it felt very cramped. The bed was small, the bathroom felt a bit old, and it didn't feel very clean… and why was the trash can so far away?! I had to hold the sanitary napkin in my hand after using the toilet and throw it away! The front desk staff weren't very friendly to East Asians or people from non-English speaking countries; their attitude was a bit mean.

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.

My friend and I were for a night in the Loxone Campus. The hotel, the rooms and the wellness area were really very beautiful, modern and very clean. The service is very friendly. In the restaurant you can eat delicious. Super to relax.

房間簡潔且乾淨，鑰匙很有特色很古典的形式。老闆也很隨性很友好。唯一不足的是床不咋地，太軟了，但睡一晚沒問題。酒店在城鎮中間，旁邊有一家披薩店很好吃。酒店還帶有早餐，很豐盛，温泉煮蛋別具一格。整體很推薦！

Don't be fooled by the description of Trip.com , the description that the room has 4 beds is wrong, one door hole is divided into two floors, but there is another door lock on the upper and lower floors. Room facilities are very general. It is commendable that the front desk is very welcoming and the hotel is next door to the church in the sound of music. Parking at the door is free at night, and you have to park a little farther during the day (more than 50m roads) Breakfast is also a regular European breakfast.
