Hotel Dengan spa di Zlatibor District, Serbia

The room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time. I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin. Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

I stayed in low budget room which was perfectly enough, size and amenities wise. Just right temperature in the room, that makes whole hotel cozy and warm. Spa is really good, not too crowded. Breakfast is just perfect with lots of local food options.

When the navigation came, we took us to a remote place, and then we had to walk to get there. I felt that the hotel was not much better. The sofa bed actually cannot be opened when sleeping on the sofa. I felt much better when I woke up the next day and found that the hotel is on the pedestrian street.

Hygiene: More environmentally friendly♻️, because the daily room cleaning only cleans up the garbage, does not change the bedding and towels, and does not make the bed Environment: Close to the town center and the gold Gondola🚡 sightseeing spot, good air and less pollution. I chose a panoramic apartment, which is large and spacious. There is a bed in the attic with a window, a sofa bed downstairs, and a balcony. Service: There are English-speaking service staff at the front desk and restaurant. The overall feeling is great. It is better to ski in winter. If I come again, I will choose it again.

Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.

The front desk attitude is generally not very warm, the processing speed is slow, the bed frame decoration in the room is a cement wall, it is very strange, like half of the rough room! Outdated facilities! The advantage is that it is close to the square and convenient to walk! There is no delicious food nearby, the first Japanese food and unpalatable, and the pizza restaurant is also unpalatable!
