My wife and I were truly impressed by the and professionalism of Huangshan Baiyun Hotel staff 小叶. 小叶 warmly welcomed us upon arrival, providing attentive service throughout our stay and ensuring every detail was well taken care of. She helped to obtain a complimentary room upgrade, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches — complimentary use of a massage chair, fresh juices, fruits, and snacks. The cultural performance by the hotel staff was a lovely surprise, showcasing local traditions in an engaging way. The room itself was extremely well-equipped, with practical amenities like umbrellas, down jackets, a footbath tub, and even a touch light — all very useful for guests visiting Huangshan’s scenic mountain area. Every aspect of our stay reflected genuine care and attention to detail. We highly recommend Huangshan Baiyun Hotel to anyone visiting Huangshan — it’s not just a place to stay, but a wonderful hospitality experience in itself.

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

The staff are friendly. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Initially booked a room in block B but decided to top up to a room at main block as was tired after a long day of hiking as block B is some walking distance distance from main building. We had buffet in the hotel at ¥180 pp. Breakfast is also good. Hotel staff can be contacted conceniently via wechat.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟

Had a great stay again in this same room. It is very spacious, clean and the attendant takes care of all your needs during the stay. I love that! They bring everything to your door no need to get things yourself. It includes club lounge access which is very convenient for meals. I would definitely book again. I also used their laundry service and it was ready the same day.

An absolutely magical stay! Yujian No.8 is nestled in an awesome location on the iconic Tunxi Old Street. Housed in a beautifully restored old house with perfect taste, the hotel radiates a super Chinese-style charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room was both authentic and very comfortable. It was the most romantic and unforgettable backdrop for a couple's getaway. Super recommended!

這次入住頤朋酒店太滿意了！房間簡約大氣，整潔度滿分，拍照超級出片。床品柔軟舒適，睡眠質量極高。早餐豐富又美味，開啟活力一天。一樓水吧枱提供免費咖啡花茶，服務很貼心。房間內洗衣機烘乾機齊全好用，設施完備，下次還選這裏！

It is absolutely a wise choice to stay at this hotel despite the higher hotel price. The location is close to the Tian Du Feng and the cable car if everyone is interested in climbing one of the peaks. The checkout time is 12pm so you will have enough time to shower and rest after coming back from the Tian Du Feng in the morning. Also you will get to avoid the crowd in the morning which is a huge bonus!! The service provided by the staff hotel is exceptional. The breakfast and dinner options are really good too. The amenities at the hotel might look a bit older compared to other hotels in the mountain however the room itself is very clean and tidy. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.
