Pass a city and look for a room. Liyu Yousu is located next to the bustling theater and wubu town in Yangshuo County, about 1km away from the well-known West Street, about 1km away from Shili Gallery scenic spot and 850m away from Yangshuo bus station. The surrounding scenic spots have Yulong River, eternal love, impression of Third Sister Liu, Ruyi peak, Yinyan and so on. The transportation is very convenient. All rooms of the hotel are designed with the functional layout of the resort hotel, with independent shower, dry and wet separation and open toilet, which solves the problems of daylighting, ventilation and exhaust. It is more convenient and comfortable to use and more fashionable in sense. In terms of decoration style and soft clothing, it is more simple and fashionable, so that you can have a leisurely and comfortable after high-rhythm work, and have beautiful company with your family during the holiday life.
"It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Thank you for having us and hope to visit you guys again . Love from New Zealand 🥝"

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

EelbartoThis was the start of our 2-week journey through southern China by train from HK. It rained incredibly hard the most we stepped off the train, so we were very happy to arrive at the Shangri-La and enjoy their wonderful service and amenities. We enjoyed an early evening couple's massage on an offer of buy-one-get-one-free, which was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast buffet was good, not amazing, but had a wide selection of foods available. The gym was better equipped than most hotel gyms I've encountered. Our bed was enormous! I'm around 190cm but even I felt small in this bed 😂 Would definitely stay here again! 💯

WWeng Lam LaoPerfect stay at Guilin- all of the team members at LS Hotel has gone above and beyond our expectations. We have never experienced such caring and thoughtful individuals- special shout out to Kaysen, Victoria, and photographer Xiao Mo for their excellent service. I also want to dedicate my thank you to 叶子 for her brilliant service to my husband and I today. We went out for a bike ride and suddenly, a huge storm has hit. We were drenched. We have already checked out at this point but when we arrived back to collect our luggages, she noticed our wet clothes and made sure we were properly taken cared and making sure we are okay before we leave for our train. This deserves a proper recognition. I’d recommend LS Hotel for anyone who want a fantastic hotel experience. The hotel is beautiful, has many photo spots to taken excellent photos and even served afternoon tea in our package. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to come back to beautiful Yangshou in the future and back to this hotel!

