Very nice city hotel , well located in Dresden Great personal staff with the skills to host Everytime again

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.

Location for hotel was perfect. Very near to Dresden Central Station. Lots of shopping areas just below the hotel and nearby. The room is abit small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. From hotel to the main attraction are within walking distance.

Zuzahlung für einen Saunabesuch bei einem 4Sterne Hotel in einer nicht akzeptablen Höhe Wir hatten nicht korrekt gebucht, dass hätte man uns an der Rezption beim Einchecken sagen und den Aufpreis erwähnen sollen und nicht beim Auschecken damit konfrontieren

Der Service war sehr gut sie waren sehr höflich und haben uns auch hilfe angeboten. Die Ausstattung war auch gut das Bett war bequem und ein Fernsehen hatten sie auch das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön ein gerichtet und ordentlich war es auch einbuchen konnte man gott sei dank auch Abend bei den späten Stunden und es ist nah gelegen an einem Bahnhof also leicht hinzukommen.

Wir waren mit verschieden Kollegen für einen Kongress in der Stadt, das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Boutique. Hotel mit einer sehr angenehmen zentral gelegenen Bar, schöne Zimmer, leider war der Spabereich in Renovierung. Auch das Hotel Restaurant ist hervorragend, die Lage ist zentral. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

🛏️🧼🚶♂️Very satisfied with our hotel stay, especially thanks to the spotless bathroom and fresh, brand-new-feeling bed sheets on a fluffy, comfortable mattress we honestly didn’t want to get up from. The location is super convenient — within walking distance of the Flixbus drop-off near the main station, close to the touristy old town, and surrounded by restaurants with a café right across the street. The only challenge was finding a nearby convenience store or gas station to grab basic snacks, as many places in the area seem to close relatively early. We arrived just before 10 PM and were likely the last check-in before the front desk closed for the night. That said, there’s an automated check-in machine available, so you likely wouldn’t be stranded if arriving later. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, perfekte Lage in der Altstadt genau gegenüber dem Schloss, Zimmer sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und topp ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Saune und Gym im Untergeschoss. Frühstück sehr große Auswahl, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It's kind of noisy because it is close to the railroad and next to the bus line street. The shower room and toilet room are small. I don't know how the big person to turn around in the room.
