Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Queretaro, Mexico

ケレタロのセントロからは車を飛ばしても30分はかかるので、自家用車で来る人以外は観光との両立は難しいです。 ホテル周辺には徒歩圏内には何もないです。 大型スーパーや飲食店街はホテルの目の前にあるものの、巨大道路を渡る必要があり、日中は交通量が半端なく危険すぎてとても徒歩では渡れません。 歩道橋などもないです。 フリキージャに用事がある、もしくは完全にホテルに籠る人向け。 Uberはセントロに比べるとあまり走ってませんが使えます。 メキシコは土埃ですぐに靴が汚れるので、アメニティにシューポリッシュがあるのは有難いです。歯ブラシは1個だけ洗面所にありますが、スリッパはなく、フロント脇の売店で販売されています。 2人でも基本クイーンベッドしか選択肢がないのが残念ですが、各部屋に日本式のお風呂が付いているのはかなり嬉しい。 コロナ禍では、名物の大浴場は予約制となっており、フロントでカードキーを貰わないと入れません。 タオルは脱衣所に用意されています。 シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープ、ドライヤーはありますが、女性用基礎化粧品までは流石に置いてませんでした。 露天風呂もあって大浴場は文句なし。このレベルのお風呂がメキシコにあるのがビックリ。出張者、メキシコ在住日本人に人気があるのも納得。 朝食ブッフェは食パンやシリアルも置いてありますが、基本和食なのでレストランにいるのは日本人ばかりでした。 ただ一人320ペソ（チップ別）という、ビジネスホテルにしてはかなり値段。 一部屋につき一人分の朝食しか付いていないので、2人目以降はレストランで会計する必要があります。 会計時にチップを含めた金額をカードで払うことが出来ないのが超不便。（カード自体はもちろん使えます） チップなしという選択肢はないので、結局別途現金でチップを払うことになり細かいお金が出てくのが面倒。

Nos hospedamos durante el fin de semana, generalmente uno busca un lugar para descansar de un día de actividades, al llegar todo estuvo bien, hasta al llegar la noche que queriamos dormir, nos encontramos con un colchon sumamente duro, sensación de estar durmiendo sobre una cama hecha de cemento, ese grado de dureza. Las almohadas parecen de broma, es decir con todas las almohadas que ponen(3) apenas haces una, cuándo por fin lográs dormir por lo cansado que estas, te despierta cualquier persona que utilice el baño, se escucha un ruido muy fuerte en la habitacion. En conclusión, el hotel tiene buen aspecto pero uno busca un lugar para descansar y es el objetivo que menos se cumple. Utilizamos el servicio de restaurante, el cual fue muy bueno y rico.

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

El personal trata de realizar su trabajo bien, al llegar para registrarnos nos dieron una habitación de nivel inferior a la que reserve, tuvimos que regresar a recepción para que la cambiaran, pero me dijeron que esperara 30 minutos. Como teníamos prisa solo nos cambiamos la ropa y nos fuimos. Al regresar ya nos habían asignado la otra habitación, pero había toallas, ni cobijas extras, cuando se reservó para 4 personas. Solicite las toallas y no habia, estaban secándose, la señorita de recepción muy atenta, disculpándose por los inconvenientes. Había cafetera, pero no café, solo vasos y agua. No regresamos nuevamente

We had a short vacation in Queretaro to visit family and had stayed at the Queretaro Marriott Courtyard. The hotel is modern and clean. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortably accommodated the 3 of us. Service overall was first class. The staff were professional and housekeeping did a thorough and wonderful job keeping our room clean and restocked with toiletries. Breakfast was great - a good variety and tasty. Would definitely be staying at Marriott Courtyard Queretaro the next time we visit family.

I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

Un hotel muy limpio y tranquilo, buena atención al cliente y personal de limpieza muy bien trabajo de aseo en la habitación. Lo recomiendo a todos los que quieran hosped**** ahí.

Agak rumit untuk ke sana bagi mereka yang pertama kali pergi, banyak jalan bertumpu pada ketika itu. Hotel ini sangat baik, sangat bersih, tempat letak kereta yang baik, kakitangan yang membantu.

I stayed for 1 night at this property - mainly to find a Hilton property to break my journey from Queretaro back down to Mexico City. Location: This property is really located among offices in a what I see as an industrial area of this small city of San Juan del Rio. Without a car, there is not much one can do. From a touristic point of view, the location of this property is not the best. It is however on the national road towards Tequis (a small charming village). The drive to the historical centre of the city is about 10-15 mins depending on traffic. There are some restaurant and Walmart about 5 mins drive from the hotel Check in: I arrived just after lunch time at the property and (for the first time in Mexico) encountered a friendly front desk who quickly checked me. I was also for the first time recognized as an Elite HHonors member. The whole check in process was quick and I was off to my room within 5 mins of arrival - including information about the breakfast hours. I was also automatically provided with my 2 free bottles of water and a snack. Room: The room was located on the 3rd floor and it was on the smaller side. Another first in Mexico - the room was very wel lit - maybe too much. The lights were all white light and seemed to be the most luminous ones . For me this did not give a cosy feeling in the room - making it very cheap. Other than that, the room was well appointed - with a working desk and a small sitting area. The view from the room was however not the most interesting - it was a view to the backyard of a close by factory. scarpyard. Outside of that, coffee tea making amenities were the usual US type. There were already 2 bottles of water provided in the room. As usual there was no minibar in the room. Internet speed was stable and sufficient - with the TV on the smaller side, and mainly consisted of local channels (only exception was the CNN english channel). Sleep quality was good - with not too much outside or internal noise disturbance. The bathroom was size was ok - with a rather large walk in shower. Water and temperature control was good. Toiletries were wall mounted ones from a local brand. (which seems to be the default one used at other Hampton Inn's in Mexico). Breakfast: Breakfast options was actually quite good - in any case much better compared to Hampton Inn's offerings in the US. They did have a mix of western but also local options. The breakfast room was large - but not very inviting - like the room, simple and seemed to be made just to be functional. Overall: In general, for the price paid, it is a property that is stayable. However, it would not a property I would select if I would have to stay most of the time in the room, for just a clean and comfortable stay, the property is acceptable and I would say one of the better Hilton properties in Mexico from service point of view.