Right outside the door were West Street Pedestrian Street and the Xiao Lijiang River. The view from the hotel terrace was beautiful. You could rent a scooter and explore for a whole day. Plus, the service was warm and attentive. I was very satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserOur stay at Fadai was simply wonderful and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to China. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful settings for photography, surrounded by stunning mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious and feature a huge bathtub facing the views, allowing you to relax while enjoying the magnificent scenery. It was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They even went out of their way at 10:00 p.m. to find vegetarian food for us, making sure we had dinner despite the late hour. The staff also helped us organize our visit to the local show and made sure we arrived on time. In my opinion, it was the best show I have ever seen in my life. One of the most unique experiences offered by the hotel is the traditional Chinese photo session. The hotel provides three complimentary photos and has several beautiful settings within the property where guests can dress as women from ancient China. The staff help with the traditional costumes, makeup, and poses to ensure the photos turn out beautifully. The results are absolutely stunning. The mountain scenery creates an unforgettable backdrop and leaves you with incredible memories. Our experience at Fadai was truly exceptional, and we recommend this hotel 100%. The location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are genuinely warm and caring. First things first: More than just accommodation, it's a destination. Yangshuo boasts countless hotels, but Jiyun Shangyuan is an utterly underrated 'heavenly guesthouse'. This stay offered a complete cure for the senses – visual, taste, and soul. It’s truly a perfect hotel with no flaws! Reason for a perfect score one: Divine views that 'frame' the karst landscape into your room. The hotel is located in the heart of the Ten-Mile Gallery, far from the hustle and bustle of West Street, enjoying its own tranquil space. Our room featured a floor-to-ceiling glass window spanning an entire wall. Honestly, photos don't capture even a tenth of its beauty! The misty green hills of the Yulong River unfold before you like a dynamic IMAX movie. It truly lives up to 'open the window to a view, sleep under the moon, and wake with the sunrise'. Lying in bed gazing at the mountains and waters, or watching stars from the balcony bathtub – this ultimate sense of relaxation is something no other scenic spot along the Li River can offer. Reason for a perfect score two: Heartfelt service that treats guests like 'family'. The service here could easily be a textbook example for the industry. If 10 is a perfect score, I'd give it 100 points. From the butler's proactive contact after booking to the warm reception upon arrival, the entire process was smiling and efficient. When the Li River was flooding, the butler constantly reminded us to be safe. When our child wanted local fruit, the butler thoughtfully provided some. After playing in the water, our clothes got wet, and there's a self-service laundry room. We even forgot our clothes in the laundry, and the butler kindly delivered them to our room. This feeling of 'everything is handled, every need is met' is truly more touching than the standardized service of a five-star hotel. Reason for a perfect score three: Culinary delights and high-end amenities. Regarding dining, the Chinese breakfast offered authentic Guilin rice noodles, while the Western breakfast perfectly blended with Lipu taro and pumpkin. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the coffee at Cloud Restaurant was top-notch, with the Basque cheesecake being unforgettable. The lighting in the restaurant also helps for great photos. In terms of amenities, the hotel spared no expense: King Koil mattresses, Kohler sanitary ware, Dyson hairdryers, and even a thoughtful self-service laundry room. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, showing attention to detail. It offers the warmth of a guesthouse while maintaining five-star hotel hardware standards. Reason for a perfect score four: Immersive local cultural experiences. This place isn't just selling scenery; it's dedicated to sharing culture. The hotel is filled with Zhuang elements. Beyond beautiful decor, you can also enjoy free photo shoots in traditional Zhuang attire. Against the backdrop of the infinity pool and the mountains, every shot looks like a magazine cover. Furthermore, activities like hand-sewing embroidered balls and making oil tea kept both adults and children engaged. Families with kids don't need to worry about boredom, as the children's playground and pool are enough to tire out the little 'beasts'. Final thoughts: We'll be back. Our stay happened during heavy rain, but after the rain cleared, the scenery was even more beautiful. Regardless of the weather, Jiyun possesses a different charm. We even felt a little reluctant to leave. Just like its name suggests, there's an ethereal, otherworldly quality here, yet it's filled with the warmth of home. If you come to Yangshuo, you must 'waste' your time at Jiyun Shangyuan. Tips: · We recommend booking a panoramic room type or a family room for the best views. · Definitely try the hotel's electric bicycle rental; the Ten-Mile Gallery is right at the doorstep. · The hotel is very close to the Yulong River rafting (Shuidi section), within walking distance, which is very convenient.

YYouxiandeyunThe hotel's location right by the Li River is quite peaceful, which I prefer over the noisy West Street area since I'm a light sleeper. I really appreciate that the front desk upgraded my room type. It's not far from West Street pedestrian street either, offering a quiet escape while still being convenient, almost like being on a backstreet in the countryside. The hotel also has its own restaurant where I ate both my meals; the food was delicious and good value for money, plus guests get a 10% discount. After dinner, a stroll along the river is lovely and relaxing, with locals also out for walks. You can get some great photos of the river and mountain views from the hotel's rooftop. They also offer self-service laundry and drying, which is super handy given how rainy and humid the weather can be here. All the staff, including housekeeping and restaurant servers, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The photographers were professional, patient, and wonderful with children, capturing so many beautiful and natural moments that we will treasure for years to come. VVictoria VerhoevenCouldn’t have chosen a better stay in Yangshuo! This hotel exceeded my expectations by far, and it’s well worth the price. I would like to start by mentioning the breakfast, with plenty of both Chinese and Western options, among which the Guilin rice noodles were the absolute highlight for me! I loved eating this local dish every morning—light yet filling, and so rich in flavor! Another highlight was, without a doubt, the large pool with stunning views. It was always super clean and never crowded—a must in this weather! Also, the whole outdoor area is perfect for taking lovely pictures. The room didn’t disappoint—big, bright, and luxurious, with a lovely view of the mountains (opening the curtains every morning was a show!) and a cozy bathtub. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel staff for being so helpful and kind throughout the stay, and for helping us book a taxi to our next destination. Honestly, there’s nothing bad I can say about this place, and I would totally recommend it. Can’t wait to be back!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The service was excellent; they even called ahead to confirm our check-in time and needs for the next day. The location is superb, right by the lake with direct views of the Sun and Moon Pagodas. It's also very convenient for getting to the pedestrian street. Since my friend had a child with her, the hotel arranged a car to take us to the high-speed rail station and even gave us a souvenir, which was a very thoughtful touch. If I get the chance to visit Guilin again, I will definitely choose to stay here.
