Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

My buddy & I stayed at 山のホテル 夢想園 (Yama no Hotel Musouen) in mid-March 2023. From food to room service, everything was perfect. The food served was plated with such elegance, and tasted delicious. The outdoor hot spring is awesome with a magnificent view of Mount Yufu which made people want to soak in at all times. The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well. We will definitely love to visit again. We strongly recommend the hotel.

12月中旬に利用させていただきました。JR大分駅に隣接しているので、雨にも濡れずに駅から2～3分で行くことが出来ます。ホテルのあるビルの8Fがフロントになっています。今回は、17Fの禁煙・ダブルベッドのお部屋を利用させていただきました。お部屋のバスルームにあるフェイスタオルは、made in 今治でした。チェックインは14時から可能で、19Fの「てんくうの湯」も宿泊者は14:00から利用可能です。部屋着で19Fに行き、受付でタオルセットを受取り男湯の更衣場所へ。19Fには内湯と2種類のサウナ（フィンランドサウナとミストサウナ）があり、洗い場は、10か所以上ありました。19Fの内湯は、地下700mから汲み上げている天然温泉です。19Fの内湯に浸かった後、階段を上がって20F（屋上）へ。ここには2種類の湯船が用意されています。ちょっと熱めの湯とちょっとぬるめの炭酸泉です。また、湯船に浸かっての眺めが最高です！昼間もいいですけど、夜間のネオンに照らされた眺めもいいですよ。宿泊客は、翌朝6時からも利用できます。この朝風呂が最高に気持ち良かったです。朝食は、午前7時から8Fのレストランでいただきました。朝食券を持って6時55分頃に着いたのですが、既に7～8人の方が並んでおりました。自分で好きな席を選べるのではなく、係の方が案内してくれます。その席で、係の方からメインディッシュを和食にするのか、洋食にするのか、と訊かれます。この日（12/16）は、和食は焼き鮭＋小鉢、洋食はハンバーグ＋小鉢でした。メインディッシュ以外は、ブッフェ形式になっており、自分であれこれ取って来るスタイルです。空港行きのバスが早い時間だったため、ゆっくり朝食を摂ることが出来ず、残念でした。次回は、ゆっくり時間をかけて朝食をいただきたいものです。ホテルスタッフの皆様、どうもありがとうございました。

露天風呂付き客室宿泊 【客室】 露天風呂から由布岳がバッチリ見えました。 露天風呂でもお部屋の内風呂でもシャンプーや身体を洗えて便利です。バルコニーに椅子とテーブルがあります。 【アメニティ】 客室の洗面台に男性用と女性用の化粧品が幾つか置かれています。クレンジングなどありますが、他のアメニティ含め、客室のお値段の割には…という物でした。 【大浴場】 小さめのタオルは大浴場に用意されているので、濡れた物を使わなくてすみます。 脱衣場にはアメニティがほとんどありません。 【お食事】 夕朝食ともに食事会場の個室。 夕食、豊後牛のステーキが柔らかくて美味しかったです。 個室に入るとすでにお刺身や焼き魚まで食卓に準備されていました。 コロナ対策などもあるのでしょうが、焼き魚は冷めていましたので、少し残念でした。 朝食、湯豆腐や名物のりゅうきゅうがありました。 チェックイン時にお抹茶とお菓子のサービスがありました。金鱗湖まで散歩したりと、のんびり過ごせて、良いです。 ただ、お値段ほどではない気がしました。

중심부에 위치해 있어 좋았음 단, 건물 연식이 있어서 인지 객실 상태가(특히 욕실) 좋지는 못함 환풍구에 먼지가 상당했으며, 환풍 자체가 제대로 되지 못했고, 욕조등에 오래된 물때가 있어 청결치 못해 아쉬움에 남았음 단, 조식은 정말 맛있고, 식당도 넓어 상당히 만족스러웠음

