Hotel Romantic di Hunan, China

The hotel is located directly opposite the eco-friendly shuttle bus stop for the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it a great choice if you're visiting Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. The hotel's facilities are pretty standard. The large showerhead in our room was broken, so we only had the small one, and the toilet wasn't smart. However, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and delicious, with a good variety including sushi and desserts. It seemed to be quite popular with international guests.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time during my visit to Changsha. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and their service was exceptional. The price offers fantastic value for money, especially compared to other booking platforms. Furthermore, the ambiance and cleanliness standards are just as good as, if not better than, other establishments. It's truly a must-stay!

Overall, it was good for me. The room type that we chose is just standard for us. The lady from the front office actually recommended that we can upgrade the room as we brought 4 big pieces of luggage, but we were okay with the one we booked. If you arrived earlier, you can actually store your luggage in the hotel earlier. I don’t have the picture of the place and my room, but I guess this is a refurbished apartment that has been turned into a hotel/inn. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes right below the apartment. The food and drinks here are delicious and nice. The lady from the front office was friendly too!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel facilities were top-notch and really great. It was clean; both the in-room amenities and the common areas were incredibly comfortable to use – I honestly couldn't find a single fault. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were super friendly and enthusiastic throughout my entire stay. They patiently helped solve any issues I had and were very pleasant to talk to. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly, highly recommend it!

I arrived early to check in, but there were no rooms available. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my room for free. They really thought of everything and asked if I needed anything. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent too. The Nankoulu subway station, which is also the entrance to the pedestrian street, is just 50 meters downstairs. The location is really good. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our trip to Changsha with our kids and elders. I called ahead to request a non-smoking floor. To our surprise, they upgraded us to a river-view room with a bathtub! The service was top-notch. It's very close to Taiping Street, just a few minutes walk. We also walked to Du Fu River Pavilion, Wenheyou, Chaozong Street, and Huogong Palace, all within about 10 minutes. Getting to Orange Isle was super easy, just one stop on the subway with no transfers. We had a fantastic time this trip! ♡

Changsha! I'd come back a hundred more times just for this hotel!!! [crying emojis] Seriously, you guys! I blindly picked this hotel for my trip to Changsha and hit the jackpot! So grateful. It's only 500 meters from the subway entrance, super convenient for getting to Wuyi Square and Orange Island. Line 2 goes straight there! A true blessing for lazy travelers! The room has a Nordic style [heart-eyes emoji], so clean I wanted to roll around in it~ The natural light from the window is amazing; waking up to the sun in the morning is so therapeutic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries smell lovely. Plus, my hair wasn't greasy for two days after using their shampoo! They even have conditioner! A detail-oriented person like me absolutely loves it! The biggest surprise was the hotel's free laundry room and luggage storage. After a day of exploring and eating, just throw your dirty clothes in, and the next day you're a clean, ready-to-go warrior again! There's also a convenience store downstairs, and a noodle shop in a nearby alley that I ate breakfast at both days. Highly recommend, it's a must-try!

I came to Changsha for a short break, and the hotel's location is excellent, really easy to find, right near the subway. Line 2 is super convenient for getting to Orange Isle, Wuyi Square, Pedestrian Street, Wanjiali, and other places, and it's a direct ride to all of them. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. They offered warm ginger tea when I checked in and even gave a small gift when I checked out, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The hotel facilities are new and great. The view was also lovely, though unfortunately, a heavy fog rolled in the next day, completely obscuring everything outside. The bathtub is huge, perfect for kids to splash around in. However, the soundproofing is a bit of an issue; I could hear the party next door at night, including their music and people walking by in the hallway. Thankfully, the hotel service was very attentive, so overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience.

It's close to attractions, making travel convenient, and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come again! The hotel environment is tranquil, with well-maintained and comprehensive facilities. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, and the staff are very responsive. My stay was fantastic! The location is convenient with many dining options nearby. The room has great natural light, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend it!
