MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

GGuest UserAfter being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us. When we left, in addition to the souvenirs we bought, they even put several bottles of water in our car. The service was absolutely impeccable!

Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

NnoobikisskissThe room was well-maintained, and the front desk service was attentive. It's clear that the hotel's service standards are meticulously executed.
The bedding material was new and pleasant, but the duvet was too thick. The air conditioning controls didn't work, causing me to wake up sweating numerous times throughout the night. Perhaps a lighter blanket would be more suitable for summer, rather than washing fewer sheets? It was a shame to have two nights of restless sleep due to the heat.
Breakfast was simple with ordinary ingredients. On the first day, there was no butter or jam next to the toaster. On the second day, there was no salad dressing by the salad bar.
The front desk staff were all excellent, even providing double portions of lotion. However, they offered to put a humidifier in my room in the evening, but it never appeared. I'm not sure if the housekeeping staff forgot or if there was another reason.
Finally, I hope any self-driving guests who see this can buy some cat food for the adorable cats in the outdoor parking lot behind the hotel. The weather is so dry, and I'm worried they don't have enough water to drink. It's been on my mind; if I wasn't rushing off, I would have bought some cat food myself. Both little cats are so well-behaved! May good people live long and prosper!

Housekeeping did an excellent job; the room was spotless and completely free of any odors. The staff provided attentive service throughout my stay, proactively offering directions and always with a gentle demeanor. The location is a huge plus, with the airport shuttle stop conveniently located right downstairs, making transfers to and from the airport super easy and stress-free. Being on a high floor, the views were expansive; the city skyline during the day was impressive, and at night, the cityscape twinkled beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserIn the core area of Babao Town, Qilian County, the hotel is relatively high-end atmosphere in the town, with complete facilities, good health, excellent environment, good service and good breakfast. The town is clean and there are not many people. I went to the withdrawal palace to eat. It was really delicious, the service was good, and it was very special. Very quiet at night, sleep well all night. The next day I went to Zhuoer Mountain and looked at the town on the top of the mountain. It was easy to find a hotel.
