The service provided by the staffs at the reception is excellent. The best services I have ever encountered during my past 20 years travelling around many countries. For instance when I inform them that there is cigarette smell in the air conditioning, the staff immediately brought an air purifier to my room, that was around midnight. The next day the hotel staff arrange the technician to wash the air filter of the aircon.

The hotel staff reach out via WeChat even before arrival, promptly addressing any questions or special requests about your stay. 2. The property consists of several buildings with distinct designs, most of which appear newly built. 3. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern control systems.Rooms are spacious and generally well-maintained, with excellent outdoor views depending on your booking.The air conditioning is user-friendly and easy to adjust. 4. Food-wise, breakfast offers a decent variety but remains the same daily. The restaurant (for lunch, dinner, or room service via QR ordering) serves high-quality dishes at reasonable prices, though the menu is somewhat limited. Afternoon tea and evening desserts can be delivered to your room—the evening soup dessert is especially good. Complimentary canned drinks are replenished daily. Overall, you won’t go hungry even if you choose to stay in the hotel instead of going out. 5. Enjoy stunning mountain and field views while having breakfast. The open outdoor area is beautifully designed, facing the mountains, and includes a mini farm, swings, photo spots, and swimming pools. 6. Staff are friendly and helpful, though quite strict—they consistently check if guests are registered when returning from outings. 7. A complimentary 30-minute photography session is included, with a professional photographer. The hotel also has a well-equipped studio and a selection of outfits to choose from. Cons: 1. The bathroom could be improved—there were some visible hairs on the floor, and there are no hooks for hanging clothes outside of the rack inside the shower area.

Can’t ask for a better location than this! It’s located right in the heart of Guilin. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised the listing. The highest level of this hotel is a restaurant, and you could get great views of the karsts in the distance. Their restaurant is apparently very well known on 大众点评. We gave it a try one dinner, and because we were hotel guests, we got 10% off. Amazing!!

Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

If you are traveling to Guilin. You must stay in this Hotel. Just wonderful. Staff is so nice and helping. They give you free fishing gear for fishing in Li River. They give you free sound therapy that make sure you fall a sleep in 5min. They give your 3 free professional photo click with their professional photographer and will give you professional edited photos for your memory. They have plenty of native costume to select from for this photography. View is best. People are perfect. Perfect breakfast. Best Hotel. Go for it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and we recommend it wholeheartedly! The location is exceptionally easy to find and everything from dining to entertainment was perfect. The staff at the hotel provided exceptional service. Room was super clean and we even were able to check in right after we got off the ferry from Guilin. The receptionist was particularly courteous and patient. The cleaning lady I encountered in the elevator was also very polite. The breakfast was tasty and the dining environment was pleasant. The hotel is close to the river and there are lots of things around like scooter rentals, coffee shops, spas, and a convenient store. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

首先我很喜歡這個酒店，自駕遊偶然來過，之後每年都要帶家人來幾次，房間，環境，服務，温泉，周邊飯店美食都很不錯。最喜歡的是大套房，風景很棒，房間也不錯，所以每次來都是這個房型。但是這次來住的 B 棟 512 我要給差評。 1.温泉水惡臭。酒店旁邊公寓開發以後，人流量也起來了，加上過年人多可以理解，但是設施和服務嚴重跟不上。這次過年已經收假了，工作日，我來 2 點入住，先去泳池游泳，隨後上山泡温泉，然而半山幾個池子都是臭的，站在旁邊就一股惡臭味，不用想下去泡了，直接上山頂，山頂泳池旁邊都是一股惡臭味，心情瞬間沒有了，回房間。正常人流量你一天一換水，過年人流量翻倍還是一天一換水，合適嗎？2 點鐘上山就是臭的，我第一天酒店體驗就這？不用解釋説温泉有天然味道，我來過很多次了，從來沒有這樣的味道，包括第二天我早上去泡也沒有。 2.沒浴巾。我從 24 度泳池出來找浴巾，一直到山頂石板熱療區，一路一條幹浴巾沒有，最後我看到運輸車上山，過去跟小哥説了一聲，自己從車上搬了一摞浴巾下來放到了浴巾櫃子，這才拿到一條浴巾。這要換小孩子早感冒完了。 3.服務缺失。更衣室，山頂美食區，所有桌子椅子都是垃圾一堆，使用過的浴巾亂丟，完全沒人收拾，最後去新開的美食區最靠近 c 區的邊上，才有個乾淨桌子。任何心情都沒有了，節假日人流大，服務員還少了，對於顧客來説，房價還貴，體驗卻差了一截。 4.房間設施陳舊。沒心情了，温泉泡不了，我衹能回房間泡，孩子要看電視，好了，電視卡的跟 20 年前的一樣，26 年了哎，換個智能電視沒幾個錢，服務員都説了，他家都不看這種電視。然後老婆手機要充電，床頭倆插座全是壞的，看着還是有短路過的痕跡，嚴重的消防和觸電隱患。我去洗澡，好嘛，淋雨管亂滋水，滋我一身。然後這麼大套間，一個 WiFi 熱點都覆蓋不了，泡温泉的池子，廁所附近 wifi 直接就沒信號。這是 1700 的房間，節假日是 2000 多，你要是 300 的旅館我也不説啥了，2000 的房間這個設施合適嗎？

We stayed 3 nights at Four Seasons Yunqi and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was stunning — floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the karst mountains, like waking up inside a painting every morning. The service was exceptional. Xiao Xi from the hotel helped us book the Impression Liu Sanjie show at a much better price than online, arranged transport, and was always available on WeChat for any questions. Free breakfast, afternoon tea, and even evening snacks delivered to the room — we felt truly taken care of. The infinity pool with mountain views was the perfect way to relax after a day of cycling along the Yulong River. The location is quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds, but the hotel provides shuttle service whenever you need it. We traveled as a group of 3 from Germany and this was the highlight of our entire China trip. The combination of stunning scenery, warm hospitality, and incredible value for money makes this place an absolute gem. We would come back in a heartbeat.

It's literally the nicest hotel in the area despite being expensive. Our room overlooked the sunset and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home.Special thanks to Jackson, who made the stay perfect and was helpful every step of the way! I'll definitely come back. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was the hotel's quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were no sounds of traffic or construction to distract or annoy us, and that was a pleasant change from our normal routine. We are happy to recommend to everyone that they book their next stay for rest and recreation at the Nan Ning Shangri-La Hotel. By the way, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is central to shopping, restaurants and recreation venues. Aurelia, Jessica, Eileen, Doris, and Iris are great.
