Hotel Romantic di Qinghai, China

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed. The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive. The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-). Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.

Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

Our 2nd last day in Xining, wanna take a longer sleep in till late afternoon but suddenly our room power trip while sleeping and woke up. Got a shocked from sleeping, electrician came up 3-5 times, the 3rd time trying to brush off said all is good after trying to persuade my wife is all fixed but suddenly power trip again. After i done shower, then they really fix everything by changing the power fuse and etc. But thumbs up to the first electrician guy & cleaner lady at level 20B, really trying stay by our side and making sure we are safe.

設施：房間大，大落地窗，床品舒適，房間的衣帽間很好很方便。大堂還有免費的茶水吧，無限續杯。全屋智能。 衞生：乾淨 環境：樓頂有室內和室外場地，可以辦公可以聊天可以**。還可以點飲料咖啡！朋友聚一下很niiice 。 服務：服務很好，入住小姐姐專門帶看房間，選擇你最中意的房間。9樓客房大姐也很親切。

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

這次入住體驗遠超我的預期，必須認真寫下好評。先説整體環境，酒店外部位置便利好找，周邊出行、就餐都很方便，酒店內部公共區域乾淨雅緻，走廊整潔沒有雜物，整體氛圍安靜不喧鬧，不會有嘈雜的噪音打擾休息。衞生方面更是讓人放心，客房打掃得特別細緻，地面無灰塵污漬，床品更換得乾淨整潔，摸起來乾爽柔軟，衞生間馬桶、淋浴區、洗漱台都擦拭得一塵不染，沒有水漬和異味，邊角縫隙也都清理到位，看得出來保潔十分用心。房間設施配備很齊全，空調、燈光、網絡運行都很穩定，熱水出水快且水温合適，洗漱用品、易耗品一應俱全，桌椅衣架等物件完好好用，佈局合理住起來十分便利。前台與客房服務人員態度親切有禮貌，辦理入住退房流程快捷高效，遇到問題諮詢都會耐心細緻解答，有需要幫忙的地方響應及時，服務貼心又有分寸。整體性價比很高，住得安心又舒適，後續再來這邊一定會繼續選擇這家酒店，也真心推薦給各位出行的朋友。

必須誇一下前台！笑容特別親切，有求必應，響應速度超快。每一個細節都考慮得很周到，業務能力也很熟練。硬件設施再好，也不如一個温暖的員工讓人印象深刻。強烈推薦！

房間設計風格獨態，衞生乾淨，服務周到，這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店位置特別好，附近吃飯逛街方便，最想誇誇服務，前台19小姐姐辦理入住又快又熱情，還主動介紹了附近的美食。每天打掃房間的阿姨也很貼心，會把東西擺得整整齊齊，還悄悄給我們加了兩瓶礦泉水。
