Hotel Dengan Pools di Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France

Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bag. Mineral water was only on the first day, and there was no replenishment after bed making. When I returned to the room after cleaning the room and was relaxing, the hotel staff opened the door without permission. The staff at the front desk felt bad, and when I asked about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk of the spa. The spa was comfortable, but I am disappointed to expect ５ star service for the hotel.

Beautiful hotel which is well located and has a lovely view of the river. Only issue we had was it was quite warm and the hotel is not air conditioned. Service was good and staff were happy to assist wete possible

The hotel is very well located and clean. The staff is very pleasant. However, the spa is a little disappointing.

We love this place. The apartments are very well equipped , good size and all the kitchen stuff very clean. Walls obviously redone. Nice. Staff very friendly.  The view is wonderful. But coming back after 8 years and finding the same carpet flooring… not very hygienic. They should replace that carpet with a washable flooring. Then it would be a superb apartment!

The hotel is very good, the decoration is very stylish, just on the edge of Lake Annecy, the stay is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. However, the dinner in the restaurant is more general, the steak is very old and not delicious.

The hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

The location of the hotel is great, close to the subway station, suitable for travel. The room was comfortable and the bedding was good. The staff is very welcoming, introduce the facilities in detail before check-in, and you can also store your luggage. Great stay experience

Very good hotel! The service is very good, very quiet, and there are children's facilities in the square for children to play. There is a picture of a great man on the door of each room, with an introduction to his life, which is like a time travel connection!
