Hotel Romantic di Anhui, China

I stayed at the Bai Yun Hotel for one night during my photography trip to Huangshan. While the mountain can be very crowded and overwhelming, this hotel provided the perfect base to experience the true magic of the peaks. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Xiaomin. As a solo traveler and hobby photographer, I was looking for quiet spots away from the masses. Xiaomin was incredibly professional and shared her expert knowledge of the mountain with me. Her recommendation to skip the crowded 'Bright Summit' for sunrise and head to Aoyu Peak instead was a game-changer. Thanks to her, I enjoyed a breathtaking sunrise in total silence and solitude – a rare and deeply moving experience on this mountain. The hotel itself is perfectly located for photographers, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, but a way to truly connect with the beauty of Huangshan, I highly recommend staying here. Is not far from Hefei south station . Surrounding is quiet …. but a short Didi ride away is MexC shopping mall. Lots of food n shopping  Was given an upgrade  Thank u so much  Room is huge n neat n very good  is not expensive  The breakfast spread is sufficient , not a lot of choices but I enjoy it.  Late check out to 2 pm granted.    Thank u

Excellent location, just less than 30 mins walk from taiping cable car. Booked a room with balcony, best choice. First day arrived is rainy day so stay indoor. The balcony faces a valley which can see the lights from the bottom of the mountain, excellent views. The hotel provides some entertainment programs at 730 pm every night. The food quality and varieties for breakfast and lunch and dinner buffets are good. Dinner is my favourite! Really enjoy the stay! Will recommend this hotel to friends.

清明小長假獨自來淮南旅行，這家酒店位置挺好，離小段牛肉湯很近，騎自行車5分鐘就能到，我天天過去打卡。酒店挺智能的，可以刷臉坐電梯，刷臉開門，完全用不到房卡。房間內設施也挺好，這是我第一次遇到電視機連電腦的酒店，可以玩遊戲。唯一的槽點是房間朝南，又有扇超大的玻璃窗，陽光把房間曬得像個温室，但空調製冷又沒辦法用，房間裏挺熱的。

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

We had a very nice stay. It is a beautiful location, the people were super helpful and everything was provided for. Breakfast was delicious and there is a room dedicated to different activities, such as calligraphy and music. The building and its history is very interesting. Would definitely recommend!

衞生環境都還不錯，裝修很像全季酒店，洗衣房、健身房都有，地下車庫很大，咖啡也不錯。 不過隔音很不好，關了窗，外面小區車子喇叭聲音都能很清晰聽到，早上四點隔壁呼喚小度的聲音也聽得到，晚上沒有睡好。 房間不通風，白天20度左右，房間裏很熱，空調衹能開熱風，沒有冷空調。

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and the most vivid experience of my life. I have never seen anything like it before. The feeling of living in the clouds brings you closer to God. After just two days of our stay, I felt like a completely different person. This has been one of the most powerful and memorable experiences of my life. The service and overall quality of the hotel are at the highest possible level. I am truly grateful for everything. We also celebrated a birthday there, and upon my request for fresh flowers, the hotel staff went above and beyond — they created a stunning handmade bouquet for my beloved instead. It was a beautiful surprise for her, and I deeply appreciate this thoughtful gesture. Top rating, the best hotel, and outstanding service. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Kemudahan: Pengering kasut dan jaket bawah semuanya tersedia sangat dekat dengan kereta kabel. pergi terus ke hotel itu sangat menjimatkan tenaga kerja. Kebersihan: Sangat bersih, memandangkan semua peralatan tempat tidur dibersihkan secara manual dari atas ke bawah, saya rasa harganya berbaloi. Persekitaran: Ambil masa 15 minit untuk menuruni gunung untuk sampai ke ropeway Saya malas untuk mendaki gunung hari ini, jadi saya terus ke ropeway saya menaiki bas dan menaiki teksi Didi terus ke hotel di kaki gunung itu sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan: Barangan kecil itu agak bagus Seorang lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu menambah WeChat apabila dia mendaftar masuk. Beberapa soalan yang saya tidak fikirkan di meja depan telah dijawab oleh seseorang di dalam bilik, yang sangat mudah.
