This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!

Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river. The only issues are 1. The breakfast spread is very very limited 2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

Elton International Hotel, a truly phenomenal experience. After a long tedious journey, its always nice to enjoy a soft bed. Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. Great experience!

家人們，這次我在萬楓酒店的入住體驗簡直無敵了，必須給五星好評🌟！酒店地理位置超棒，就在市中心，周邊商場、美食街、一應俱全，出行和購物都方便到不行。不管是想去打卡熱門景點，還是尋覓當地特色美食，抬腿就能到，完全不用擔心交通問題。 一進房間，我就被驚艷到了。空間寬敞又明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，細節之處盡顯品質。床又大又軟，睡上去就像躺在雲朵裏，床品也乾淨柔軟，還散發著淡淡的清香，每一晚都能讓我酣然入夢。房間裏的設施非常齊全。從辦理入住開始，就能感受到酒店工作人員的熱情和專業。前台不僅動作麻利，還特別貼心地給我介紹了酒店的各項服務和周邊好玩的地方。在入住期間，不管我有什麼問題，衹要一個電話，工作人員都會迅速響應，第一時間幫忙解決，讓人心裏特別踏實。退房的時候，還細心詢問入住感受，給我送了小禮品，真的太暖心了。 總之，萬楓酒店不管是位置、房間、服務，都無可挑剔。以後不管是出差還是旅行，我肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦給大家！

必須給酒店經理和服務人員的服務點贊！我們多一個小孩，想着購買一份早餐的，但是前台看到情況，二話不説送了一份早餐，雖然花不了多少錢，但是這個舉動確實很暖心！經理親自幫我們把行李運送到房間，耐心的為我們講解了門卡使用方法，我的手刮破了，經理還主動幫我拿下來創可貼！小孩的洗漱用品也及時幫我們拿過來了！確實有點小感動！謝謝你們給了我不一樣的入住體驗

一進門大廳香氛味道非常好聞，前台接待非常熱情，辦理入住手續迅速高效，電梯也很快，前台人員説今年更換了新電梯，確實速度明顯提高了，房間設計比較商務，採光很好，前台免費升級了房型，晚上可以看到璀璨的夜景，酒店很用心的準備了下午茶很貼心，足浴桶，還送了晚安牛奶，即熱式開水機，自助早餐種類豐富，口味地道，還設有小童專屬區，甜品種類多樣化。 健身房也是免費體驗的，還能免費打桌球，哈哈哈，前台推薦的特色小吃非常不錯烤羊肉，確實美味，關鍵是酒店地理位置優越，交通很便利，對面還有小吃街，晚上逛吃逛街，確實很不錯的一家酒店，推薦！！

終於來到心心念唸的玉樹了，這次出行給自己的標準就是吃好喝好玩好開心就好，沒想到落地第一站就給了我驚喜，酒店大廳裝修佈局很維也納哦😲主要是前台真的很熱情，因為第一次過來害怕缺氧或者旅行中被宰，前台小姐姐都幫忙耐心解答並且推薦最佳路線，第二天真的沒有花冤枉錢。再就是房間衞生我個人對衞生要求還是很高的，總體感覺很不錯，客房服務也很及時，總之一次完美的旅行，祝維也納酒店生意興隆，PS忘了拍房間照片，反正跟掛圖一致，大家放心入住吧

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰大路，交通便利，後院停車場方便自駕遊客。房間寬敞舒適，衞生狀況良好，地暖效果佳，但需注意調節以避免過熱。盥洗室雖未乾濕分離，但整體清潔度不錯。餐飲方面，土火鍋值得推薦，但分量適合三人以上共享。此外，房間內可欣賞到壯觀的卓爾山景色，為住宿體驗增色不少。
