Hotel Dengan Pools di Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam

Resort are just great with v nice scenery, neat and spacious room, balcony with greens and birds humming 👍🏻🎈Facilities with mini golf,indoor and outdoor pools are good. Have spa, kids play room though a bit small, snooker table and soccer board game and bicycle cycling 🚴🏻 are great to have! Enjoyable experience!! Good place for family trip!

A wonderful hotel, located far from cities in a natural setting. There's also a golf course, but I didn't use it. The entire team is incredibly friendly, many staff members speak excellent English, and they fulfilled all our requests. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. I will definitely be back. Special thanks to Diem, Tuan Anh, Huong, Thanh, and Ut. Please excuse any misspellings. :-) And let's not forget the kitchen team. They accommodated my special request for a vegetarian dish and treated me to a delicious meal. Thank you for everything.

I'd contacted the hotel 2 days previously to request an early check in as was arriving at 4.30am & it was granted. When I arrived there was nobody at reception despite me messaging to ask to be checked in. I was sitting in reception for 2 hours before someone appeared. I asked to check in & was told my room wouldn't be ready until after 12:00pm. I asked what I'm supposed to do & it was suggested I go on one of the trips the hotel arranges. After a 10 hour bus journey & 2 hour sit in reception I was completely exhausted & just wanted to sleep. I asked if there was another room I could go to & after waiting another 20 minutes they put me in one. After contacting Trip.com to confirm I'd get the room I paid for, I was finally transferred to it. However, I booked a mountain view room & I do think the description is slightly misleading as to view the mountain you have to go outside your room onto the shared decking where guests are walking to & from to get to their rooms. This accommodation is more like individual dorm rooms. Cleaners didn't make the bed for the 4 nights I was there but did give the table a wipe. Breakfast was basic & edible. The location is about 20 mins into the town area, that's the main positive. I loved Tam Coc & if I were to visit again unfortunately I wouldn't stay here.

Last times I stayed in Nam Dinh I used an international chain but was disappointed. This time I stayed here and it was an altogether much better experience. Fantastic service and comfortable large room with great room service menu. There breakfast was 1st class and can’t fault anything. 10/10

Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

Great resort. Very big room, with beautiful bar, swimming pool, gym, kid’s playroom and big restaurant with good delicious food.  Nearby is the boat ride and 30mins drive to Bach Dinh Pagoda complex and 15 mins drive to Mua Cave etc. Great hospitality by all the staff. Location is safe with supermarkets and restaurants and cafes around. There are rooms at 2nd level. Recommend for families, friends and solo travellers.

Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

We zijn heel goed ontvangen geweest bij aankomst en gedurende ons hele verblijf. Ze hadden veel respect. Enkel een vrouw kon goed Engels maar de rest verstond niet zo veel. Ik vind persoonlijk dat het deel uitmaakt van de charme van het land. Ze zijn ook bereid transfers, fietsen, excursies voor hun gasten te voorzien. Het ontbijt was beperkt maar toch compleet. Je het de keuze uit een spiegelei met worst en bacon met geroosterd brood of een maaltijd van bij hun (Vietnamees). Daarbij kregen we een sinaasappelsap (niet versgemaakt maar wel lekker) met een koffie en een honing yoghurt, die heel lekker was trouwens. Het zwembad en de kamers waren proper. Het is er niet te druk en de ligging is vooral top! Op wandelafstand van Tam Coc (8-10min) en je hebt meteen toegang tot de rijstvelden. Een gouden tip: neem er de fiets en bezoek de Mua Cave bij zonsondergang en de pagoda. Je kan dan er leuke weg nemen door de rijstvelden die aangrenst aan de bergen, subliem! Fantastische ervaring gehad. Zeker en vast een aanrader!

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at AiLee in Tam Coc. It ticked all my boxes: 1. Great price for a decent sized roon. 2. Clean and comfortable bed. 3. Quiet location away from the main roads. 4. Beautiful view. 5. Warm and attentive service. There were small areas to improve on, of course, like the slow shower drain and the repetitive breakfast options. Still, these didn't impact our positive experience at AiLee. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel. The location is just perfect - not too far from the Tam Coc boat station, close to several restaurants/shops but more importantly, in a very quiet area to enjoy the beautiful views. The room set up was spacious and always clean. Soft mattresses and big lockers were a welcome sight. The staff were very friendly and at times I felt bad at how busy they were during the holiday weekend. But they did a great job and are always willing to help. I am grateful they had space during a busy time in Ninh Binh and at a great price. Thank you and I highly recommend this place!