前回は洋室　今回は和室を予約 和室は照明が暗く感じました。 また、使用されているグラスが経年劣化で曇っていて流石に交換時期なのでは！？ 今回中華を予約、前回日本食が美味しかったので期待していましたが 残念ながら中華はそれほどではありませんでした 何しろ食べ物を出す間隔が開きすぎて　日本食のスタッフ程テキパキ感がありませんでした。 間隔が開きすぎるとどうしても満腹感を感じて食が進まなくなります。 次回より中華は２度と利用しません。 朝食　種類も豊富で美味しいです。 お風呂　露天風呂が気持ち良い　　ただ男風呂にも良いシャンプーを置いて欲しい！ ホテルスタッフの対応は前回同様とても良かったです。

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

Staff were not friendly and not attentive enough (they claimed our deal wasn’t include breakfast but after checking they found they were wrong). We also found stains from the towels🥲

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Service was very good. Parking was an extra 550 yen per day. Breakfast was Japanese style but did include a bacon and egg cooked in front of each guest with the small Japanese hotpot. Our room fit 3 adults was very nice with clean modern amenities consisting of one room with two single beds, and a sizable living room with futon in the evening for the third bed. Nice view of Beppu tower in our room. Hotspring outdoor was totally enjoyable with a view of the sunrise and the Beppu Bay. Gotta be careful though because for ladies, someone in a boat at the bay might be able to see our naked upper bodies with telescope if we stand up.😅

our hotel in Beppu was very poor. It started on arrival when one of the (small) rooms we were offered smelled very musty. We swapped this room for a better room in the back. We kept the front room ourselves, which we shouldn't have done given the considerable traffic noise at times. Also the temperature in the room could not be adjusted properly. If we turned on the AC it was too cold, if we left it off it got too hot. The breakfast was also very limited and mainly aimed at the Japanese customer. It was breakfast in all of our hotels, but here it was extreme. They also did not reserve a table in a restaurant. Other hotels have done this. One hour later, 11:00 am check out was only available for an additional charge of 2,000 yen. Anyway, it will be clear, I would advise other tourists not to stay in this hotel.

Excellent service, food, view, room - oh, what could I complain about? Everything felt amazing from the moment I entered the hotel. The hotel had a no-shoe policy, and they maintained it sparkly clean. The outdoor onsen was an infinite-pool onsen that was facing the ocean, which was mesmerizing. The breakfast buffet spread catered to my every-so-picky taste buds, and the restaurant was overlooking the sunrise. Other aspects of my stay that I greatly valued was the good quality of skincare products given and the incredible service. If I had to make one complaint, that would be the slight inconvenience of getting to-and-fro the hotel by bus on public holiday (taxi to the JR station is still affordable - about 850¥). If you drive, it would be amazing.

Hotel is centrally placed in front of the station, I had a comfortable room on 11th floor, average size for Japan, very comfortable bed. The buffet BFast was ok, choice of Japanese and western food... A good surprise was the onsen, that I particularly appreciated after a day spent walking, exploring Beppu' s Hells .. The hotel is very clean and tidy and all the staff were kind and helpful, I could leave my luggage at the reception on the leaving day while I was exploring Beppu on my own... Good rate quality/ price, I would go there again, if I were in Beppu again.

직원분들 정말 군대각으로 인사하시며 친절친절 하십니다 조식도 좋았습니다 가성비 짱짱 입니다 온천도 좋았습닌다 딸과 둘이서 바다 보이는 룸 에서 2박 동안 좋았습니다 12세 딸이 시골 할머니집 온것 같다네요~~ 건물은 오래된듯 합니다 역에서도 멀지 않습니다 짐이 없고 덥지 않으면 걸을수 있는거리 입니다~~ 또 올 수 있는 호텔 입니다 ~~^^

This hotel is about 10-15 mins walking from the JR Beppu station. It is easy to find as you just walk towards the seaside until you see the Beppu Tower beside a main road, the hotel is behind it. There is a 7-11 beside the tower, and a bus stop in front of the tower, so is quite convenient. If you take the bus to visit the 7 Beppu Hells starting from the JR station and follow the sequence, i.e. Chinoike and Tatsumaki Jigokus as the last two hells, and you take the bus towards the Beppu station, you can stop directly in front of the tower, this complete a full circle of your Beppu Hell tour. I booked a seaview Japanese room and the view is great. The room is also spacious for Japanese ryokan standard. There is some minor renovation and furniture replacement done, so the room is a mixture of new and worn. There are two onsen baths in this hotel: one at the top floor, an open air onsen bath and one at third floor, which is an indoor onsen bath. The dinner and breakfast are both average though. Overall, I am quite happy with my stay here.

