CChristutiStaff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserI WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Additionally, staff was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist or offer suggestions or recommendations, making my stay here an ideal location. An experience not to be missed on your travels!

Inappropriate room and bathroom (the box was not closed, the refrigerator could not attach to the current because there was no suitable take, very small bathroom without bidet, the shower was not in position)

GGuest UserPerfect location, 5mins away from train station, right in the city centre and 10mins walk from the sea. Surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants serving typical Italian food which was excellent.

GGuest UserLo staff e tutto il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno accolti comunque. La posizione centralissima. Colazioni molto buone dal dolce al salato e abbiamo anche avuto la colazione pronta prima di partire presto la mattina. C'è la possibilità di noleggiare le bici, il che consigliamo fortemente perché gli spostamenti col bus o a piedi richiedono molta fatica :))) torneremmo volentieri, GRAZIE!

RRapid DecentThis is a newer hotel situated in a perfect location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand next to the front entrance. It has a cafe attached to the building and a restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful…I will definitely return!

GGuest UserExcellent experience: despite the fact that in those days the hotel was completely full for a particularly popular convention, the hotel staff was fully able to make us feel at home, guaranteeing professionalism and precision. The room was equipped with everything and was clean. The breakfast service is also good. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room looked exactly like the photo. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. You can easily leave your luggage after check-out and explore the area without your suitcases.
