Staff great and helpful come out as we arrived in taxi and made us feel welcome helping with cases. Location is great as right in centre but can still get dropped off at the door unlike some properties in the tow. Rooms are excellent value. The views off the balcony are stunning. They also have a family restaurant across the street which we went to and was lovely. They all looked after us. Would recommend hotel and the restaurant for your stay.

Just Got Back from Changsha – The Hotel Staff Made the Trip Honestly, I picked the ISEYA Panoramic in Changsha mostly for the views (it's on the 71st floor), but what I'll really remember is how incredibly nice and helpful the people who worked there. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The bathtub by the window with the city skyline is as amazing as the pictures show. The elevators are very fast. Although you can find nice rooms in many places what you can't find everywhere is a team that genuinely care that everything is going well. Would I stay again? In a heartbeat. The place is beautiful, but it's the people who work there that turned a great hotel stay into a truly special memory. It felt less like a transaction and more like being a guest in someone's home. We had a wonderful stay at Yunmei Bieyuan Hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and made us feel relaxed after long days exploring Zhangjiajie. A very special thank you to Xiao Gong, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. He assisted us so much with purchasing tickets and was always available to help with any questions we had. His friendliness, patience, and excellent service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future!

Sambutan di kaunter hadapan sangat mesra dan cekap, urusan daftar masuk pantas dan lancar. Bilik bersih dan kemas, cadar katil selesa, membuatkan tidur lena sepanjang malam. Kemudahan juga lengkap, dan ada sarapan percuma dengan pelbagai jenis hidangan. Pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

The stay was excellent. Butler Lily cared for us as if we were part of her family. The hotel provided convenient transportation to the high-speed rail station and even offered a shuttle service from the far side of the ancient town—perfect for those who prefer not to walk. We were delighted to be upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The property is clean and thoughtfully equipped, including three‑pin plugs and free water bottle for added convenience. Areas for improvement would be the addition of a full‑length mirror and more coffee machines at the breakfast area to ease the morning rush. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive service.

Hotel is not 5 stars, but has really good amenities, and staff is really helpful. It has laundry room with washer and dryer which is very convenient and helpful for long trips. Breakfast is good and with a lot of options. The hotel does not have a restaurant but you can order food to come in the room with the robot. Location is a bit meh because there was a barbecue market downstairs and if we did not close the windows the smell would enter the room. Overall good experience. We could see the tianmen mountain cableway from the window because hotel is within 10 min walk from the Tianmen mountain down cableway station.

Amazon hotel! The owners picked us up and delivered us to the train station. The breakfast was very nice. The location was great. I’m immensely thankful to the hotel staff for their help during my illness, they drove us to and back from the hospital as I have gotten sick. Thank you very much once again!

We had a really great stay. The property was in a good location downstream from Fenghuang Ancient Town main attraction area. To walk to the busy parts and the iconic scene of the ancient town it was about a 15-20 minute walk without stopping. Hotel also has shuttle service to take you to Fenghuang town and back. We loved this service and also our own private tea room attached to our room. There is also a bathtub on the balcony with bath salts and bath cover included. The temperature of the rooms are centrally controlled at around 23 degrees so make sure to book the larger room that has it's own tea room if you want to control the temperature as there is an individual AC unit for those. Housekeeping lady was lovely and provided us everything we needed for the stay. We got breakfast included and it wasn't at the hotel but in the restaurant right next door, buffet style. Variety wasn't big but environment was clean. The view from the hotel during day and night are totally worth it, especially when it rains and the river becomes misty.

This hotel blew it out of the water for us. They made our trip to Zhangjiajie a million times better than it would have been if we had stayed elsewhere. It all started 2 months before our stay. Our hotel butler reached out to me via WeChat and answered all the questions we had about everything. I told our butler that we would be arriving at 9pm and she arranged for a vehicle to pick us up from the airport. The cost was 100 yuan which is a bit steeper than a Didi but I felt it was well worth it since the drive is more than 30 minutes and we were able to guarantee that all our luggages would fit. A week before our stay she reached out to us and asked if we needed to book tickets for tianmendong and for zhangjiajie forest. She booked both for us with the times we wanted and said we could pay her once we arrived. I double checked the prices and they were exactly the same as what we would have paid if we booked it ourselves. But with her help everything went very smoothly. The day before we arrived, the driver called me and confirmed that he would pick us up from the airport. The second our flight arrived, he called and confirmed that he was waiting at the gate. Once we came out, he was standing there with a sign with my name on it. It was all very cute and he parked somewhere convenient for us to get picked up. The drive over was smooth and efficient. Our butler also confirmed that she saved us afternoon tea and would have congee ready for us as well. Service was already excelling beyond control at this point. Once we arrived at the hotel, we checked in with her on the first floor and she gave us a quick rundown of the facilities and everything. When we arrived in our room, it was clean and the bed were nice and big. I also liked that they use Jo Loves for their toiletries. The afternoon tea and congee came up shortly after we walked in. Our room faced this courtyard that was beautiful. Felt like we were living in a fairytale. I liked that the blinds were automatic which was great. They also have a Xiao Du assistant that can help control blinds, temperature and the TV as well. Love the technology. My only complaint about this hotel is that it gets a bit hot at night. You need to have the aircon on and the window open in order to be at a decent temperature. Breakfast was another highlight. The chef who also takes away the dishes, is super friendly and so is the auntie who makes the noodles. He was so nice and even made tomato egg when we requested it. The bread etc. Wasn't that great BUT the Chinese dishes he made were all really good. Theres this pork rib dish he makes that is so good. For all 4 days that we stayed there, the food he made was different. Another great function they have was the robot delivery service. Yes they delivery food but also they have a QR code with products that they have available for free. For example you could order a feet soaking tub (great for long days) and you could also order face washing clothes, one time use underwear, rain jackets. Basically anything you could think of, they probably have. The afternoon tea and the congee is available everyday so keep that in mind for days you can't find any decent food outside. We noticed that they had traditional clothing available and so I asked the butler about it. All you need to do is book a timeslot with them and they have a photographer come in and take photos of you. The photographer in the end ended up taking 120 photos of the 3 of us. She was so professional. She edits around 5 for you and the rest are just raw which is great. Location wise, this hotel is perfect if you are visiting zhangjiajie forest. The south entrance is literally right there. Like 2 minute walk. It's literally right next to the south exit too. There's a KFC nearby which is great and also a Chagee. If you walk one street down there are tons of eateries. Overall: this hotel was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
