Overall, my stay at Welina Hotel Premier Nakanoshima East was good and comfortable 🏨✨ The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well organized and maintained 🧹🌿 The location was also very convenient, making it easy to move around Osaka and reach different attractions 📍🚶♀️ The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant 😊✨ When I arrived around noon, there was no one at the reception for about 30 minutes, which was a bit uncomfortable after a long trip ⏰ After someone arrived, I was told that early check in was not possible and I had to wait until 3 PM. It would have been nicer if there was a little more flexibility in this situation 🙏 Also, inside the room there were only two bottles of water provided, but no tea or coffee, which was slightly disappointing ☕🚫 That said, overall it was still a good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and I would still consider it a good option for travelers visiting Osaka 🌿🏨✨

Very central location, you can get to any of the main areas in at most 3 stops on the metro! (10-15 mins) The rooms were nice, but a bit cramped. The bathroom was the best part, as it boasted a luxurious shower and bath in the ‘wet’ part of the room. Perfect relaxation time after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, and walking. Also, loved that there was a 7-11 just under the building, super convenient for breakfast and late-night snacks! The service was really good, all the staff were helpful. On each floor, they also have a self-service laundry machine and ice machine. Absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Osaka, especially since we got the room on a great discount.

Location was great! You can get a lot of food and Namba station is just 3 mins walk away. Staffs was friendly. There’s a weighing machine for luggage and storage at the hotel lobby. Lawson is just next door. Room is clean, and layout is good. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Osaka

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. Here is a breakdown of my stay: 📍 Unbeatable Location The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It is within easy walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba, making it perfect for foodies and shoppers. Being close to several subway stations meant I could reach almost any part of Osaka, including the Umeda district and Osaka Castle, quickly and conveniently. 🛎️ Service & Amenities Check-in/out: The process is automated and very efficient. However, when the machines had a minor hiccup, the staff were immediately available to help. The team is incredibly polite and professional. Convenience: I loved the vending machines (drinks and vacuum bags!) located right in the hotel. Toiletries: There is a ”grab-and-go” station on the first floor where you can pick up extra shampoo, gels, and toothbrushes as needed. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement While I enjoyed my stay, there were some minor issues with cleanliness: I noticed some dust buildup in the common area light fixtures. In the room, there was visible dust on the ventilation grilles and tables, even after the cleaning service. Verdict Despite the minor dust issues, the convenience, location, and friendly service make this a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka.

Nice twin room, bed / pillow on the hard side. Ideal for exploring the local area and restaurants. I also used the hotel launderette which was easy and inexpensive ($4 for 3kg including detergents and drying). Hotel in on a busy road, but our rooms were at the back, so were quiet. Next to metro or, and 5 min walk to the main line (midosuji) into Umeda. Bit more of a business area location near near the Festival Hall / Art Museums. Ideal for a few nights.

Memandangkan peralatan mandian Lamer ditawarkan dalam ulasan, saya terus menempah. Lokasi hotel sangat mudah, betul-betul bertentangan dengan Gedung Beli-belah Shinsaibashi Daimaru, dan kereta api bawah tanah serta pusat membeli-belah dihubungkan dengan kereta api bawah tanah. Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik; saya menerima naik taraf percuma ke bilik triple. Lobi hotel agak mewah, tetapi saya perlu mengadu sedikit tentang bilik ini. Dengan tiga katil, ia sememangnya agak sempit, tetapi ruang tidurnya luas. Langsirnya lama (lihat gambar), dan pemandangannya bagus kerana ia berada di tingkat yang tinggi. Bilik mandi agak usang, dan longkangnya berbau busuk dari semasa ke semasa.

Location is just perfect. Easy access to lots of places of interest like dotonbori, Kuromon Market, takashiMaya, .... You may walk for around 30 to 40 minutes OR just ride on the MRT named Shin-Imamaya. From Shin-Imamaya, must exit East to reach the hotel. West exit do not provide elevator. Need to walk up and down with MANY MANY ten steps of staircase Abeno Q's Mall, Mio and Kintetsu department is located 1 km away. Tsusentaku towel is 200 m away. Donki Quijote is 400 m away Spa world is 100 m away. Best location in Osaka. The only complaint is the breakfast. I would not say they provided lots of food but sufficient in Japanese style food which I like. Western food is really really limited. Must take the breakfast before 9 am. Even though last order is 9.30 am but after 9 am food will not be topped up if they are running out. So you have very limited choices after 9 am. The breakfast cost 2000 yen. Not suggest to take their breakfast if not in the accomodations package. Overall satisfied.

매우 좋았움 역 바로 앞이라 여기저기 이동하기 좋았고 우메다랑도 가까워서 편의성이 진짜 좋았어욘 도톤보리까지도 지하철로 18분이면 도착해서 진짜 편하고 좋았움!! 그리구 창문이 엄청 커서 야경 보기 좋구요🫶아늑하고 좋았어용 ㅎㅎ 그리구 앞에 세븐있는데 물론 세븐평팟않조은걹알지만 거기파는 타르타르소스올라간 간장치킨? 그거 밥이랑 먹으면 개맛도리고요😳 참치마요 삼김은 꼭 드시길

Location: About 1.5km walk from the nearest train station exit, which may be challenging with luggage. Fine for backpackers. The hotel is centrally located near Dotonbori, close to the night market and not far from the Glico sign. Cleanliness: Very clean. No issues. Water heater works well, especially during winter. Service: Staff are helpful and can speak both English and Japanese. Facilities: Decent and suitable for solo travellers. Quiet at night with minimal noise. Water dispenser and laundry are available. Overall: Slightly far from the train station but well located for exploring Dotonbori, night markets, and nearby malls. Rooms are a bit small, so for two people, a larger room is recommended.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)
