Hotel Romantic di Guizhou, China

An excellent hotel in the heart of the ancient city! Fengyi Fanju offers a truly authentic experience without sacrificing any modern comforts. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the room was clean and stylish, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Waking up here felt like a dream. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a unique and memorable stay.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Zhaoxing with an amazing view on the entire village and the surroundings. The hotel seems newly renovated, everything was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rains in the days preceding our stay, the water in the swimming pool caught some algae and they had to take it out, clean the pool, and refill it again, which is why we couldn't make use of it during our stay (we only stayed for two days). That was a bit unfortunate as the entire swimmingpool area is incredibly beautiful and with the summer heat it would have been nice to do a swim after the hikes. But all the rest was absolutely wonderful. We actually stayed there on the day of my birthday and the hotel organized a wonderful birthday cake for me and even decorated the room. It was amazing and I would like to thank the staff again for their kindness. Our arrangement included the afternoon tea and the breakfast, both of them delicious and generous. Breakfast included the typical Chinese soups, rice, etc. while also offering Western style bread, marmelade, butter and lots of fruits. What merits a special mention is the outdoor bath tub directly on the balcony. Every evening they prepared the bath tub with special bathing oils and taking a bath right before going to sleep on our outdoor terrace was a sheer delight! We will remember it as a very special place, with incredibly nice and kind people. Thank you for having made this stay so special for us!

The hotel is very close to Guiyangbei station, which makes it very convenient. The room is also very clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint is that it was very difficult to find the hotel. There did not seem to be any signs, and I had to ask at a different hotel in order to find it. It's on the 12th floor, and you have to take the elevator to that floor to check in. Additionally, despite being listed as having a 24hr front desk, there was no one at the front desk when I had to check out early to catch my train.

When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction). The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

Probably the best hotel during our trip through China. Great location in Zhaoxing overlooking the historical village in a very quiet area, perfect for who needs rest from the hustle of Chinas big cities. Beautiful, carefully designed and furnished room with wooden floors furniture, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Lots of little extras, like a beautiful reception area with balcony, a generous fruit basket refilled every day, great and healthy breakfast, pick up service from the train station etc. Young and very friendly hosts, english is hardly spoken but with a translation app communication is easy and the staff are keen on helping you with any questions. As the house was not fully booked, they surprised us with a free upgrade to a larger room. Over all, an amazing experience!

1. Location was top of the hill so walking back could be tiring. However, the views from the hotel made up for the distance. 2. Hotel was very clean with no odour at all. 3. Service was excellent by the reception who stands up to greet us. Door man was also very helpful showing us the directions. 4. Breakfast buffet has a good variety though not every dish is delicious. However, the restaurant views made up for any shortcomings.

So far, this is the 3rd hotel we stayed in Tongren, i would definitely say, this is the best and so far for me and family. This JinJiang hotspring hotel really met international standard in terms of counter service (very polite and good attitude receptionist), and service at hotspring area deserves a thumbs up. The room is very spacious, nice interior and important - clean and neat. The water playground is definitely a good place for kids to have fun during summer holiday. I told the hotel desk that it was my actual birthday yesterday, guess what, they sent me a plate of grapes, so sweet of them. I would definitely come to this hotel next time when i am visiting my niece and nephew again.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. We came in January, in the winter and you cannot control the heat in the individual rooms. It is run by a common heating system. So it was very very hot, so hot I sweat through the night. The only other negative, for a high quality hotel, the bar closes at 10:00pm. So when we arrived about 10:00 in the evening, it was too late to have a night cap.

在縣城能住到性價比這麼高的酒店很意外，大廳和餐廳都有咖啡機特別值得推薦是竟然還有製冰機，早餐比貴陽90%都好，推薦大腸臊子，抄手，房間很寬敞，還有個木桶的泡腳桶是我沒想到的，這家酒店真的是好貼心哦，我覺得這家酒店細節真的做的不錯，頭繩，袋裝洗面奶，潤膚露前台都有，連姨媽巾都有準備，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，進門有淡淡的清香，能不能把香薰推薦一下🥰地下停車場的停車位特別多也很寬敞，這家酒店推薦五顆星

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 5, with one child. We stayed in the deluxe twin room which has been renovated earlier this year/last year. The room and bathroom are spacious , bright and clean (except for the doorway inside the room near the closet ) with good view. The staff quality is of high standard. They all are professional and friendly (from the bell boy, the front desk to the servers in the restaurant). The executive lounge is on 53/f and it’s cozy. The view there is nice. The lounge provides a range of snacks with very professional hotel service. The breakfast also offers a variety of food and drinks. We enjoyed it! Regarding the location, there’re a shopping mall (1 to 2 min walk) and many convenient stores nearby. It’s also within walking distance to the tourist spot Jia shou Lou (甲秀樓.). However, it’s is not too close to the subway.
