Muito bom atendimento no check in, quarto normal, fantástico pequeno almoço sem nada a apontar, restaurante com muito boa qualidade, super serviço de bar de piscina , um animador sempre atento, divertido, simpático e com animação de manhã e à tarde de ”aqua gim”, musica ao vivo algumas tardes e para finalizar a noite de discoteca para dançar e descontrair.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

A vista do hotel é deslumbrante, proporcionando uma experiência única aos hóspedes. O atendimento, tanto na receção quanto no restaurante, destaca-se pela simpatia e profissionalismo da equipa. No entanto, um ponto a melhorar é a qualidade do Wi-Fi, que apresentou falhas frequentes de conexão. A gastronomia do restaurante é de excelente qualidade, com destaque para a sobremesa de pudim de castanhas e a carne T-bone, ambas altamente recomendadas. Além disso, a área de lazer adjacente ao restaurante é extremamente acolhedora, equipada com lareiras que proporcionam um ambiente agradável. No entanto, foi notado que as lareiras estiveram acessas apenas no primeiro dia da estadia, sendo que nos dias seguintes, apesar do frio mais intenso, o ambiente permaneceu confortável devido ao ar condicionado. Por fim, uma sugestão de melhoria seria aumentar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável para os hóspedes.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and staff attentive. We would have liked more variety for breakfast but cannot fault attention to customer experience. Swimming pool is perfect.

Não tem avaliação 5 estrelas em tudo porque alguém não sabe o que anda a fazer e a água do chuveiro sai fora . Mais chato que isso é ter uma piscina com gestão da Camara, que só abre quando começa as férias escolares . ( sendo que em maio já normalmente está muito calor .