Overall, I felt the hotel was very nicely done with great local touches while still keeping an international atmosphere. I also wanted to point out the great flexibility of the hotel, allowing me to change my meal reservations from 3 dinners at Elements (I was on a package deal) to one at Elements and combining the remaining two meals at Elements to a dinner at Atelier. This allowed me to not have to dine at the same restaurant as well as opening up a slot for me to explore a local restaurant. However, there were two things that I'd like to point out that the hotel can improve upon. The first is the staffing at the club lounge (and in general) is not enough. There were many moments where I was left to wait, to the point where using standard facilities (like the check-in counter, or breakfast at Elements) would have been a more positive experience. Breakfast on 12/21 was where the understaffing really showed, where it took over an hour to complete breakfast; many guests left in the middle of their meal since service was horribly slow. However, the second point us what I would really want the hotel to work on - CoVID countermeasures. Largely, two things I'd like to point out. (1) Temperature screening us inconsistent. I was checked when I first arrived, but never anytime afterwards (or should I say, the thermometer station was unmanned). (2) During my meal at Atelier, my wife and I noticed that the staff (He was Italian, I think his name is Marco?) preparing the dishes (in the open kitchen) prepping a sauce, tasting it with the same spoon which was quickly rinsed it under the faucet and returned into the mixing bowl. I pointed this out to one of the servers (Japanese male, responsible for serving and explaining the dishes). This is where I felt the hotel can improve on - in detail, three things. (i) The Japanese server proceeded to quietly scold the staff in front of me, I felt that was not a great experience both for myself and the staff. (ii) Nothing was cleared. After the scolding (and then the staff responding back that he did not put the spoon back in) none of the utensils were changed and no follow up. I guess there is no trust in what a customer points out. And finally (iii) I felt that this is at the fault of the hotel for not putting in proper operation guidelines.A person putting together a meal will need to taste it, to make sure it's good. If the hotel were to put in operational guidelines to ensure tasting can be done while still making it very obvious that it is hygienic, I would not have to be writing this email. Needless to say, our dinner experience was ruined that night. I actually shared the above comment with IHG Guest Relations (on 25 Dec), which the agent was extremely prompt on getting back to me and assured that I would get a response back from the hotel about it within 48 hours. It is not easy to reach the hotel without a GPS. This makes it a hidden gem. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the private onsen. The size of the onsen can accommodate two people and the water temperature is just perfect. The onsen overlooks the fields and privacy is well preserved.

5階建ての旅館です。創業１１１周年を記念して、ラウンジでビール一杯無料のサービスがありました。湯布院温泉の中では老舗の旅館です。フロントスタッフさんの接客対応が丁寧•親切でした。湯布院と由布院の違いにも適切に答えてもらえました。宿泊したのは５階の広い和室。カーテンを開けると、眼前に由布岳が迫っていました。バスルームはユニット式でなく、風呂•トイレ•洗面台がそれぞれ独立。夕食は夏の大分川会席コース。どの料理も美味しくいただけました。特に、印象に残った料理は、黒毛和牛ほうば味噌陶板焼き。温められた味噌はほうばの香りがして、ほんのり甘い味が牛肉によく合う。絶妙な味におかわりしたくなるほど。朝食はブッフェ式。だんご汁をはじめとする、大分県の郷土色豊かなメニューに満足できました。ゆったりとしたスペースがある温泉大浴場は内湯が二つ。ジェットバスと香わり湯のルイボスティ湯も。露天風呂は庭に向いた側に自然の岩を配している。湯温は少し熱め、ぬめり感がある。内湯にはなんと！湯の花が。温泉成分が結晶化した湯の花が湯舟に咲いていました。温泉がいい証です。こちらの温泉旅館に宿泊できて、夫婦旅のいい思い出となりました。

