Everything was great here the environment, the room, the service, and all the facilities were good. The beverages at the cafe were delicious, and the food from the restaurant tasted satisfying. My kid also loved the fish pond feeding time. However, the breakfast was just so-so. I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Despite that minor issue, it is still a highly recommended place for a family getaway.

The services of staff so nice, the reception also open 24hours. I love this place so peaceful and really enjoy the nature. The things that i don't like and a bit disappointed them not provide iron. Can i suggest to your place please provide iron for women that's importance. If you can't apply for every room just provide one at lobby. Thank youuu!

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

It’s been an amazing stay! It’s our first time here and we truly enjoyed it. The hospitality of all the staff has been wonderful. The security, front office, and housekeeping teams are all very helpful, always smiling and showing great kindness. Keep up the great work! The location is perfect, and the amenities are very complete for a 3-star hotel. We had a great experience.

Had a lovely stay at Botanica Sanctuary Hotel in Puncak/Bogor. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options — from traditional Indonesian dishes to Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Middle Eastern, and Western selections. There was something for everyone. The room design is modern and stylish, though slightly less practical. The wardrobe is located within the bathroom area, so it’s difficult to access if someone is using the shower. The sliding door was also a bit tricky to lock. I understand this contemporary design is meant to save space and keep the room feeling open, but it takes a little getting used to. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service and food. Would happily return.

Located convenient next to the bekasi convention center so it was a comfortable distance to walk back and fro. Room was kept tidy. Overall a good stay.

Saya menginap di tipe kamar Cottage King slama 2 hari.. pas hari pertama masuk, di “serbu” dengan pasukan nyamuk dlm perjalanan menuju kamar, padahal msh sekitar jam 3an.. di dalam kamar juga byk nyamuk, jd kira ga berani buka pintu balkon (ujung2 nya balkon nya jarang digunakan).. dan kita minta baygon ke receptionist.. setelah di semprot baygon, aman sih (nyamuk jd ga ada di kamar).. tapi pintu balkon dan pintu utama sudah pasti harus selalu tertutup.. Hari ke 2 sih aman2 aja dan enjoy2 aja di Green Forest.. 1 point plus lagi, ternyata ada AC di kamar!!! udah wanti2 ga bakal ada AC di penginapan Lembang.. Bagus lahhh ada Ac 🤭 Dannn mau nongki2 malam ada Ruang Lapang dan Kala Cemara yg sangat amat dekat.. anak2 happy main ke sana..

Facilities at Royal Tulip were great! Staff were so kind, very attentive. Food at restaurants were delicious too! Closer to the golf course is what we need! We’ll definitely be back again.
