Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

Throughout our travels across Asia over the years, this hotel has stood out as one of the most memorable among the many we've stayed at. From the get-go, this hotel nestled in Xingyi's stunning Wanfenglin Landscape captured our hearts with its genuine hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

My friend and I stayed here for one night. The owners were really friendly and gave us a plate of delicious watermelon on arrival, they also told us where we could do a COVID test late at night and recommended a place for dinner. The location is the same as every other place in town; convenient for the park entrance and not much else. Breakfast was simple but filling and a nice added touch. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit basic. The price is high throughout the entire town but 400 yuan a night is certainly not cheap and for this price I would at least expect certain things, like a bedside lamp. The biggest issue for me was the disposable towels. I understand maybe some people like them for cleanliness and hygiene reasons but for me the experience was like trying to dry my body with an oversized tissue, not to mention how terrible they are for the environment. I’m sure if I had asked for a proper towel, the owners would have obliged, as they did with everything else, but for 400 yuan a night it’s something I would expect automatically. All this being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and overall we enjoyed our stay.

十一假期，計劃帶女兒到心心念唸的貴陽享受美食，順便走進課本里的黃果樹大瀑布😛 本來沒有青巖古鎮的行程安排，突然看到有花間堂酒店，於是決定在這裏多待一天，來到酒店之後，果然沒有讓我們失望。 首先從工作人員的服務上來講，就已經能夠達到超級好評，每一個工作人員都積極，主動，耐心，能夠儘可能的為客户提供周到的服務👍 酒店的房間非常的乾淨，温馨，寬敞，床品舒適，能夠很好的休息。 這次出行正逢女兒10歲生日，突發奇想，希望酒店幫我們提前房間佈置，給女兒一個驚喜🥰 工作人員不僅爽快答應了我額外的要求，還給出了我超出預期的房間佈置。女兒很開心，很驚喜，也很喜歡😍 真的非常非常感謝這裏的每一個工作人員，我想一定是有非常好的服務理念才能夠做到如此的服務，讓我這個從不寫好評的“懶人”，必須要給個大大的好評。對了，實名感謝姓“羅”的小師哥，感謝你，讓我們都有了難忘的回憶😀

The hotel is in the center of Guiyang, it’s a very cool hotel the rooms are beautifully decorated and have snacks and drinks in them. Very modern and the staff is friendly.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful to guide you to the hotel location - it is located within the Miao scenic area so you need to buy ticket and travel by shuttle bus. It is very easy with the help of the hotel. The hotel is in an AMAZING location on top of the hill. Our room had views over the whole village and valley, I think it’s one of the best views from a hotel room I’ve ever had. Room was big, very clean and nice bed and bathroom. Very highly recommend that you stay here!! Miao village is so relaxing and nice, lovely streets to wander and friendly people.

Location: The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings. Service: The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots. Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks! Amenities: Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water! Cleanliness: I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat. Highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

Thanks to Trip.com for this wonderful hotel. All of us (4 pax) LOVED this hotel. Very strategically located amongst food centers, shops and local activities. Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night. Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。