口コミ等を見て由布院ユウベルホテルを今回は選択しました。評価点は2.5点で切上げで3点としました。 立地的には金鱗湖の奥で湯の坪街道散策には徒歩で行ける距離ではありました。 ホテルに荷物を預けて散策へ向かいましたが宿泊当日は昨日の大雨、豪雨の関係で湯の坪街道のお店もところどころ閉まっていました。 ただし、海外からの観光客はツアー予定の関係で多かったですね。散策から引き上げてチェックイン！部屋のお風呂に浸かりしばしの休息、その後夕食会場へ。 関アジの姿造りを頂きました。他の御宿では関アジ関サバにブランド品である認定ラベルが付いているのに由布院ユウベルさんでは一切表示が有りませんでした。 お品書きはありましたが配膳スタッフさんからの説明も無く。残念な気分でした。 翌朝の朝食ではご飯と味噌汁をお持ちしますねと待ってましたが一向に配膳されずしびれ切らして呼び鈴を押し配膳して貰いました。朝から不愉快な気分になりました。

Stayed in a suite with two single beds which have our own open air bath and an indoor bath as well. The open air bath was just great, very large and beautiful. So relaxing to enjoy after almost three years not being able to visit the country and use onsen. Suite itself is very spacious and the amenities are new. There were however two small windows, one at the living area and the other near the suite's entrance which did not have curtains or blinds, and could be seen from the outside. Otherwise everything was perfect. The ryokan's public bath has an excellent view of Mt. Yufu. Food quality of the Kaiseki dinner was high. There were ample parking spaces for guests' use. I would like to thank Mr. Pralhad Pathak at the front desk who helped me make calls and spoke on my behalf to the staff of the hotel where I stayed the night before to help me look for my watch which somehow got lost. He was very caring and assisted me to follow up even upon my check-out. Very nice of him. Really appreciate it. My stay at Baien was a wonderful experience. I stayed at three different ryokans and some other hotels during my 8-day trip to Kyushu this time, and I ranked Baien no.1. I would definitely stay there again next time when I visit Yufuin.

Nilai wang yang sangat hebat! ! Saya ingin pergi ke Yufuin untuk perjalanan mendalam selama perjalanan menamatkan pengajian saya di Jepun. Ia adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk sehari. Saya secara khusus membandingkan harga di Japan ゃ ら ん, tempahan dan Ctrip Jepun. Ctrip adalah yang paling sesuai. Seharusnya pengurangan pelancong yang dibawa oleh keadaan darurat. Harga semasa diskaun sekitar 20%. Harga Ctrip pada dasarnya hampir dengan penduduk Kyushu atas Jepun. harga s. Bilik simpanan mempunyai kolam air panas sendiri, dan kolam renang hotel yang besar mempunyai had jumlah pengguna. Sekiranya terdapat lebih daripada 5 orang, kemasukan tidak dibenarkan. Bilik ini terbahagi kepada dua bahagian, tempat tidur dan tatami. Ia boleh memuatkan sehingga 5 orang. Tatami ditutup dengan futon dan tidur dengan selesa. Perkhidmatannya tidak disebutkan, ada juga pelayan yang boleh berbahasa Cina. Daging sapi Kuroge Wagyu dalam hidangan jamuan makan malam renyah dan tidak dibakar setelah dipanggang di atas pinggan karst. Harga a la carte 3.500 yen, tetapi makan malam dan sarapan sudah termasuk dalam harga bilik. Dalam harga bilik, nisbah harga / prestasi benar-benar bernilai untuk wang. Semasa wabak itu, banyak kedai di jalan utama Yufuin ditutup. Orang di setiap negara dan industri mempunyai kerja keras mereka sendiri. Saya sangat berharap agar dunia dapat berfungsi secepat mungkin. Keindahan itu juga memerlukan populariti untuk hidup ~

