We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully appointed, with an excellent selection of toiletries that added an extra touch of comfort. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Having travelled around China for two weeks, this was without question our favourite hotel of the entire trip. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Pros: good location, lots of restaurants nearby, easy to access from the train station, May and her husband were lovely and very welcoming, the space is really big with nice views, the bed was very big and comfy and the sheets were clean. Cons: cleanliness was not good, everything felt quite dirty and worn (including the couch which was covered with a towel). The soundproofing wasn’t good and we were woken up every night by people yelling in the halls. The building is shared by businesses and there’s an office and toilets immediately next door so it would often smell very strongly of cigarette smoke from people smoking next door.

We travelled as family with a toddler. The room is spacious and comfortable, well-equipped, with mattress and pillow that are neither too soft nor too hard. It offers stunning views of the Xiang River. The location is also convenient, with attractions within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staffs are friendly, attentive, and considerate. The robot for food/drink delivery service is efficient! Worth the price!

One of the best room and it look exactly like the image. 恬恬 (tian tian) has superb service, she helped and answered my question very fast. And so are the rest of the staff too; prompt and fast. Good stay and very helpful. Place is clean and room service is awesome. Location is literally right beside the tourist sport. My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel is not as clean as described in other reviews, and the facilities feel old and not well maintained. It seems like there hasn’t been much effort put into upkeep, which affected the overall comfort. One major issue was the strong cigarette smell in the room, and even the bathroom had a noticeable urine odor. The laundry area was also quite dirty, which shows that the common areas are not properly maintained. If you are sensitive to smells, I would suggest reconsidering. Although the front desk did try to help by using an air freshener, the smell still lingered and made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the location is definitely a plus. It is very convenient and surrounded by plenty of food options, making it easy to get around.

Just Got Back from Changsha – The Hotel Staff Made the Trip Honestly, I picked the ISEYA Panoramic in Changsha mostly for the views (it's on the 71st floor), but what I'll really remember is how incredibly nice and helpful the people who worked there. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The bathtub by the window with the city skyline is as amazing as the pictures show. The elevators are very fast. Although you can find nice rooms in many places what you can't find everywhere is a team that genuinely care that everything is going well. Would I stay again? In a heartbeat. The place is beautiful, but it's the people who work there that turned a great hotel stay into a truly special memory. It felt less like a transaction and more like being a guest in someone's home. We stayed here as a family of seven and booked three rooms. The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, which was nice after a day out. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our return flight was in the evening, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check out at 4 pm, which helped us a lot. The location is not right in the city center near Wuyi Square, but it’s easy to get there by metro. Considering the reasonable price and overall comfort, this hotel offers great value for money. We would definitely recommend it, especially for families
