This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!

An absolutely stunning view of the mountains. 🗻🗻🗻 100% Special thanks to our housekeeper, Xiao-Lu, for her kindness and help with everything, especially arranging great tickets for the show. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Such a gem in Liuzhou, good location, amazing view and the best service ever from concierge, front desk, housekeeping and all. You will never regret staying here. The stay made our entire trip so memorable.

It’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at in China so far! All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room facilities are excellent and very high-tech. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There is even a water filtration system providing both hot and cold water. The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from the busy food street. It’s a pleasant walk along the river, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening.

The hotel has superb view from the room and breakfast lounge. the overall service is great, they create wechat group chat that you can enquire anything there, shout out to our personal butler victoria and icey. :) breakfast is ok, I like the noodle one, its good. my booking has free photography service for 30 minutes, which is very good, thanks to Jiajia our amazing photographer. 😁 lastly, my booking also included free transport to west street, which is very convenience, just make sure to ask them car plate number for pick-up service and how long would it take for the car to arrive, my recommend is just keep actively communicate with your butler. overall, Im very satisfy with the stay, the view itself is totally worth it, other things is just add-on that make this a better stay.

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel had the perfect location — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. Waking up to the breathtaking views of Yangshuo’s stunning karst mountains felt unreal every single day. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to feel at home after a long day of exploring. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff. Ms. Wem and everyone were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond by helping us arrange activities, tours, and transportation to all the places we wanted to visit around Yangshuo, which made our trip smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yangshuo — we would gladly stay here again!

Only stayed 1 night. Amazing room with a great view. Staff are very attentive & we’re happy to help with any questions we had. Good bar & restaurant. We had breakfast included with our stay & the selection was a mix of Western & Chinese Cuisine & was all very nice. We also took advantage of free offerings the hotel provided of Chinese Cultural photoshoot & foot massage. Good experiences. Nice walks on the hotels doorstep & a busy pedestrian street with food vendors & bars.

If you are traveling to Guilin. You must stay in this Hotel. Just wonderful. Staff is so nice and helping. They give you free fishing gear for fishing in Li River. They give you free sound therapy that make sure you fall a sleep in 5min. They give your 3 free professional photo click with their professional photographer and will give you professional edited photos for your memory. They have plenty of native costume to select from for this photography. View is best. People are perfect. Perfect breakfast. Best Hotel. Go for it.
