"Outstanding hotel. I had such a great staying there. Comparing to other hotels I've been in Japan, room was quite spacious. Very comfortable bad and the breakfast buffet offers both options, western and Japanese style. Great location, less than 2 minutes walking to a metro station and 7-Eleven. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the cleanness. If there's one thing I'm terrified is finding guests hair on the bathroom floor or else where. CHEERS to Welina Hotel!"

"Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children."

"It’s quite a big room for Japan’s standards and it’s very strategically located in front of Kuromon market, 5min walk to Nipponbashi station and 10-15min walk to Namba station. It’s supposedly a 4-star hotel, but they will not clean the room daily, just every 3-4days, they will only give fresh towels every day, and toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, slippers, bathrobe, comb, cotton pad, cotton buds, hair tie, shaver) is available in abundance at the Lobby. The air conditioning is excellent. The toilet has the standard Japanese electronic bidet and heated seat. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are lacking."

"The hotel is super convenient located near kintetsu train and subway. The best is 711 and family malt is store away so there is no worry about snack and beer :) Hotel provide complimentary amenities, just take and use if need it…. No waste! That’s very encouraging! Last but not least is provide loan umbrella during rainy day! I can’t find any better service than this hotel provide!"

"You should only choose this hotel, if you traveling alone and care about location more than your own comfort. No AC in the room, it’s ridiculous in 2026, especially in Japan. Other than that, breakfast was ok 4/10, reception staff were helpful and polite 8/10. Not suitable for couples/families."

"Polisi tidak masuk akal di mana tetamu sama sekali tidak dibenarkan mendaftar masuk sehingga jam 3:00 petang. seterusnya, yang bermaksud lobi yang sesak dengan orang yang tidak sabar. Pada pukul 3.00 petang. terdapat tergesa-gesa untuk mendaftar masuk dengan isyarat panjang. Mengapa tidak sekurang-kurangnya mendaftarkan tetamu apabila mereka tiba dan melengkapkan pendaftaran untuk niat jahat terlebih dahulu? Dan jika bilik siap sebelum 3:00 p.m. mengapa tidak membiarkan tetamu kami berasa selesa dan tenang, bukannya menjadi begitu tegar dan tidak fleksibel? Bukankah menjaga pelanggan yang membayar anda menjadi keutamaan???? Saya mula-mula diberikan bilik 1602 yang kemudian saya dapati berada betul-betul di sebelah lif, dan dari situ saya boleh mendengar lif naik dan turun sepanjang masa dan menjelang 11:00 malam. kerana saya tidak dapat tidur kerana bunyi bising, saya terpaksa berulang kali mendesak untuk menukar bilik. Mengambil empat lawatan daripada penyambut tetamu selama 40 minit hanya untuk mencapai tugas mudah ini. Dia sangat keberatan untuk membenarkan saya menukar bilik pada mulanya tetapi hanya mengalah apabila saya menegaskan bahawa saya tidak akan membayar untuk bilik jika saya tidak dapat tidur dengan tenang. Keesokan harinya kunci saya tidak berfungsi, dan apabila saya bertanya mengapa, kakitangan penyambut tetamu berkata bahawa mereka mengandaikan bahawa saya ingin menukar bilik lagi, walaupun saya telah memberitahu penyambut tetamu malam sebelum itu, saya tidak akan bersusah payah menukar bilik lagi. Komunikasi yang lemah di kalangan kakitangan, dan sekurang-kurangnya, saya sepatutnya dimaklumkan apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk bahawa bilik itu terdedah kepada bunyi bising dan diberi pilihan. Lokasi yang sangat baik betul-betul di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shinsaibashi, dan di kawasan membeli-belah dan makan paling sibuk di Osaka. Hotel ini sama sekali tidak mempunyai kemudahan rekreasi seperti gimnasium atau kolam renang, walaupun harta itu diselenggara dengan baik dan bersih, walaupun tilam di bilik saya telah kendur, mungkin disebabkan oleh usia. BERHATI-HATI dengan bilik dalam jarak 20 meter dari lif - jangan terima bilik dalam apa jua keadaan, melainkan anda tidur yang sangat berat!"

"The hotels staffs are friendly and will assist you all the time. The location is perfect, 3-5min working distance from JR station and Osaka metro station. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will booking it again for my next trip in Osaka!"

"For a single person the room can be considered enough if not intend to stay many hours in the hotel, the location is ok very convenient that the Blue meteo line is exactly outside the main entrance but the rest are falling short. For me was the cheapest option for the last minute trip and didn't mind the accomodation too much, but still it fell crowded and small."

"If you’re the type of traveler who’s always looking to explore, this might be your best place to stay. The good thing about OneFive hotel is that it’s near the Glico sign, Dotonbori street foods, and shopping areas. Also, outside the hotel, there are lots of bars, so I’d recommend wearing a face mask when you go out at night because there are many smokers in the area. It’s also really crowded at night due to the shopping areas like Mega Don Quijote"

"Great location! Right dead center heart of Dotonbori. Surrounded by the famous river walk, restaurants and short walk to the famous photo spots. Hotel itself is clean and has friendly staff. Rooms are bigger and have everything needed. Loved the stay here. I will be back."
