What a gem! ✨💎 I cannot understate what a uniquely beautiful place this is - and also how fantasticly friendly and helpful the staff are! As a foreigner travelling alone through china, I was made to feel very welcome! 😊 Unexpectedly, the staff’s English was very good which although not required did make life a bit easier. The historic building’s atmosphere was charming and furnished very nicely. There are also several cute cats which roam around the property! ♥️🐈 Furthermore, when I faced challenges booking a tour to the Fujian Tulou Buildings (my Phone number wouldn't work) - the staff went above and beyond to help - even coordinating with the driver on my behalf! 🙌 Ultimately, my stay at the Xiamem Qian Mansion was fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough! 🫶

Lokasi: Hartanah ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Zhongshan, berhampiran dengan tarikan utama seperti Universiti Xiamen, Kuil Nanputuo dan Pantai Baicheng, menawarkan pengangkutan yang mudah dan perjalanan yang mudah. Di seberang jalan ialah Pulau Gulangyu, menawarkan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dari tingkap, menjadikannya tempat yang bagus untuk melihat matahari terbenam dan juga memotret pemandangan malam pulau itu. Persekitaran dan Reka Bentuk: Bilik bersih dan kemas, dengan hiasan yang ber***a. Ciri pintar (seperti kawalan suara dan projektor) meningkatkan keselesaan dan kemudahan. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan bersemangat dan profesional, menyediakan perkhidmatan yang teliti, menawarkan petua perjalanan dan respons responsif, menjadikan penginapan sebagai pengalaman yang benar-benar mengalu-alukan. Semasa berlepas, tetamu diberi hadiah istimewa daripada Su Xiaotang dan Tundao. Kebersihan dan Kemudahan: Bilik-biliknya sangat bersih, dengan peralatan tempat tidur yang selesa, bilik mandi yang lengkap, dan peralatan pintar yang mudah digunakan. Sesetengah tetamu telah menyatakan bahawa perhatian terhadap perincian dan rasa berteknologi tinggi tempat penginapan itu melebihi jangkaan mereka.

Airport express bus was just directly across the street (use underpass). But please avoid the more expensive RMB50 van as it will only dropped you 4 km away from hotel. Instead opt for cheaper RMB25 service which will alight U opposite your hotel. Generally the hotel is value for $ and the staff are v courteous. At level 2 you can do your laundry (1 set of washer & dryer only) foc. Please note the location is quite far from metro station. However, using public bus (RMB1/trip) is very convenient and the the bus stop just about 20m/100m from the hotel entrance. At night, there are a few street food stalls outside the hotel. Last but not least, this is not a 4 stars hotel but overall I do enjoy my stay there.

Great place to stay when you're in Xiamen! We specifically wanted to stay by the beach and so we choose this hotel. It was literally a 5-minute walk to a beach that is more private and less crowded than the other beaches in Xiamen. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Location is quite good too, it was very easy to get a Didi as they come directly to the hotel. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Didi to come. Eventhough it's by the beach, other areas such as Shapowei are just around 15-20 min taxi ride. Big malls such as MixC and SM around 25-30 mins away, not too bad. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would stay here again in the future.

Our stay at Yidu was outstanding, clean, adequate amenities, great water pressure, flexible lighting selection to suit brightness needs, comfortable bed, convenient location to walk to 八市，中山路，思明站. While it may not be at door steps, walking to these places enable us to meander the local neighborhood, soaking into the 烟火气，discover off beaten track and nice eating places. Staffs both at front desk and the cleaning aunties are lively and friendly, i love that the wc and shower are separate, and the wash basin is outside. The 7th floor laundry deck is great to enjoy a drink while waiting for our laundry cycle to complete. Definitely returning, highly recommended.

Staff is very hospitable and patiently explains about the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, with sufficient basic amenities provided. We are most satisfied with the location right in the middle of Zhongshan Lu. The only sad part was not having a fridge but that was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, we are happy with our stay and would stay here again if we are coming back to Xiamen for a holiday.

First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

We had a very nice room with a fantastic view of gulangyu. The hotel room was clean and nice. The location is very good and close to ZhongShanLu. A lot of restaurants and shops are around the corner. The hotel staff were polite and friendly.

Enjoyed my stay in this charming Fuzhou ME Hotel and will definitely choose it again when in Fuzhou. Hotel was opened in early 2025 & the room layout was like a home. Room - There was a walkin closet and a very large bathroom👍🏻. Our 2 single beds can accommodate 4 persons(it can be a slight squeeze). It can accommodate two luggages comfortably. Amenities - innovative with cute descriptions. Their toothbrush is one of the better quality hotel toothbrushes. Bar - enjoyed the ambiance and good music, although drinks menu didn’t have wine by the glass but by the bottle. Location - a pretty central next to Shibu underground train stn exit D and bus stops close by. Good mom & pop 小吃 outside the hotel for breakfast. Luckin coffee & a bakery is within the block or two. There’s also a Walmart nearby for overseas visitors to do your bulk grocery shopping. Staff - very courteous and helpful, although some spoke very little English. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and a thumbs up. 👍🏻
