Hotel Romantic di Anhui, China

SERVICE EXTRAORINAIRE! Nous sommes venues mi Décembre 2026, et le service était juste incroyable. L'hôtel est situé tout en haut de la montagne HuangShan, à 2h des téléphérique, juste à côté du meilleur endroit pour voir les couchers et les levés de soleil: bright summit peak (à 15 min en montée de l'hôtel). Le personel est aux petits soin: je suis venue avec ma maman de 70 ans, et Xiao Ye, l'hôtesse d'accueil, a été EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Elle nous a surclassées pour pas que ma maman ait à marcher jusqu'au building B. Elle nous a apporté des oranges pour les vitamines et un pass pour les sieges de massages, et meme de quoi faire un bain de pieds ! Les toilettes sont à la japonaise avec les jets et sieges chauffants. L'hôtel met à disposition dans les chambres de très chauds manteaux pour aller voir le lever du soleil. Repas du soir délicieux (hot pot chinois avec possibilité pas épicé). Le service est dingue. Je recommande les yeux fermés !! Merci Xiao Ye pour toutes vos attentions !

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

The room is very quiet, with mountains and bamboo forests outside the window. It's so nice to sleep listening to the birds singing!! The whole park is great, and you can take hundreds of photos easily! I would like to thank Xiao Ling, the housekeeper, for her seriousness, responsibility, and thoughtfulness. 🌹🌹 Note: If you just want to take a hot spring bath, you should book a hot spring room! If you want to take swimsuit photos, you can book an ordinary room in the main building. Opposite is Jiubao Hot Spring, which costs 60/person. It should also be very photogenic. I didn't go in, but it looks very photogenic from the outside🤭🤭🤭

A hidden, ancient courtyard tucked away in Tunxi Old Street, featuring a stargazing loft where you can gaze at the starry sky and bright moon directly from your bed. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was able to lie in bed and watch the moon without stepping outside—it was truly dreamlike. The common areas are incredibly spacious; my child spent time practicing calligraphy and playing the guzheng, completely captivated. It was wonderfully relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from yesterday's hike up Huangshan.

My stay here absolutely surpassed all my expectations! I particularly want to commend the 44th-floor lounge. The city skyline visible from its floor-to-ceiling windows is simply spectacular; during the day, you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the bustling streets below, and in the evening, sipping a drink accompanied by the sunset glow, the atmosphere is simply perfect. You could easily spend an entire afternoon there without getting bored. What was even more impressive was the service. A huge thank you to Anne for her assistance; from guiding us during check-in to promptly addressing our inquiries throughout our stay, she was incredibly thoughtful and attentive every step of the way. The lounge staff were equally excellent. They not only proactively helped us secure seats with the best views but also meticulously remembered our drink preferences, preparing refills exactly to our liking. Their attention to detail truly made an impact. Anne was always quick to respond to any of our requests, and her professional yet warm demeanor made the entire experience exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, eager to once again enjoy the stunning views from the 44th floor and Anne's outstanding service!

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

A couple from Guangdong came all the way to Anhui for autumn! They stayed in the best hotel room they've ever had – a 1.8-meter tatami bed for two, practically a presidential suite! The price was great, and with each of them having their own bed, they had a wonderful time, sleeping peacefully without disturbing each other! The room was huge, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views. They also included several complimentary experience tickets, including a free travel photoshoot. The photos turned out amazing, capturing their best moments! This hotel is perfect for taking photos in everyday clothes; the photographer was great at guiding the shots, resulting in dynamic and natural-looking photos that we loved! The hotel's surroundings are great, the owner is from Xiamen, and he's excellent at providing service and quality. Most importantly, the staff are not only beautiful but also incredibly professional – I absolutely love them! The large swimming pool gives it a resort feel, and there's a large terrace perfect for taking photos. Oh, and the hotel is located halfway up a mountain, so taking pictures along the roadside creates a wonderful atmosphere. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the food was good. I suggest adding more variety next time, hehe 😁. We stayed at the same hotel at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, but didn't want to climb it, so we went back to the Hidden Retreat in Tunxi. They didn't have any rooms with two beds, but we booked the 78-square-meter courtyard villa, which we loved. They even gave us a great discount for extending our stay, which was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone from Guangdong! A true Guangdong native wouldn't lie to another Guangdong native, hehe. I also highly recommend it to friends from other provinces – it's great value! 🥰 The longest review I've ever written.

Hotel location is superb, it takes ten minutes to walk to the attractions! The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the front desk also took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, the details were super intimate, and I will definitely choose this next time I come to this city! The stay experience far exceeded expectations! The room facilities are very new, the bathroom is dry and wet separation is super clean, especially like the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows, it is super comfortable to be able to get the sun in the morning! The hygiene is in place, there is no dust in the corner, the staff is on call, and the questions are very patient. This stay is really comfortable!
