Hotel Romantic di Anhui, China

We stayed at the hotel that is centrally located on top of the mountain. The service by the hotel staff is exceptional. The hotel customer manager Mrs. Huang personally helped us with detailed logistics and offered welcome gifts. She always communicate timely with us for our needs. The hotel made special dishes for one of our tour members who is a vegetarian. The hotel is in a historical building and it showed some signs of aging but this is mostly made up by clean room and bedding, and the amenities in good conditions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and beautiful scenery surround us.

We only stayed one night here as an overnight was required as part of our transit, however the hotel is beautiful. A bit far from the airport, but luckily for us very close to the south railway station. The room was very clean and the bed is the best we've slept on throughout our stay in China so far. We were checked in quickly, and unbeknownst to us, given a free upgrade to one of largest rooms offered by the hotel. We used the laundry facilities here, which were clean and washed and dryed our clothes quickly and as expected - which is certainly not always a guarentee. I can't speak to much more as our stay has been so short, however I would not hesitate to recommend booking here if the location suits your stay in Hefei.

Beautiful place to stay, right near the top of Yellow Mountsuhs. Definitely worth the money seating up on the mountain for a night or two rather than doing a day trip. Great staff, very attentive and quick to respond. Buffet breakfast great and included in the price. Buffet dinner extra but also reasonable price Definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at Yujian No.8 in Huangshan Tunxi Old Street. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with an artistic and elegant touch, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tunxi Old Street. It was very convenient to simply step outside and enjoy walking along the historic street, exploring the shops, local snacks, and the charming surroundings. The butler service was excellent. They kindly helped us arrange transportation to Huangshan Scenic Area and also to the railway station, which made our travel very smooth and convenient. They also provided great recommendations for delicious local food. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful experience and a perfect place to stay while visiting Huangshan.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and the most vivid experience of my life. I have never seen anything like it before. The feeling of living in the clouds brings you closer to God. After just two days of our stay, I felt like a completely different person. This has been one of the most powerful and memorable experiences of my life. The service and overall quality of the hotel are at the highest possible level. I am truly grateful for everything. We also celebrated a birthday there, and upon my request for fresh flowers, the hotel staff went above and beyond — they created a stunning handmade bouquet for my beloved instead. It was a beautiful surprise for her, and I deeply appreciate this thoughtful gesture. Top rating, the best hotel, and outstanding service. I highly recommend visiting this place.

酒店位置就在輕軌站旁邊，附近有大潤發卡旺卡，走一點就是很火的阿萍麻辣燙，但個人覺得附近的雍記更好吃。 酒店房間很不錯，設施都是全屋智能的，非常便捷；工作人員服務也不錯，很貼心提醒停車券什麼；早餐種類很多，水果豐富。 衞生：一進門沒什麼異味，衞生間是乾濕分離的，就是淋浴間沒有掛鈎或者防水置物區，希望後期改善

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.
