I highly recommend Baiyun Hotel as the top choice for accommodation on Huangshan Mountain – the experience is absolutely fantastic! First, let's talk about the environment. It's located in the core scenic area of Tianhai, adjacent to Bright Summit and Aoyu Peak, surrounded by majestic peaks and a sea of clouds. In the morning, it's like a fairyland with mist swirling around, and at night, you can look up and see a brilliant starry sky. It's away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the main attractions, making your sightseeing route incredibly convenient. You can reach the popular West Sea Grand Canyon mini-train in just a 5-minute walk, saving you time and effort while exploring. In terms of hygiene, it's truly a benchmark for mountain-top hotels. Whether it's a standard room or a dormitory, everything is spotlessly clean. The sheets and bedding are soft, dry, and replaced for each guest. The bathrooms are odor-free and thoroughly disinfected, and public areas are regularly cleaned; even the corridors are pristine. Considering that all supplies are carried up the mountain by porters, this level of cleanliness truly exceeds expectations. The facilities are perfectly tailored to hikers' needs. Rooms come equipped with electric heaters, smart toilets, and kettles, along with a stable and ample 24-hour hot water supply – a hot shower after a hike is pure bliss! They provide complimentary down jackets that are windproof and warm, so you don't need extra layers for sunrise viewing. Foot soak tubs with mugwort packets are perfect for relieving hiking fatigue. Shoe dryers, hangers, and other thoughtful details are all provided, solving common inconveniences of mountain accommodation. Some room types even have scenic tatami mats, allowing you to enjoy the mountain views right from your bed. The service is a major highlight. From check-in, you're assigned a dedicated butler who proactively helps with luggage storage and early check-in. They also customize exclusive sightseeing routes based on your itinerary and provide precise reminders for the best sunrise/sunset times and viewing spots. Any request is met with a super-fast response. If they see guests with children or seniors, they'll proactively offer hot drinks and extra toiletries. At checkout, they thoughtfully provide complimentary mineral water and local snacks to support your continued hike. In the evenings, there are even staff-performed folk arts like Huangmei Opera and fish lantern dances, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I was completely won over after one stay and will definitely return to Huangshan and stay here again!

Exceeded expectations! It's been 10 years since I last stayed on Huangshan Mountain, and the environment and service have improved incredibly. The hotel service was excellent, and the butler was very thoughtful. The room already had the key card inserted, and the heating was on continuously, making it very warm. The butler would proactively inform us about the day's activities and the sunrise forecast for the next day. The buffet was great value for money; after a day of hiking, treating ourselves to a buffet was absolutely worth it. The evening mini-shows were also a hit with the kids. Remarkably, we asked, just on a whim, if they had any snow play tools, and the staff actually brought out sleds and shovels for us, which was a delightful surprise! We'll definitely stay at Xihai again once the West Sea Grand Canyon reopens.

I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

First travel resort I’ve been too but had exceptional service. From getting picking up at the railway station and the host assigned to me help coordinate leaving and making sure I make the most out of this trip. The events and games that they had were also super memorable. Overall a fun atmosphere. Would recommend to come with friends or family for a weekend stay.

I absolutely adore this B&B! It's designed in the Huizhou architectural style, and you can really tell a lot of thought went into its decoration. It's so quiet and comfortable. The B&B is located in the old town, and it's easy to find. The staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling, which makes you feel very welcome. Before we even arrived, they called to confirm our arrival time and sent us detailed directions. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, and the room was spotlessly clean.

I feel like I'm really old. The receptionist made me feel very gentle. I don't know if she is really gentle or just gentle to customers. Anyway, it reminded me of a friend. I can't remember the appearance of the receptionist and my friend. Every time I see this kind of gentleness, I always feel a little sad. In addition, I want to complain that I wrote this review on the bed of a hotel apartment. I really don't feel used to staying in an apartment B&B. Also, the hotel apartment, I thought it would be a hotel, but it was actually a B&B. I feel really old. I saw the hustle and bustle of Nanjing's traffic and high-rise buildings. All around were steel and concrete, beautifully dressed, with all kinds of heavy makeup, and the hurried takeaways in the middle, garbage in the corners, and the bright lights and feasting overhead. I felt a little dazed and suffocated for a moment. The last 5-star praise was for that touch of gentleness.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei for this trip, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's really close to attractions like the Anhui Museum (new building), the Art Museum, and the Geological Museum, as well as the popular 'Hecai 1972' complex. The hotel is also on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Swan Lake and Hefei's famous 'Three-Piece Set' landmarks.

Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!
