On entering the room it was spotless however I went to the toilet and was greeted with a toilet full of poo!!! My husband reported it straight away and we were quickly moved to another room. Again entering the next room it was spotless but the fridge wasn't working that was reported and quickly replaced. The following morning went to make to discover the coffee maker wasn't working again it was reported and quickly replaced. Great customer service. Now servicing the room I was a bit confused by. Rooms were still being serviced in the evening. We had been out from early and came back at 6.30 to find the room not serviced. We had just settled when they came to service the room surely it makes more sense to service the room when people are out during the day?? This happened several times. At one point I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as it hadn't been cleaned for days and myself and daughter slipped in the bath and nearly fell out. My husband got the wrong day for check out (a day early) we were literally gone 15mins and the maid had been in to see what tip we had left!!! Pity she wasnt as quick to service our room. Customer service were great about my husbands mistake and quickly gave us our key back. New beds were obviously put in rooms as part of the redevelopment but oh my they didnt half creak to the extent we were shouting at one another to stop moving about!!! So didnt really get a hood nights sleep. We also didn't get the bedding changed the 10days we were there. We were asked on the day my husband mistake but what was the point for 1 night???

Ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki singkat ke Pollo Tropical, McDonalds, Wendy's & Stesen Minyak yang selesa. Perjalanan singkat (kurang daripada 10 minit pemanduan) ke Walgreens (dengan apa sahaja yang anda perlukan yang anda terlupa di rumah), Starbucks, Denny's Diner dan stesen minyak lain. Mereka mempunyai kolam yang saya tidak dapat lihat dari dekat, kerana betapa sibuknya saya semasa berada di bandar dan untuk penginapan singkat saya, tetapi kelihatan bagus dari lobi. Lobi hadapan mempunyai ATM dengan bayaran $2.99 & kelihatan bersih dan disimpan dengan baik. Wanita muda yang bekerja di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah SUPER Membantu dan berpengetahuan tentang kawasan itu dan sangat manis. Hotel ini juga menawarkan sarapan pagi. Walaupun penyaman udara agak kuat dan bertarikh, ia memastikan bilik tetap cantik dan sejuk tanpa melangkaui rentak yang merupakan tambahan utama untuk Berada di Florida (jika anda mahu ke kunci, anda lebih baik mengharapkan untuk tinggal di tempat yang bertarikh kerana itu bagaimana nostalgia di bahagian indah FL ini) Tidak seperti lobi hadapan, bilik itu dipersoalkan mengenai sanitasinya. Jika anda seperti saya, anda mungkin berjaga dan tidak banyak tidur kerana kurang kebersihan, kerana saya menyimpan segala-galanya dalam beg saman saya dan tidak begitu percaya dengan kebersihan kaunter atau kawasan yang biasa digunakan. adalah. Saya tidak mempunyai rambut panjang & gelap seinci, di mana-mana di badan saya, dan saya juga tidak mempunyai tetamu bersama saya. Di sebelah tong sampah di dalam bilik mandi terdapat bahan gelap yang terpercik ke dinding akibat seseorang membuang sesuatu dan menghempap dinding, jelas bukan saya kerana saya hanya membuang tisu, & baki botol syampu bersaiz perjalanan yang tidak digunakan dengan cecair jernih di dalam tong sampah itu. boleh. Pada waktu malam saya pergi untuk menghidupkan lampu dan tidak dapat mengelak daripada melihat satu lagi gumpalan yang tahu apa yang ada pada diri lampu. Saya terus memakai selipar rumah saya kerana lantai kelihatan disapu tetapi tidak dibersihkan (seperti dalam mop atau swiffered.) Jika anda seperti saya, anda mungkin akan kehilangan tidur dan memilih untuk tidur dalam seluar panjang dan baju lengan panjang anda sebagai kebersihan bilik mandi adalah sangat off meletakkan dan membuat saya teragak-agak untuk menggunakan apa-apa lagi di dalam bilik. Jika anda tidak mengambil berat tentang perkara-perkara ini maka anda akan benar-benar menikmati penginapan anda dan bergerak ke destinasi seterusnya dalam perjalanan anda. Jika bukan kerana kebersihan bilik, saya akan katakan hotel ini kukuh 4 walaupun cat mengelupas di sudut-sudut dinding & papan tiang (yang dijangkakan kerana ini benar-benar bahagian tertua di Florida.) Saya akan katakan ia seolah-olah hanya sampah sahaja yang dibawa keluar, cadar ditukar dan tuala baharu ditambahkan ke bilik sebelum saya datang untuk menginap dan, mungkin jika saya bernasib baik, semburan cepat dan lap apa sahaja yang boleh disentuh oleh seseorang. Saya secara peribadi tidak fikir saya akan memilih hotel ini lagi dan saya fikir saya lebih suka membayar sedikit tambahan untuk hotel di sebelahnya untuk ketenangan fikiran untuk kebersihan. Ironinya penjaga rumah akan menyemak sama ada anda telah keluar sebelum waktu daftar keluar (tengah hari)

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

Firstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below. The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast. The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening. And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items. Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!! Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!

The hotel couldn't be any closer or more convenient to the terminals and for our early am check in. We had access to the entire terminal's shops and restaurants. We walked around looking at our gate areas, so we knew where we needed to go. Check in was easy however, they didn't mention the restaurant on the 7th floor so instead, we ended up paying over $100 at a chain restaurant with a burger/sandwich menu. The price point is extremely high for what you get - for $250 plus a night I'd expect a refrigerator or a microwave, some wash cloths, more than one regular coffee packet and some soap, however, once we asked twice, we received these items fairly quickly. The rooms are dated, not doubt, but the king bed was big and comfy. I was rather pleased with the bright lighting and expandable makeup mirror in the bathroom. Nice to see what you really look like rather than looking in a dim mirror for once which is what you get now at higher end facilities. The window was filthy so there was no looking out the window-to be fair I doubt its easy to clean when jets are constantly flying over your head. The carpet needs to be replaced, there really was very little left of it in the room. Hallway carpet dated but clean. The TV/cable didn't work due to provider changes occurring within the county and the airport is a county building (which is was what we were told when we asked how to use the TV.) We were able to use wireless to stream TV on the iPad - it would have nice if they mentioned that as well so we weren't fighting about how to work the remote. There are really no amenities, and I would say this is comparable to an older but clean motel. However, it took 28 minutes total in the morning to check in, check our bags, get through security and be seated at the gate. Long story short, we would stay there again for an early am flight if we could get a cheaper price.

Excellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!). Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times. Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times. Will definitely stay again.

My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.
