We love our stay at Hangshe! The hotel has so much charm. We love everything. Location is superb. Step out of the hotel and you will see a beautiful night scene of shangxiahang. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I highly recommend anyone who loves to stay in a cultural hotel to come here!

High service level standards. Rooms are pristine and amenities have been thoughtfully prepared. Management places guests at the centre of their operations. Even a process of having a concierge on WeChat to be on call at all times. The sky lounge's cocktail is cost effective and taste effective.

A wonderful first time visit to Xiamen and Swiss Grand Hotel. This is a large and popular hotel offering stunning views of Gulangyu from your room window. It is easy to get to via Metro from either railway station. Take Line 1 to terminus station Zhenhai road - Exit 1 and walk about 5-10 minutes. Rooms are solid and everything inside works. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and bountiful. I do also recommend to try the dinner buffet at least once. It's also very large with an amazing selection of food, drinks and desserts. One other thing really stood out to me about Swiss Grand was the service. It's very clear that the management here is good and they have put together great teams in all areas: Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food Service. All impressed with friendly, attentive, caring and professional service. Not easy for a large hotel like this. April in housekeeping made us feel at home. One thing I want to mention, this can be a busy hotel so at peak times the elevator can get crowded. One weekend morning we were waiting for an elevator and twice when it came it was already full. A member of housekeeping recognized the situation and called to her supervisor to get the OK to take us down using the service elevator. I didn't get her name but I want to thank all the staff here for making our stay so pleasant. They have a really good team here. Xiamen is a wonderful city to visit. Gulangyu of course, Zhongshan Road walking street, and we also loved the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Hope to return one day.

The room, the staff, the location are perfect. The only thing is there is only 2 washing machines and dryers in which not sufficient given there are 7 floors of guests staying there. We need to queue to use the washing machines every day. Other than that highly recommended to stay here.

Enjoyed my stay in this charming Fuzhou ME Hotel and will definitely choose it again when in Fuzhou. Hotel was opened in early 2025 & the room layout was like a home. Room - There was a walkin closet and a very large bathroom👍🏻. Our 2 single beds can accommodate 4 persons(it can be a slight squeeze). It can accommodate two luggages comfortably. Amenities - innovative with cute descriptions. Their toothbrush is one of the better quality hotel toothbrushes. Bar - enjoyed the ambiance and good music, although drinks menu didn’t have wine by the glass but by the bottle. Location - a pretty central next to Shibu underground train stn exit D and bus stops close by. Good mom & pop 小吃 outside the hotel for breakfast. Luckin coffee & a bakery is within the block or two. There’s also a Walmart nearby for overseas visitors to do your bulk grocery shopping. Staff - very courteous and helpful, although some spoke very little English. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and a thumbs up. 👍🏻

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

If you are interested in staying in an old traditional style Chinese house, this hotel delivers! Nicely renovated but still retained all the charms of an ancient Chinese house. The locals can be a bit loud, do ask for a quiet room away from the main courtyard. A WeChat account as well as a translation App is a must!

Номер чистый, аккуратный, все необходимое есть. Водичка, чайник. Бронировала на ночь, находится в 7 минутах от аэропорта на машине. Выбрала, потому что у меня был поздний прилет и у отеля есть услуга встретить гостя на мини автобусе. Самолёт прилетел практически в 12 ночи, списалась с водителем , он приехал и забрал. И попросила с с раннего утра его также отвезти в аэропорт. Вот за такое отношение, что он лично пришел и постучал в дверь, чтоб я не проспала спасибо огромное и 5 звезд. Единственное надо привести им в порядок коридоры оставляют желать лучшего, надо их освежить и сильный запах сигарет в лифте и окурки. С этим надо бороться ведь чистота залог успеха и здоровья.

We stayed here for 2 nights for participating Xiamen Marathron. The hotel location for this purpose is quite perfect as it's only a 5-min walking distance from/to starting/finishing line, and it's a huge plus for the race day as the roads were all closed (traffic control) and you've run for a 42K. There is a mall with quite a lot eating options on the opposite of the hotel. However, the service still gets room for the improvement - I called the hotel 2 days before check-in for the extra ice cubes and also confirmed this request upon check-in which was been confirmed that it would be delivered as instructed - Nope, it didn't happened. It's not a big deal, but a disappointment. Overall, i am satisified with my stay here and definately recommended for the marathron participators.

Clean and modern, nicely located upon the beautiful sea shore only a few miles away from the airport, staff is helpful and nice, but on the dark side - amenities are quite limited unlike what you expect in 5 stars (things like shower gel and etc.), there's nothing in mini bar, room service menu is very short and the service works only during the normal hours, breakfast is quite poor for 5 stars and so on. Even getting a morning code or additional blanket could be a problem (unsolvable in our case), and some of the venues inside the hotel are just closed. So, generally - do not expect a real 5 stars here, it is not.