This is a warm and comfortable hotel. I stayed with my family in the two guest rooms of Anzu and Ajisai at Yufuin Bettei ITSUKI. We chose the package with dinner and breakfast. You can park your car at the hotel first and then go out to play. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to Kinrin Lake. There is also a MaxValue supermarket near the hotel, which is super convenient. After half a day of sightseeing in cold weather, the hotel lobby welcomes their guests with the warmth of firewood. This is one of the things I like about this hotel. The staff are very polite and the service is superb. They call before dinner reservation time to let you know dinner is ready. Dinner is arranged in a private room in the restaurant which allows sufficient privacy. Local seasonal ingredients are used in every dish, tasted fresh and delicious and served on fine pottery. Such an absolute feast for the tongue and eyes! I would like to appreciate the mindfulness of the hotel. When making hotel reservation, I told the hotel that we have a member who does not eat raw food. At that time, the hotel replied that the sashimi in the meal could be served cooked. When we check-in, hotel staff took special attention with that. The room is spacious and tidy with air purifiers and humidifiers. One of the rooms we stayed in had an indoor and an outdoor onsen and the other had a semi-outdoor hot spring. Flowers and plants are planted in the garden of the room and around the outdoor hot spring. You can feel the natural a**osphere of Yufuin when you look out from indoors or in onsen. There is another point worthy of praise. When I was seated for dinner, I asked the staff at the front desk if I could buy stamps for sending postcard. They did not have stamps for sale. To my surprise, as soon as the first course of dinner was served, hotel staff handed me a beautiful envelope with a stamp inside. They even checked the postage fee to make sure the stamp fee is enough. How efficient and thoughtful they are. This is the best onsen hotel and I would recommend it to everyone. Family raves about the stay. Overall it's impeccable. If I have the opportunity to come to Yufuin again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

It is about 10-15 min walk from Yufuin train station to the Ryokan. If you have large luggages, it will be good to call for a taxi, otherwise, it is manageable! We were warmly welcomed by reception staff. They were quick to receive us and took care of our luggages as we were checking in. A tour around the ryokan was also given to us by a staff, Erika-san who took care of us for our 2 nights stay. The room, bathroom and baths were clean and comfortable. Sleep wear was provided and to top up the experience, they also provided Yukatas and footwear for going out. Also, besides providing the showering gels, the vanity table even included some facial and hair lotion. Breakfast was sumptuous and yummy and we had a private room to ourselves. Erika kindly explained to us the dishes in English and offered us with photo taking for memories. (Don’t have to feel awkward requesting). Also, contrary to some reviews, dinner was also splendid and tastes were just right. Ingredients were fresh as well! Worth the dollars and cents! If you are looking at a hot bath, this ryokan has got 3 private baths (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) and 2 public baths (1 for men and 1 for women). Went for the private bath and it felt like it was our own sanctuary as we were undisturbed and were given a time limit of 1 hour 40 min. There were a few staff who are seen around from time to time and they are always polite and helpful. Can’t emphasize enough on their service! A place I will come back to in future!

료칸 입구조경이 참 아름다웠습니다. 큰잉어와 작은물고기 작은민물게도 잘찾아보면 있습니다. 한국인직원은 없었지만 구글번역기를 능숙하게 잘사용하셔서 소통에는 불편함은 없었습니다. 가족탕으로 가는길이 정말 이쁩니다. 대욕탕에도 노천탕이 있고 온천물이 정말 최상급이였습니다. 대욕탕 샤워기 수압이 정만 강력해서 좋았습니다^^ 가이세키 정식은 감동 그자체입니다. 부모님께서 좋아하셨고 아이도 같이 잘먹을수있었습니다. 아이를위한 식기세트가 귀여워서 제 딸이 즐거워했습니다. 조식도 일반호텔조식보다 훨씬 수준이 높았습니다. 부담없이 건강하게 아침을 즐길수 있었습니다. 간단한 아이놀이방이 1층에 있는데 4~5세 아이는 충분히 재밋게 시간을 보낼수있었습니다. 아이를 위한 유카타는 유료입니다. 2일에 1000엔정도로 매우저렴했습니다. 아이유카타는 정말 귀여웠습니다. 저희는 메바에소우 료칸에서 총2박을 했습니다. 부모님도 계셔서 걱정을 많이 했는데 다행히 충분한 휴식과 맛있는 음식을 잘먹었습니다. 친절한 직원들 덕분에 기분좋은 여행을 보낼수있었습니다. 감사합니다. 간식거리는 유후인 관광후 근처 마트나 편의점에서 미리 사오시는걸 추천드립니다. 료칸근처에는 자판기만 있습니다. 저는 이료칸을 다시 방문할 계획입니다.

