Hotel Dengan parking di Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

With daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager. We had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

Primordial service from arrival, reception employee Marcos is always helpful. The adequate facilities are very well sanitized. The breakfast was wonderful, compared to the previous experience at the Hotel Brisa Tower in Maceió.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite the rodoviária. It is very clean, functional and comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing! We stay in this hotel every time we need to take a bus or a flight, highly recomended.

Sandro was an incredible host. He went above and beyond to support my mum and I on this trip. We ended up getting sick and his kindness was valuable. I truly recommend this accommodation. The place is beautiful and the cabins are gorgeous and fully equipped.

The team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...

We couldn't take a bath because the hotel was without water, just a absurd one.
