Hotel Dengan Kolam di Pentadbiran Red Sea, Mesir

An overall bad experience. Despite the superb facilities and comprehensiveness of the hotel (private beaches, a variety of food buffets, etc.), the service was absolutely terrible. As I stayed 2 nights more than my friend did in the same room, they wanted to keep my friend's passport at the reception to prevent my friend from just free riding all the services in the hotel. Let's say this is reasonable; however, they were so insecure that they need to watch my see my friend's uber to arrive at the hotel lobby before they could finally return her passport, and they said even if my friend just stayed at the hotel lobby overtime (without using anything), she needs to pay. Like seriously ***. Minor inconvenience: - Needed a charging cable in the midnight, requested at the reception, rejected. They said I could keep my phone at the reception but could not lend me a single cable. - Poor wifi connection in my room, asked for help at the reception. The receptionist said if the phone is working in the room, then they could not do anything. The problem remained unresolved.

A great holiday resort with neautoful beach,gym,room: I really enjoyed my time ay Hilton Plaza: the only problem is that it went too fast! Next time I will stay 2 weeks not jist one wel!!

Odaların tadilata ihtiyacı var gibi. Otelin genel alanlarının temizliği iyi. Birçok olanak sunan bir otel. Yemeklerin büyük bölümü Türk damak zevkine uygun. Otel çok geniş bir alana kurulmuş. Özellikle çocuklar bu oteli çok sevecektir diye düşünüyouz. Sahil servisle yaklaşık 10 dakika mesafede. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

Good food, for alcoholic beverages are very low%, can’t be drunk 🤣 Very quiet place for a relaxing vacation

Close to the airport. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the standard and quality, but at least the service was pleasant. I also was not pleased with leaving my documents with the receptionist overnight, as in the morning when checking out they forgot the return it back.

Our hotel was suburb! Excellent service, friendly staff, high quality meals and a huge range of drinks! Clean room and many choices for entertainment during the day!

This hotel is excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The food selection is impressive, and the quality is good.I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit that was served with all three meals.

Old Palace Resort is an amazing place - beach, pools, all inclusive (if you pay extra) and the staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. I already extended my stay by 2 nights and wish I could stay longer. I would definitely stay here again

sunrise作為埃及本土的高端品牌不管是哪一家設施服務都是很能打的。這家sunrise面積相對較小一點，但小而精，沒有其他面積大的酒店那麼吵，很安靜。喜歡他每天都不一樣的晚飯，是菜系不一樣，來的兩天正好是中國菜和埃及菜。

Tidak sangka, Mesir masih mempunyai tempat peranginan yang begitu baik. Rasanya seperti hotel peranginan seperti Huayu di Sanya atau Tianyu. Terdapat banyak kolam renang dan restoran, tetapi makan malam perlu ditempah terlebih dahulu pada mesin di sebelah kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Selepas tiga hari bermain, kanak-kanak itu sangat gembira.

去的時候部分地方還在翻修，説是4月份左右完成。 沒有選全包，早飯還行吧，至少醬油炒蔬菜還是有味道的，然後春捲還是不錯的（要選剛出爐的，不然外層皮軟了就一般）。 酒店相關的紅海遊樂項目比市區碼頭出發的要貴挺多的，但那一片的酒店都貴。 位置的話，去市區不方便，純度假不出酒店的話這裏也是個不錯的選擇，能看日出和日落。紅海的日出日落都很好看，因為雲多。

酒店挺好的，就是攜程標錯位置害我們大半夜被黑車宰了！後續聯繫了攜程給補了車費，攜程那個45Km位置錯的！酒店包三餐，躺平還不錯，不如後面的aomabay喜來登浮潛好玩，衹適合躺平，沒啥可干

酒店整體來説很棒，房間乾淨衞生，景色很好，海灘水質很好，有幾十米的淺灘，非常適合小朋友和水性差的人，淺灘再往遠一點就能夠看到珊瑚和魚。路邊有直接開往棧橋的shuttle car，浮潛很方便。 早餐很豐盛，但大多數都是麪包，火腿沙拉之類的，如果能有更多符合亞洲人口味的餐品將會更好！ 大部分工作人員服務都很棒，尤其是前台給我們辦理入住的男性工作人員，人非常nice！他看我們帶了孩子，給我們一個房型很好的房間並且加了床。提行李的小哥也非常的熱情。沙灘椅餐飲部的工作人員也非常的友好，微笑服務，看我們等shuttle car很曬會，讓我們坐下來等。 但是擺放沙灘椅的一位工作人員態度較為傲慢，請他拿毛巾和冰水半個多小時都不見人，再次呼叫還有點不耐煩，我表現出生氣的樣子他才來鋪沙灘椅；餐廳門口女性工作人員態度一般，但是對歐美客人卻異常熱情，讓我感覺到對不同國籍客人的態度差異。我覺得酒店如果能讓個別員工改善一下服務態度，那在這裏度假就會有更加完美的體驗了！

Lovely well laid out and good access to a nice clean beach. Buffet options are great

it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

Baru pulang dari Mesir dan menghabiskan 5 hari terakhir di sini, sangat disyorkan! Kami tiba pada 6 Januari dan kebetulan makan malam itu dipromosikan kerana festival Eropah Timur, mempunyai pengalaman yang luar biasa. Makanan tentu saja pada hari-hari lain juga enak. :-) Pantai persendirian sejuk, sangat baik untuk snorkeling. Airnya tidak terlalu sejuk dan saya agak lemah oleh itu saya mendapat pakaian basah, jadi semuanya baik-baik saja. Dan tanyakan kepada penyelamat di mana lembu laut itu! Sebenarnya ada banyak program untuk mengadakan perjalanan sehari atau lebih, di hotel juga terdapat banyak program untuk disertainya seperti Yoga dan bola tampar pantai. Mereka hampir mempunyai rancangan langsung setiap hari. Walaupun saya lebih gemar menikmati 3 kali makan, pantai dan snorkeling kerana ini memang bagus untuk saya. : P Lebih-lebih lagi, pasukan Hilton Marsa Alam hebat. Ashraf, Hussein, dan pasukan banyak membantu saya, dan mereka sangat baik dan bersedia untuk membantu sepanjang masa. Biliknya sangat bersih dan saya dinaikkan pangkat ke bilik besar dengan pemandangan laut dan tempat tidurnya lebih dari 2 meter. Saya rasa ia adalah tempat tidur Cleopatra: DDD Anda boleh menggunakan GoBus untuk tiba di hotel jika anda tidak memerlukan banyak teksi atau lebih. Atau seperti kami, kami sebenarnya datang dari Luxor dan menaiki kenderaan (trak pikap persendirian, 2ppl 50 pound Mesir) berhampiran Marsa Alam ke hotel. Saya rasa tidak ramai yang memilih jalan kami. Sekali lagi, sangat disyorkan. Dan terima kasih banyak, saya harap saya dapat segera ke sana.

Very good hotel Clean rooms Check-in and check-out process was perfect Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me. The food variety is limited in some meals The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning. I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way. Thank you and I will come back again

This hotel is the best place in the world for me. It’s friendly atentive staff, beautiful surrounding, amazing housereef and excellent service make it a wonderful destination. The weather is always great and the sea is breathtaking. Quiet, no kids. Highly recommended

Mal etwas anderes sehr schöne Ambiente Schönes Riff Absolut ruhig Zum Abschalten sehr zu empfehlen.