12月中旬に利用させていただきました。JR大分駅に隣接しているので、雨にも濡れずに駅から2～3分で行くことが出来ます。ホテルのあるビルの8Fがフロントになっています。今回は、17Fの禁煙・ダブルベッドのお部屋を利用させていただきました。お部屋のバスルームにあるフェイスタオルは、made in 今治でした。チェックインは14時から可能で、19Fの「てんくうの湯」も宿泊者は14:00から利用可能です。部屋着で19Fに行き、受付でタオルセットを受取り男湯の更衣場所へ。19Fには内湯と2種類のサウナ（フィンランドサウナとミストサウナ）があり、洗い場は、10か所以上ありました。19Fの内湯は、地下700mから汲み上げている天然温泉です。19Fの内湯に浸かった後、階段を上がって20F（屋上）へ。ここには2種類の湯船が用意されています。ちょっと熱めの湯とちょっとぬるめの炭酸泉です。また、湯船に浸かっての眺めが最高です！昼間もいいですけど、夜間のネオンに照らされた眺めもいいですよ。宿泊客は、翌朝6時からも利用できます。この朝風呂が最高に気持ち良かったです。朝食は、午前7時から8Fのレストランでいただきました。朝食券を持って6時55分頃に着いたのですが、既に7～8人の方が並んでおりました。自分で好きな席を選べるのではなく、係の方が案内してくれます。その席で、係の方からメインディッシュを和食にするのか、洋食にするのか、と訊かれます。この日（12/16）は、和食は焼き鮭＋小鉢、洋食はハンバーグ＋小鉢でした。メインディッシュ以外は、ブッフェ形式になっており、自分であれこれ取って来るスタイルです。空港行きのバスが早い時間だったため、ゆっくり朝食を摂ることが出来ず、残念でした。次回は、ゆっくり時間をかけて朝食をいただきたいものです。ホテルスタッフの皆様、どうもありがとうございました。

중심부에 위치해 있어 좋았음 단, 건물 연식이 있어서 인지 객실 상태가(특히 욕실) 좋지는 못함 환풍구에 먼지가 상당했으며, 환풍 자체가 제대로 되지 못했고, 욕조등에 오래된 물때가 있어 청결치 못해 아쉬움에 남았음 단, 조식은 정말 맛있고, 식당도 넓어 상당히 만족스러웠음

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

Staff were not friendly and not attentive enough (they claimed our deal wasn’t include breakfast but after checking they found they were wrong). We also found stains from the towels🥲

Good choice again in Oita, we have stayed here for two days and it was well served

Very nice hotel and close to Oita station. It's only a 500yen taxi to the hotel if you have lots of luggage or about a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Bianca and Nobuhara Miho. The breakfast is also very good and my room was large and comfortable. The information office at Oita station is very good and they speak and understand english.

立地、客室、食事、スタッフの方の対応　ともに満足でした。加えて、スポーツジム、浴場が宿泊者も利用可能になったことも、とても満足です！

JR大分駅から徒歩約3分。交通の便は良いです。今回、9Fの禁煙フロアに宿泊させていただきました。禁煙のお部屋なのですが、何故かタバコの臭いが残っておりました。大浴場（?）は、2Fにあり、15:00～02:00、05:00～10:00まで利用できました。洗い場は5か所、湯船は大人3名で満杯です。今回利用させていただき不便に感じたのは、エレベーターが1基しかないことです。そのため、外出の際、入浴の際、そして翌朝の朝食の際など非常に待たされました。この点を改善したいただけると良いのですが・・・。

大分駅から徒歩5分くらい。駅に近いので便利です。 一階出てすぐ、ファミリーマートもあります。 造りは多少古いですが、問題はありません。 ポットは部屋にありますが、お茶とドリップコーヒーはフロントからもらってこないと行けないのが、ちょっと面倒。 無線LAN:あり 歯ブラシ:あり シャンプー:あり (据付) バスタブ:あり (シャワーブース共用) スリッパ:あり ポット:あり (簡易湯沸かし) その他：冷蔵庫あり
